My friend who only has 1 arm walked in and asked how much for just one hand to be done, they laughed and turned her away!!!! This is complete and utterly rude, no matter the circumstance they should be professional and Atleast try to help her feel good about herself. If I could leave 0 stars I would, this is absolutely sickening!!!! Imagine if that was your friend, sister, daughter… you should be ashamed of yourself.

Not professional and absolutely horrifying how this business treats people. They turned away a woman who asked a question in regards to a service. This is beyond discriminatory and I hope that no one supports any establishment willing to bring a woman to tears by being so insensitive and kicking her out. Imagine being born with one arm and a nail technician turning your away?? Smh.

Tammy and Danny did an amazing job on my nails. They also went above and beyond by Making my nieces and My nails and toes match!! I totally recommend them to all my friends and family.

Tammy is the best in NY! Ive been going to Nail Design for about 10 years now. My nails always look so good and I get so many compliments but beyond their service, I love the owners. Tammy and Danny make me feel like family and anyone that goes to the shop knows that Danny always cracks jokes and lightens the mood. Love it there.

I love Tammy and Danny! Ive been going there for 6yrs now and even after moving 45mins away last year, I still make the drive cause its absolutely worth it! I cant say Im the best customer to deal with as Im quite picky and vocal about it, unlike customers who vent in reviews, I let Tammy and Danny know my thoughts/preferences and have always been accommodated. In fact, I would hate to see anyone misunderstand that these two are such hard workers always, always eager to help and satisfy! Ive never left feeling anything but the best quality service and good laughs. Its like being with family!

I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS PLACE NO STARS! I WENT IN TO GET A FULL SET AND MY FRIEND WAS GUNS GET A PEDICURE! TOLD ME TO PICK COLOR OR WHICH THEY DUNT HAVE MUCH FOR POLISH SO ANYWAY I SAT DOWN AND ONE OF HER REGULARSCAME IN SO SHE LOOKED AT MY NAILS AND NOTICED THAT I HAD GEL POLISH ON AND STARTED HEMMING AND HUMMING SO I GOT UP AND WALKED OUT YOU DONT DO THAT SHE COULD HAVE SAT AND WAITED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYBODY GO THERE!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Dont come in for dip powder!!Came in on an appointment at 2, waited 30 minutes- ok I guess thats not that bad. We made appointments for the dip powder they charge 40$ for and the nail technicians had NO idea what they were doing! I have been getting the dip powder for months and know the steps of how it should be done- they did it so wrong. All my nails are bumpy and terrible and then I had to get a gel on top because the powder was so bad - another 10$ . The gel looked patchy and she had to take it off and redo it multiple times. So Im left with thick, uneven nails, paid 50$ for them. Whatever that happens- but the I get to the register and they try to overcharge me - 20$ more than it should have been! So I do the math of what we had done to them and its 20$ less- still overcharged me 5$ more for god knows what.Anyways - if you cant do dip powder - it is difficult - dont do it!!! Dont practice on your customers and charge them 40!!!!$ for it!!Will never ever be coming back. I was going to tip them both 30$.. just be honest and say hey we cant do that we you willing to do acrylics ?

Have had pedis here before, always fabulous. Today I had my nails done with gel polish by the owner. He is always upbeat & funny and my nails are beautiful for a reasonable price. Highly recommend

The owners Tammy and Danny are the most funny, upbeat, and very personable people not only that but they speak american to you that you can actually understand and have a conversation with them. I go NO where else unless they are closed when i have time but not usually cause i wait if i can.

The actual nail technicians are nice, talented ladies. The man who runs it is a jerk. They had inscense burning and I asked them to put it out because I am ALLERGIC. He opened the door but did not put it out. I will not be giving them any more business. Rude!!

Danny and Tammy have been doing my nails for years and waxing my eye brows and I just love it there the atmosphere is inviting and welcoming they are happy people that lo e there jobs.....Sue C.
