That are very nice, good pricing, quick, and I got to see the actual equipment they use. I was very pleased!! My car seems good for the alignment, well need to drive a bit more, but at this point, I would absolutely suggest going here!! The area isnt great, but there is indoor seating to wait!!

They are quick. Unlike a lot of other Spanish speaking businesses they dont talk about their customers in Spanish not realizing that you understand what theyre saying. I highly recommend making an appointment. They get you in and out in under 30 minutes tops and they dont up sale you. Very affordable !

Took my car for alignment and charge me $65 but nothing was done I told them it had a noise in the suspension and if it need it parts to let me know they never call, I had to call them because it was almost time to close I got my car back with the same noise and they didnt tell me if I needed any parts and still charge me.

Reasonably priced, courteous, helpful, and fast! They were able to get me in the day after I noticed my alignment was off as well. Bonus: the Sunnyside neighborhood is lovely to walk in while youre getting your car fixed- plenty of parks and food shops nearby. I definitely recommend them!

Just wasted my time. Called yesterday, they said to come in the next day at 1pm. And now they know nothing about my call or my car...

Fast and easy and knowledgeable, I was in and out in 10-15 min. And the first time I went they informed me my front lower all joints were no good, so I was able fix that myself first and then go back for them to fix my alignment

Confused about where to go to get an alignment. Was basically ignored and other customers will put ahead of me. I felt there was some prejudice going on.

They only adjust your vehicles tow here, no camber or caster adjustments. For $70 I consider that a job half done.My truck still pulls to the right, same as before. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I had made an appointment for noon was seen before my appointment time. My alignment was done fast and very efficient!! My 3rd time coming here in 10yr time frame and 3 different vehicles. Thank you for always taking care of your customers!! Oh and by the way the price is way cheaper then other shops around.

Went to these guys because their price was the best and the reviews were pretty good. I brought in a Honda CR-V for a front-end alignment. I drove away and they had made the misalignment worse... not sure how they managed to do that. I brought it back and they tried again, and made it better, but barely better than it was in the first place. I appreciate the effort, but I won’t be back. If your name is “Alignment Specialists”, I expect better work. Spend $10 or $15 more and get it done properly.

I was standing in line waiting my turn and the guy walks away didnt even look my was. WOW I am white so u dont want my business so I left. Took my Jeep to Havana tier store and the where very respectful and spoke English and Spanish.

Did excalty what I wanted, gave me a very affordable alignment. The car was aligned very well after and service was great. I dropped my car off for the appointment and picked it up when I got off. Be sure to make an appointment because they can get pretty busy, but are definitely the place to go.

They diagnosed a loose wheel bearing (no charge) instead of just performing the alignment. Rebuilt my axle and brought it back. Quick and friendly service. Good selection of food/drink nearby while you wait.

I went here to do alignment on my Nissan Altima 2005 and they wanted to charge me almost 400 dollars cause supposedly some was broken, and I tooked it to another place and they did the alignment on both cars without giving me stories about something being broken, so later On same month I tooked another car a Chrysler Pacifica which was in better condition and they gave me the same story, I can’t believe that our own people are doing this, do not recommend this place

Do not recommend this place. This place literally ruined my car. I brought my car to simply do an alignment and after 5 minutes of them with my car they told me they couldnt do it and my car was damaged so bad. I found slashes on my CV axle which was not there before.

Got an front end alignment on my 2004 Avalanche.

So I took my 03 is300 a little while ago to change control arms and ball joints and once I left the place my abs sensors were malfunctioning so I took the car to tires plus and they told me the sensors were zip tied which means they knew the abs sensors got ripped or broken during their job and did not bother to lmk it happened. I seriously cant recommend this place if you have a decent car.

Dangerously incompetent. They did not tighten the nuts when they finished and they came loose,. I am in México and they do not answer their phone, they either did it on purpose or they are dangerously incompetent.

I brought tie rod ends to be installed after they told me mine were broken, but they didnt install them. Much to my surprise they just kept the parts and left my car with a broken tie rod end.

Great folks. Scheduled an appointment with them on Monday for service Tuesday at 1. They took my car at 1 and finished up in less than 30 minutes. The car now drives straight with my new tires. The shop may not look like much but they have the newest allignment equiptment and the best prices around. I wouldnt hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to them for allignment or brake service.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. Just took my car Aligement Specialist on 38th today.These people are con artist. They put my car on the lift. They looked at it for 30 seconds. They said they could not allign my car with out replacing the front arms. Conveniently they could fix the problem for $550. I drove straight to my mechanic Elroys Son Alignment & Brake. They placed my car on the lift and said that my arms were perfectly ok. They aligned my car and now my car runs great.This is the 2nd incident of them luring you in for a cheap alliment and trying to scam you for unnecessary repairs before they can alligator car. They are a RIP OFFS/ CON ARTISTS BEWARE.

Its ok BUT they didnt tell you the things at the moment or options that they have they just make you spend youre time and youre gas.

The truth is that they do not know how to work with the clients because yesterday they went to my car which is a 2017 honda crv and they said that it had some damaged parts and for that reason they could not do anything but today in the morning I took it to another place and they adjusted the alignment well without any problem. And there is in that place had the steering wheel a little crooked to one side and now that I drive it they left it worse than it was if they do not want to do their job they do not do it but they do not lie to people either tell what they have and if they see that it is not possible like that leave things do not move them but fix them I do not recommend it
