Im not feeling this place at all. Ive only worked at Intertech Plastics for less than a week and its just slow. Machines are always down.The folks there trying to train know very little English. I was never trained at all for anything just thrown on a job. No one could tell me how I was getting paid as a temp or anything very disorganized. Good folks here great quality products just working here isnt a good fit for someone like me. No direction whatsoever.

Be very, VERY careful. Ive consulted with a number of companies as they navigate the manufacturing sector in the USA, and was far from impressed at how my client was treated here. The initial experience was positive, with a thorough overview of procedures and design, but once production was underway things went south. Price increases of up to 40%(!!!) (blamed on my client, for not making enough product), poor communication regarding personnel changes and a general lack of interest after 6 months because my client wasnt a big enough fish.The quality of what was produced was quite good, but the overall treatment received was not good at all.If you want to work with Intertech, get everything in writing, and a firm commitment on pricing and expectations.I am open to being contacted further if needed.

Do not work for these guys they still owe me 24 hours of work that has not been paid to me.

Engineers and the quality of products produced are excellent - had a difficult time dealing with sales and accounts departments. Mainly interested in large scale customers only. Not suitable for SMEs who may be looking for an injection molding company.

Intertech Plastics is truly an amazing company. If you want an honest and reliable American company that offers turn-key solutions, you cant go wrong with Intertech Plastics. They are constantly improving their manufacturing processes and customer service by utilizing technology and employing the right people. Very impressed with this company and how they support their community as well.

They truly care about their employees. They take the time to train you properly, and to ensure that you have what you need. Its great to know that were making products that stay here in the Denver & Colorado area

I worked for the medical half of the company and I can honestly say this is company run with contempt for anyone who isnt in management. They specifically will not promote anyone who isnt white and male, they will not listen to the needs of the staff, they do not put value on their employees.
