Very nice people that go out of their way to make you happy. Not the cheapest place in the world but they are there to take care if your problems in person. Lots of good stuff and all the after the purchase items to keep you going. They really appreciate your patronage. Good people !!!!

Like walking into Cheers . Terrific atmosphere - friendly staff who are truly interested in helping their customers. Love going to the retreats - always learn something new, make some new friends, eat til you puke and have an all-around great time. A lot of effort goes into this by all the staff. Cant say anything but great things about everyone there.

Update: this place is permanently closed.I love this place! So very knowledgeable; great repair guy; lots of machine accessories like feet and cartridges. 10/10 will go again.

A sm-med size store, wonderfully decorative and very colorful. We were inquiring about a longarm and the staff were very helpful. We will come again if in the area.That being said, my wife called Feb 9 to inquire about getting a Dream Machine w/frame and the lady was apparently bitchy. We got it elsewhere and saved 2000. We wont be back. Now its 2 stars.
