I love Dollar Tree, but this location is always filled with tons of boxes just occupying the aisles and blocking the shelves Im trying to get products off of. Seriously. Look at the pictures. This wasnt just a rare stocking day. Its like this every time I go in.

This store at 3100 block if Federal Blvd has better stocking schematic, have had better product availability experience, and store carts are available to take larger purchase to automobile in parking area. Other stores wont let you use carts, its rediculos.

The store was clean yet you get this feeling that youre really not welcomed. I wasnt greeted, when I asked for assistance I was sent to several isles find the product in question as if I already didnt use my eyes the first time... SMHLol I was taught to use eyes 👀 and hands ✋ not your mouth 👄👅to find what youre looking for 😜🤣 oh well I sure I wont be back.. Im not into purposely allowing someone to be mean or disrespectful to me.

We visited this store, 3125 Federal Blvd. Denver, CO, to buy headbands and some staples. The cashier (Charlotte) was very, very, very, rude to me and my husband as soon as we walked up to the register. There were six different types of headbands in different colors. I wanted to buy a couple of packs of each and was told that I was only permitted to buy two packs of the colored headbands. I did not see a sign on the shelf stating there was a limit and when I asked her if I could buy two and my husband could buy two packs of the colored headbands she said “No” “You are only allowed two per family”. I asked if I could buy the shorter black ones and she said “Yes, you can buy two of them”. She then proceeded to say “I am not sure if you are making masks with them or why you would even want to make masks now because you can get masks anywhere”. “I don’t think they will even allow you to buy these headbands online anymore” We were totally appalled but did not try to justify, we were in shock and just said “OK” made the purchase then left. First, my husband and I have NEVER been treated like this by an employee in retail. Second, I didn’t know that my husband could not purchase a product in the Dollar Tree store because we were both of the same family. Third, maybe some people are making masks for the frontline workers if that is indeed why they are buying the headbands. Fourth, why should you have to explain or justify why you are buying any product in a store that is on the shelf, you have the money to purchase it, and there is no sign that sets a limit. Fifth, Charlotte SHOULD NOT have a job working in retail if she talks to customers like that. Sixth, if you want to see how Charlotte ripped the few packs of headbands off the belt and threw them aside not permitting myself nor my husband to purchase them, replay the camera footage on 05/30/20 a little prior to 11:42am. You will see me and my husband standing there in awe at what she was saying and how we were being treated. Seventh, I will pray for Charlotte’s cold heart and that her anger will be lifted.Sincerely,Frequent, kind, loyal, loving customers to Dollar Tree stores in whatever location we may be in.

Folks, I have had to literally live out of them. You can eat pretty well out of the frozen food coolers and the price is right. Pretty clean with friendly staff.

This is by far one of the worst dollar tree locations in Denver! They are absolutely slacking on organization , and no one really seems to care about how it looks. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Talk about fire hazard at its finest!
