Not what YOU think they are facing. If you had cared to ask you would have found out I was not inquiring for a primary residence. AND if I were presented options, versus being told I had to come down to the office. Please understand that every action causes a reaction. So, setting proper expectations and ACTIVELY LISTENING is essential for you to be able to achieve a satisfactory experience with your assistance in the consumer decision making process. Hopefully you learn from your mistakes, because I can still remember how upset I was after our interaction a year later. If I were you I would take this review as a learning opportunity.
