The company I work for used them because we were using a competitor and they came by and charged us over $300 to come out and tell us the scale doesn’t work but Bob from Mountain Scales Inc came out and was about to sell us a scale based on the other company saying it doesn’t work but Bob took the time to check our outlet and found that the outlet of our old scale was attached to didn’t have power and plugged it into another outlet and it worked!! I would recommend them on their knowledge and customer service!! He went above and beyond what he had to do and saved our company from spending that extra money when the scale we had still worked!! Thanks for your help Bob and your dedication to your work!!

Incredibly helpful staff when it comes to all things scale related. They helped us figure out the right professional scale for our lab work, and the pricing was excellent.

If I could give a -5 star I would. This place doesnt inform customers properly, they will not come out and calibrate scales, they will not take returns on items that were purchased, shipped, and not satisfactory. Do NOT use this company. Email me privatley and I will hook you up with the best!
