I called last minute because the battery died on my daughters vehicle. Because of the placement I had no way of being able to change it for her. I called Meineke and they were so polite and professional I had the car in and out of their facility within one hour. Absolutely would recommend them for anything having to do with car repair.

Got brakes and pads put on our car from this shop. The caliper ended up freezing, and the mechanic I usually use told me that they definitely should have mentioned the issue with the boot while servicing the car, unless it was improperly installed by the mechanics. Regardless, this cost me $370 to temporarily fix and I need to get a brand new caliper. Ill be going to a place that cares about their customers from now on. Whether it was their fault or not, they failed to tell me something was wrong with the caliper boot regardless. A costly learning experience.

Web site says this Meineke opens at 0730 every day. I arrived at o735 and there was no one around the garage. I parked and thankfully one of their employees who was waiting to start his shift, informed me that they NEVER open at 0730. He informed that corporate will NOT allow them to correct the hours of operation on their website. Really corporate? Thats so disrespectful of your potential customers time! Luckily there was another Meineke near by that WAS open at the posted time.To the employee who was waiting to get to work, Thank you very, very much for sharing with me. Im sure this frustrates you as well?

We have used Meineke before and have really been satisfied with Brian and his staff but we went for an inspection sticker on a vehicle that passed with no issues one year ago and suddenly the rocker panel which can not be seen with the naked eye and are are covered with a plastic case and are NO safety issue. Lately I feel everytime we take a vehicle to them for one thing they go out of their way to find something else. Very displeased and after we get the sticker squared away we will be using someone else.

I called Meineke in Derry N H on a Saturday morning hoping to get my car in for an oil change (that was overdue) a tire rotation and an estimate on my exhaust. They gave me an appointment 2 hours from the time I called. That was perfect for me. When I got there they took my car right in and did everything I asked and gave me a great estimate on the exhaust. Then they told me they could fix the exhaust right then if I had time. They had it finished in good time. They’re always polite, reasonable and I’ve never had a problem with any of the work I’ve had done with them. I give a huge thumbs up to Meineke ,Derry, NH.

I brought my wife’s car in for an inspection. I called looking for an appointment and was told I could come in right away. Sure enough, when I arrived a few minutes later, my vehicle was immediately brought into the shop. Within minutes, I was all set and on my way. I have relied on this shop for a lot of work on various cars for almost 19 years. I have never received anything but quality work for a reasonable cost, and I have always been treated fairly and honestly.

I picked up an ‘01 Infiniti I30 with 73,000 miles from a friend and gave it to my daughter for her 16th birthday. The initial garage I brought it to for inspection quoted me $1700 to replace the exhaust.My friend then referred me to Tom over at Meineke. Tom was great! He took the time to show me under the car and discussed what needed to be replaced. In the end I spent substantially less money for the repairs. Tom even jumped on the repairs immediately and had the work complete within 1-2 hours. Chris gave me a ride back to my house in Londonderry, so that they could start in on the work.These guys are professional, honest, and made me feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend their services.

Brought my son’s Jeep in for an ABS light. They quickly brought the Jeep in and diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be a faulty wheel bearing, which they replaced within a few hours.Very pleased with the attention to detail and quick service. Will definitely use them in the future.

These guys always do quality work and are honest. I brought my car in after going to another company that told me I needed to have my emergency brake lines replaced and a bunch of other work. When Brian looked at it he told me the emergency lines were fine but the cradle the brakes in was not on straight and it seized the pistons in the calipers and wore out one of brake pads.. he greased everything up got my car all safe to drive and sent me on my way .. told me I had about a month or two left on the pads and then those would need to be replaced... I of course brought the car back to have them replace the brakes... they did an amazing job and were thorough and friendly. Explained everything and did quality work as always!!!

I had my check engine light come on while away in a different town a couple of weeks ago. I stopped into an Auto Parts Store to use their diagnostic tool. It said my car was throwing 8 different codes. The employee said to park it, not to drive, and have it taken care of right away (regardless of being in a strange town). All I wanted to do was make it back to my Meineke in Derry, so I risked the drive & luckily made it. They told me what service I needed and quoted me the price (I had to do at later date due to costs). I ended up able to do it sooner, so I called & they got me right in. They were as nice & professional as always - all of them. Chris & Brian, specifically, worked on my vehicle. When it was done, it was $130 LESS than what they quoted! They couldve pocketed that money, I never would’ve known the difference and they know that! However, they didnt. Car runs amazing! I’d never go elsewhere!
