Tim went out of his way on more than one occasion from small things like driving me himself to my rental car and huge things when it came to repairing my vehicle! Thank you so very much, your acts of pure kindness and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. I appreciate you so much!

My car was perfect when I picked it up. It looked brand new. The staff was professional and took great care of me and my car. I hope I dont need repair work again but if I do, Ill definitely take it to Collision Works. In Derby.

Just went in for an estimate this time but the experience was definitely a good one. The person that helped me got right down to business and I was out within 15 minutes with an appointment made. Will update after the actual repair takes place.Update: my car looks beautiful again and they even managed to save me some money! Would definitely recommend.

My BMW was wrecked and needed both front and back bumper repaired/replaced so we took it here, after a few days we noticed the bumper clip wasn’t attached to the sides of the front bumper so my husband called them and we were told to bring it in. I called Friday morning, dropped it off at 1:45pm amd by 5pm it was done. I then received a phone call and they offered to bring me my car to my home so I didn’t have to get out in the cold. Excellent customer service, very professional & did quality work. So thank you guys very much and hope you all have a merry Christmas 🎄

If your vehicle gets into a wreck do not hesitate to give these people a call. Not only do they have great customer service and are super nice but they also will take good care of your vehicle and they are true to their word. It will come back to you just as it was before the wreck. Maybe even better. Fantastic shop.

I had a great experience with Collision Machine Works. They were very friendly when I dropped my vehicle off. They went thru all the paperwork with me, assessed my car with me, scheduled a rental for me, etc. They kept me informed thru texts, phone calls and emails on the status of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, it was SUPER clean and the staff were extremely accommodating!

I am so impressed with the quality of work, the communication and prompt status updates and professionalism. My car was ready before it was promised and they worked with my insurance company, Allstate to get additional funding to cover all the repairs. My car was cleaned to perfection on the inside and outside. In fact, I was going to have to get it detailed but they cleaned the inside so good I don’t have to do it now. Hopefully, it will be a long time before I need them again but definitely where I will go if needed. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Derby Collision Works to anyone who needs work completed. The service was excellent. I was updated about my repairs every step of the way. They accommodated me by arranging my rental, dropping my repaired car at my house and returning the rental and even cleaning my vehicle and putting gas in it as I had just put some in the rental! Ellen was my service advisor and she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I can not say enough positive things and I cant recommended them highly enough!

Matt did a fantastic job. We were told that it was going to take a couple weeks once they got the parts. They called me exactly 1 week after the car was dropped off, that my car was ready. I took my vehicle in with an extensive amount of damage all down the drivers side. After Collision Works completed the repairs, it looked like a brand new vehicle. Everything matched up perfect! Had a window get smashed out in my 4runner. Called the next day they had me scheduled and in no problem. The big surprise was the even clean8and vacuumed all the glass out of seat! Great guys great shop.

Recently hit a raccoon, so I set up a repair with my insurance and decided to use Collision Works of Derby. They replaced all parts necessary with OEM replacements. Called me to give me updates on how things were going. Perfectly matched the paint (thanks Ellen for double checking). I was told Id have it back by the 30th of April and got my car back, in perfect condition, a day before. Highly recommended!

I had to take my van in after being hit by a deer. They had to replace both door panels and the mirror. They emailed me with every update. I saw it was in detail the last day so I assumed they were just washing the outside. They detailed the entire van! It wasn’t even this clean when I bought it. They also included a $100 gift card to use at any point in the future or to give a friend. I have a lifetime warranty on all the work they did as well. I am beyond happy with my results. Collision Works is awesome. I scheduled an appointment and right after they got the ball rolling. What I liked compared to other collision companies is that they contacted me everyday during the process. My car ended up taking a extra day but only because of parts, which if you have ever ordered car parts before, then you understand. My car looks better than ever. You need to consider taking all your cars to Collision Works. They are so friendly and helpful.

I drive a yield sign yellow Ford and was so afraid the yellow would not match. I had an accident a few years back and saw a sign for Auto Masters in Derby so gave them a call. My first wreck so I was really stressed out. So thankful I chose them. Did a magnificent job and you could not tell it had been hit. Then once again someone turned a corner and hit me a few years later and here we go again. I called and they came and picked my yellow car up at the site and got it back as good as new. Its a 2001 and you would never know its been hit. They also let me use a car, which being alone I have to depend on myself. It was wonderful. I appreciate them so much, they also do work for me at the automotive part of Auto Masters. Full service I would say..........We need more businesses around Derby like them that really care about doing a good job. And they do care!!!!!

Top Notch Collision facility

Collision Works has performed service on three of my cars (Its not me, I swear.... Im a decent driver. Its hail and parking lot scrapes). When my most recent scrape occurred, I called them first without a second thought. And, once again, Im completely satisfied. My car looks great, they answered all of my questions with patience and enthusiasm, and I received frequent updates about the status of the repairs. I wont take my car anywhere else!

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with Collision Works in Derby. They were so patient with me and getting my insurance information figured out. They did everything for me; I did not have to speak with adjuster once after getting set up there. Heath and Robbie are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired. I was sent text message updates throughout the entire process and was called when needed. I couldnt be more happy. Picked my car up and it was spotless and they even fixed a small dent without telling me they would which was a pleasant surprise. No charge. Thanks a ton guys and also to the team who made my car look brand new again!

Brought my car here and quickly realized after picking it up that it now had the ability to fly. Come to find out, this body shop installed a Robin Williams style Flubber Machine to my Mini Cooper.10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend to everyone.

Great just picked up a huge deal on tool chest their 8 ft long on golf cart

They have had to replace the bumper cover 3 times and it still does not fit correctly. I was told that the first time it was because the part was aftermarket and it does not fit like an OEM part however, they still couldnt get the 2 OEM bumper covers to fit correctly either. Now I have to take my car to the Ford dealer for them to pick up the pieces. I know they have done good work in the past which is why I chose to have my car fixed here but the work that was done on my vehicle was definitely subpar. It has been a headache for the past few months trying to get my car fixed properly. I am not impressed at all.

Great customer service! I called around for a windshield replacement for my Ford F150 and they were much cheaper than taking it the Safelite even after a coupon Safelite offered me. Quality work, moved the ktag that I forgot about. Had the work done when they said they would. They will be the first ones I call for any work.
