I was very pleased with the prompt response time service from this independent service provider. James the owner came out same day when suddenly my dryer belt snapped right in the middle of my big wash day. His fee was very reasonable, he actually had the parts in stock on his truck for my 20 year old Kenmore dryer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the fix in plenty of time to dry All my loads of clothes For the day.

Jim responded to my email regarding my broken washing machine in minutes. He scheduled me for a diagnostic service the following day and was able to help me solve the issue with my machine. Honest and reliable service. I highly recommend.

We had a broken washing machine and found Jim online. We called him based on his great reviews and were not disappointed. Jim was extremely responsive and called us back within an hour of our message to him. He came out to our house within an hour after that and efficiently fixed the problem. He is also very reasonable compared to other repair services. We were so glad we called him and will call him in the future for any other repairs.

Not only did Jim come the same day I called him but he also did a fantastic job installing a dryer vent in a new dryer that fit into an extremely tight spot. The dryer had to be taken apart, install the side vent and then re-assembled. Very nice and great to work with. Would call him again with any issues. You should also!!!!!

Jim did a great job fixing our dishwasher. He was able to diagnose the likely problem before he even arrived, which was awesome because he knew what part would be needed. That meant my dishwasher was fixed right away, and I didnt have to wait for parts while dirty dishes piled up. You can tell that he knows a lot about what hes doing and I wouldnt hesitate to call Jim again if another appliance breaks down.

Jim came to my house 4 times, took my payment, fixed nothing, and left with the new part that Sears shipped to him. His voice mail doesnt even identify Mastri Appliance which I find sketchy. Jimmy helped me out of a jam when my dishwasher nearly caught fire. He was over immediately - on a Saturday no less, and was able to figure out the problem immediately. He shopped around prices for parts and gave me options for a new unit as well. Gave me a great price on the service too. I moved to a location where the appliances were breaking, or broken. Specifically the Washer shook the whole house. Dryer wouldnt even turn on.I called Mastri Appliance and was helped by Jimmy Mastri with setting up an appointment for the following Monday.When Jimmy got to my home, it took him about 15 minutes to find the problem with the dryer, and when he did, he fixed it immediately. It went from not turning on, to working fine.He then looked at the washer, and within 2 minutes had a part # and a price for me, which was 60% cheaper than the previous estimate.Hes a no fuss worker with a lot of skill. Highly recommended.

We had called on Friday to have our washer fixed and were scheduled the following Monday. Saturday afternoon I got a call from Jimmy who had some time and asked if he could come by then. He was there in 30 min. He checked my washer and went over all of the options with us, but when we decided our old washer was not worth the price he talked with us about the different features to look for and the ones to stay away from (things repairmen must charge more to fix). He was professional, courteous, honest and very reasonable. I will use him for all of my appliance repairs and I will recommend him to everyone. It is nice to see someone so young with a good work ethic and a pride in what he does.
