If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ve had multiple experiences with this branch and it’s always such a great experience. Last weekend, I had to make an urgent reservation due to my car breaking down. Booking online was quick and easy. At the branch, Ulrich was super helpful and accommodating, he got me settled with a car in no time. He also made sure I understand the agreement and options so I can make better decisions of what I should get. Rental was reasonably priced. Cars were always given to me clean and in good shape. Ulrich even gave me a call the next day just to check how the rental is doing and if I have any concerns. I had to extend my rental and it was a quick 1-minute call to do so. I really can’t thank you enough for the superb customer service and great cars. Also, they accept debit cards! Those are the main reasons why I always choose to rent at this branch. Thanks, Ulrich!

I had placed a reservation 6 days prior to my pick up date and i had first got a phone call from one of the reps telling me that my truck wasnt ready and if i could wait, so i waited untill 1030am got there and they tell me first that i came late to pick up my truck was given away and then i told him about the phone call and he told he still couldnt do anything because they had no car for me. These people literally made my road hell i had to find a car from someone else and it took hours which delayed my road trip. Both of that reps that where in the facility didnt care and they literally lied to my face.So overall 0 out of 5 stars.

Had a reservation to pick my car up at 1pm. When I arrived a few minutes before 1 I was met with a locked door and a sign saying they would return in 15 minutes with a number to call if we needed immediate assistance. I called the number listed and I went to voicemail. I left a message that was never returned. I called Customer Service and was told that the staff had been out picking up a car and was told they were back now to call the branch and theyd pick me up. I called the branch several times and no one picked up. I called Customer Care again and was on the phone for almost an hour and was told there was no one there so I had to go to another location to get my car. I was told by Customer Care that they had booked me a car at the Airport that I could pick up. When I got there I was told they didnt have a car for me. Luckily one of the managers got me into a car at the same price as my original vehicle. Basically the West Seneca location made this whole experience a mess.

My recent rental experience was excellent, from the best customer service reps to a nice, dependable vehicle. Im definitely renting Enterprise again.

I made a reservation at 2PM for a Maxima. I called prior and said I would be running late and would be there by 230, at which point the lady said that was fine. She told me I needed a major card for a luxury vehicle (Visa, AmEx, MasterCard..). When I arrived after looking at my card they advised they could not proceed bc even though my bank card was a Visa, it would not suffice.I asked if there were any other vehicles available that I could use. She said there were two, but they were currently in the shop, but would be available within the hour. She said I could stick around theyd be ready soon. I decided to go home and wait. She said they would call me as soon as either car was ready. I waited till 5pm, still no call. I tried calling them, kept ringing and ringing, no answer. A day after, still no call from them.. thankfully I made it before closing time to another location to pick up a vehicle. Disappointed and dissatisfied that I couldnt even get a call back to communicate anything.

You can’t really expect much from a car rental company these days, you just have to accept the fact that they overcharge you to drive a rundown, beat up vehicle that they consider to be mid-size. On the bright side, the staff are extremely kind. I think it’s insulting to charge a customer an additional deposit for using a debit card, and then making them wait two days for the funds to be made available in your bank account. They almost un-incentivize you to rent with them, despite having a rewards program because who wants to recycle a $200 deposit in order to earn a less than mediocre reward. Hopefully Thrifty Car Rentals will come to WNY soon. They still require the additional deposit but you pay less and get nicer vehicles.

I was supposed to have a large car when I arrived i was told that there were none and offered a huge van or truck instead. which I didnt want. So then I was told I could have an suv but would have to pay more for it. I also had free uograde.. I wish to be reimbursed for the 50 extra dollars and the extra gas I had to use with the sub. Never again will I use enterprise horrible ordeal.

Very efficient process. Combined with website works out very well. Staff is always very helpful. Actually the fifth time we have use their services. Also convenient vehicle drop off and pick up and the picking you up feature is very nice.

Made a reservation, get here and they tell me they dont have any cars onsite that itll be 30 to 40 mins. 50 mins later and I am still sitting outside in the cold waiting for them to figure their stuff out. Either get this place with the program or close the place, Enterprise. I will think twice before renting a car again from Enterprise, shame as I have rented from them for more then 15 years now.

I rented a car from Enterprise Rent A-Car yesterday.The young man that took all my information was very professional and was very knowledgeable. He made the process nice and easy. He was very positive and nice. He asked me if I had any questions about the car, which I didn’t. (I have to say, when he walked away I couldn’t figure out where the start button was, but was to embarrassed to go get him and ask) lolI found it and left. Very positive experience!!I returned the car today. (Ford Fusion) what a great ride!!! That car will definitely be on the top of my list when I’m ready to buy another car.The young lady came out to the car, asked me how I liked the car, I told her I loved it!!She said stay here and I’ll go get the paperwork for you. So a couple minutes later she came out and handed me the paperwork. She was very sweet! She had her mask in but you could tell she had a smile on her face. She asked me how my experience went with the whole process. I gave her two thumbs up!When you deal with people like I did with this rental process it showed me that there are two great great employees working for Enterprise rent A- Car making sure that your experience was a good one!This was the second time I have rented from this company ( Transit Rd in Depew) and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is in need of a rental car.

Made a reservation yesterday 8/23 for today 8/24/20 @ 10am - got there at 10am to stand in line outside following COVID procedures - there were three people ahead of me - no problem - roughly fifteen minutes later a family arrives and stands behind me - The site seems to have overbooked reservations because they don’t have any cars on site and we’re watching the staff leave in pairs to bring back more vehicles - now the male staff that processed the three people before me comes out and totally skips over me and heads to the family behind me - they politely redirect him to me because I was there first - he comes over and nonchalantly apologies and takes my license - when he returns he states that my reservation was made yesterday and they won’t have a car for me until like 3pm he’s not sure - it is now 10:40 and I watch this gentleman return to the family behind me and confirm their rental for 10:30 letting them know it’s on its way - when I asked why their reservation was being honored instead of mine I was told it was because they made the reservation prior to mine even though their pickup time was at 10:30 am and mine was 10am - I asked to speak to the manager whom never came out to address my issues/concerns - I ended up called the site and was hold for ten minutes before someone answered the phone for this location and low and behold it was the manager CAROLYN - It is now 11:15 and I’m explaining to her that I’m outside and have been for well over an hour and I’m watching everyone being serviced without issue yet my reservation won’t be honored - I’m watching staff leave in pairs and return with vehicles for other patrons (specifically people who’s reservation times were after mine) while I’m being overlooked and disregarded - she was dry, and condescending- and even told me I could book elsewhere - just wow - and unfortunately I must and will point out that I was the only African American customer on site - this was beyond a ridiculous ordeal and I unfortunately feel mentally and emotionally drained by the blatant and seemingly intentional lack of delightful/pleasant service - I can’t help but feel/think it was racially fueled and that just sucks - I’ve called corporate twice , left an email and even live chatted the incident with the company because you folks need to know THIS IS NOT OK - Carolyn needs to know THIS IS NOT OK - EVER - Tisk tisk enterprise - TISK TISK

I rented a car for a short trip. They were very professional and very accommodating for my needs. I will and always have rented from them. They offer free pick up and drop off at this location which was great because my ride couldnt pick me up for 2 hours. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

These folks did everything entirely right by us when we arrived just before closing time for a rental through our insurance company. They set us up with a vehicle promptly and professionally even though I am sure they wanted to just go home (it was about 8 minutes before closing time). Never made us feel awkward or uncomfortable at all and we enjoyed the car while ours was in the shop. Would most definitely recommend working with these people again without question.first class experience!

New manager seems to have changed the way the office operates.6/2019Had reservation, called to schedule pick up and no drivers were available, but was reassured that plenty of vehicles were available. Payed for ride to come get a vehicle and called back 5 min later to be told no vehicles were available.. and I had a reservation..

These guys are really fast. Funny but on business. Ill keep going there, for now. However, Im concerned about the wild swings in pricing from week to week, in the industry. Also, the constant attempts at up-charging is beginning to reveal a store that is under pressure to make more and more money. I was charged an extra $5.00 a day last week on my SENTRA because of the type of keys they were giving me. Huh?Twice in the past 4 months, they overcharged me by over $70 each time, way over the online confirmed price. If I hadnt checked my email receipt it would have never been caught. And each of the last 5 rentals, the inside wasnt touched or freshened.Greed is taking precedence of late.

Had to rent a car while mine was in the shop. First car they gave me reeked of smoke, had stained seats, and scratches and dings all over it. I took it back due to the smoke smell and got a second vehicle. The second one stunk of smoke also. The inside of the windows was coated in grime. Once I cleaned the windows, the smell lessened some, but was still there. I kept it because I only needed it one more day at that point. I did tell them when I returned the car and they gave me a coupon for a free upgrade on my next rental, but I dont think Ill use this location again.

Claimed I damaged the car (a scratch down the passenger side). Never showed me the damages they claimed, never even did a walk around before giving me the car, for all I know it was their before I received the car.

Again, I rented a car at this location via the app, only to be called hours later and told no cars are available. This is not the first time. You’ll get an email that says in big bold letters “YOUR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED” and gives you a confirmation number. That email is meaningless.I was also told I could “check with the downtown location” to see if they had one.You’d think a car rental place with no cars would have the time to have checked that themselves.

I travel throughout the US for work and this location is my favorite. I have been a corporate customer since the day they opened. The staff is always friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make the rental experience the best it can be. Over the years Ive had a few vehicle issues and they always addressed them immediately to my full satisfaction.

Enterprise is a great company. They always have a car ready for me and the service is great. The people are friendly and easy to work with. I recommend anyone needing to rent a vehicle call Enterprise car rental.

I reserved a Kia soul on purpose for my week vacation. I FINALLY got one. This was the third time that I made a reservation and paid for one. The one other time they just gave me a dodge grand caravan. So that is two out of three this year that they did make it great. Even though last year every time I picked the one I wanted they just gave me a full size car other than when I paid for a van, so DONT COUNT ON an accommodation 50% of the time.

I took advantage of weekend special @ $10.00 /day (Fri - Mon). + tax.No surprises as I made reservation online a couple of days before.I am Enterprise Plus Club member and this is the second time I have used this weekend special at this location. Staff processed me in/out quickly, and I will take advantage of this deal again in the near future.

While the service is great, and the cars are new, they are not serviced to be clean. More than once I had rented a car and it was cleaned on the outside but the inside was not vacuumed, or dusted, they do not use any finishing products on the inside and once in a while the car smelled of smoke.I rent cars from them to pick up clients and often I need to clean the inside myself. This needs to be improved to get 5 stars.

No cars no good service

I had a crappy morning waking up to a branch impaled through my windshield. After dealing with Insurance for over and hour. Enterprise made things very easy. Think his name was Phil. He made everything smooth and easy. I was in and out in 15 Minutes with a SUV.

There was a small issue with the size of the vehicle. It was corrected and I was on my way.

Called to rent a pick up truck, reserved a Dodge Ram 1500, or equivalent model, made the reservation told me it was all set. I joined the Enterprise rewards club to get a discount rate, which I never received.Called back to arrange time for them to pick me up was told they had no pickup trucks, but I was welcome to call the other locations to see if they had one. Told her they were welcome to put me on hold & call the other locations to see if they had one, I would wait. I was told they had one at the West Seneca location, should be ready for pick up at 3:30.15 minutes later (noonish) they called, said they had a driver in the area who could pick me up in 15-20 minutes. Told them yes guy picked me up took me to West Seneca location lo and behold no Ram 1500 or equivalent model pickups available but they had a Ford F250.I dont know where the call center is versus the west Senaca location but it seems like the left hand has no idea the right hand even exists! Zero communication between them. People at West Seneca location were very nice , but as far as the initial calls, definitely not the quality service Ive experienced with Enterprise in the past. Felt like I was in the Seinfeld rental car episode.

I rented on October 29 at this site. I had flown into Buffalo-Niagara Airport. I thought there would be a shuttle to pick car up since it was relatively close to the airport. I had to take a cab for just under $30. I was able to return the car to the airport with a drop-off charge lower than a cab fare.I was upgraded to a nice Toyota RAV4. The customer service guy was super pleasant and amazing! I would definitely rent again from this site if I had to go to BUF again!

Very terrible customer service! I informed them it was my first time going through a rental car service. They did not give me all the information I needed and of course failed to inform me I could use my own insurance since my car was across the street getting repaired. When returning the car they told me it was a daily charge for the insurance that my card was charged without my knowledge! They rental agent was very unprofessional and rude! I do not recommend!!!!!!!!!

I had worst experience with Enterprise. They provided me vehicle with lots of mechanical issues and when i asked them to change the vehicle they didnt help me out. I risked my family life by driving that vehicle but i didnt had any options. when i ask customer care they just I APOLOGIZE. I decided not rent vehicle from Enterprise after this experience.

Staff was helpful and courteous. having some issues with their computer system regarding the rewards club but hopefully should be straightened out soon.

There was some confusion on my reservation at the corporate level. The Depew office and the Batavia office worked together to get it sorted out and I had my car when I was ready to leave work. Cant say enough about both of these offices and their staff. Fantastic!

The reservations were all messed up,vehicle was at a different location than here at the transit rd store,the persons at this store insisted I was at fault,would not give me a ride to the new location,had to get northeast collision to give me a ride, never once did anyone at this store say sorry,or try to make it right, once I got the truck it was dirty inside with white salt from the road,smelled of smoke,the woman that cashed me out said I did not have to return the truck with full tank of fuel because of all the problems,,THE TRUCK WAS ON EMPTY,WITH THE GAS PUMP SHOWING on the dash,,,my daughter just rented a truck today from the same store today and,she was treated awfull and here truck was also dirty and on empty,,,,,Don’t know what to do or if they really care,,,,,don’t rent from this place
