Relationship ended with this company. Collin Plumley, who was assigned as our arborist is all over the place, forgetful, unresponsive and they botched up a tree pruning. Ask that they send an actual arborist when they come out for your work. I called him out on planning to send a tech to evaluate the health of the trees on property for a quote. If you care about your trees like I do, you want a qualified arborist reviewing the quality of your trees both for health and structural soundness. Perhaps they have trained their techs to do that, or all their techs are arborists too? Who knows. Ending a professional relationship that has lasted about a year is never something one looks forward to, but it is necessary when it seems that you are no longer getting the same quality service as was promised and given at the start of work. I tend to be very passionate about my trees and after 7 days of waiting for an answer to follow up and have Collin rudely advice that he had promised to be there the next day when in fact that was not true (to attach copies of communication), is frustrating. Was hoping for a quote on 9/24/21. Upon reaching out to him 9/30/21, he was still planning on going tomorrow 10/1/21. Red flag. Just do your due diligence when using this company and demand quality for what you pay for. Reviews are intended to help, both those shopping around and hopefully the company being reviewed to look closer at their systems and see what needs improvement. All the best Bartlett, I have no doubt we each shall find a better customer-tree expert partnering than what it ended up as. Oh well......

Konstanze was extremely responsive to our request for tree removal. She came out to our house to do a site survey and we had the quote the same day. The crew was amazing. They removed three trees, trimmed multiple trees and bushes and then used the chipper and loaded the chips onto their trucks. It was very entertaining to watch them at work. The guy with the chain saw was like an artist making cuts in the branches. Our yard looks great! We highly recommend them.

Collin came over to take a look at our trees and gave us a fair quote to trim up a large tree in our backyard. His team came over bright and early and were finished by around noon. They did a great job and were very affordable compared to others. I would use them again.

Have a bunch of trees on my property that I purchased about a year ago. Not sure if these trees have ever been taken care of before so we called Bartlett and got excellent service. They were on time, very professional and left zero mess. Well kept trees make the house look even nicer! Definitely recommend.

Excellent service for my trees. Had them come out to spray and treat the trees for the usual beetle problem. They sprayed for this year and treated the roots for next year.
