This is a service, not a place. For the most part, they come to you and give your car/boat/whatever an amazing detail while you go about your business. Couldnt be simpler and the prices are excellent. Trinity has detailed my car in my driveway and power washed the outside of my business. Always professional, always great service. Im in Lockport and had no problem getting an appointment.

I was trying to get my car detailed, first it took about three weeks to get in contact with them, then they didn’t come to the first appointment, then they were supposed to come today. Haven’t heard from them to confirm either appointment and it takes weeks to get in contact. Will never ever use again

Theyve done both my parents vehicles and my mothers 2011 Chrysler Concord looks like a Brand New Car, Amazing Job, Would Highly Recommend to anyone.

Worst ever. I would like to give them zero stars if possible. They stood me up and never answered my phone call or call me back. Horrible experience ever. I scheduled a service here because someone threw up in my car. They scared me by saying that they are the only certificated professional who can take care of bio hazard (which is a lie) and the vomit is gonna affect me really bad if I left it in my car for a several days and evrything. They are so irresponsible and scared me by lying. Worst ever.

Awesome service! why didnt we think of this!!!!! I was so amazed at how nice my car looked and how great it smelled. The workmanship was great and the guys were just terrific. We will definately recommend.
