I drive across town to come here. Been coming here for years and all techs always do an amazing job on my nails.

I usually dont get my nails done often but I really Love that they are fast and experienced in doing nails and the staff are very friendly my nails were done by Sarah she made me feel comfortable and treated me with care I would recommend this place to anyone, I would also suggest you make an appointment ahead of time as they are very popular and are almost always busy.

We asked for a design on my daughters nails that she did not get. The Lady didnt even listen when she asked for another coat or her design. I asked for a deluxe pedi I ended up paying 60$ when I only wanted the 35$ but the tech wasnt listening or couldnt understand. It was so frustrating. They say theyre number 1 but we will not be returning. Oh I also asked for an off white polish and still got regular white. My feet do look nice though.

What a refreshing change from the usual salons Ive been using! For one thing, they got us in right on time, no waiting. Friendly, great attitude. Gave wonderful service with beautiful results to me and my granddaughter, and love my dip nails. Very happy!

Well my daughter and I have been going here for a long time off and on but this last time tops it off so she got a rebase and it took 20 minutes which the nails and paint were very choppy and ugly so I call and was told that I could come in the next day to get this fixed I already paid 65 for a rebase so another hour later shes finished and I was told to pay another 15 OK whatever but the very next fricking day almost all of the left hand broke off after 75 dollars what a waste of time and money. Not again dont go here money hungry

Me did an AMAZING job on my birthday nails! I was very pleased with his work. I came with inspiration photos, but I let him do his own creative work. I was not disappointed! I will be back. Very clean, great customer service, and lots of talent. Thank you again!

I held off posting bc I thought my second visit would be better unfortunately the service was not worth the price. He was in a hurry to do my nails he seemed annoyed with me, and I asked to get my nails shorter and he just cut them completely off . I dont understand how they are#1. Very disappointed would love a response from the owner .

Signature Nails should have a rating of 10 out of 0-5! This nail salon is Outstanding! The nail techs are very skilled and very kind. I’ve seen mind blowing talent here. The Salon is clean and extremely well kept. Very luxurious and comfortable. They are taking very strict caution against covid 19. Derek handles the scheduling and he is absolutely a breath of fresh air. Very professional, patient and polite. They strive for excellence and it shows! I recommend all nail techs. I highly recommend Signature Nails! If you haven’t been here, sad To say you’ve been missing out! I drive from Highlands Ranch to this salon. Very much So worth it! So thankful for this salon and the kindness of their nail techs.

I have a hard time finding the right nail technician at nail salons. Sarah is my favorite. She has amazing communication skills; always listens to what I want, also adds her professional opinion. Her technique with nails is perfect. I 100% recommend Sara

I’ve been going here for about 2 years on and off but to be completely honest; they were better before. i don’t know if they got new people but the quality of any manicure/Acrylic nails i got just became worse. I never really asked for a specific person but usually the quality was the same unless you got the lady in the first chair who i think is the manager. i can’t blame them for everything considering i am still pretty young and back when i did get acrylics, i didn’t really get the cutest lengths or styles. I no longer get acrylics for other reasons and still come here for pedicures because they are good at those.

Clearly customer service is not a priority for this business. The nail technician that assisted me was very rude, I think she forgot I was the paying customer. And when I voiced my concerns with the manager nothing was done but they were so money hungry they charged me the full price for a service they didn’t provide.

Sophia is THEE BEST nail technician, hands down 💅! I have been getting my nails done for years, and just recently had her do my nails. I will always make the drive for her to work her magic! Highly highly recommend!

My pedicure was perfect but my nails were horrible. Wrong color, wrong shape, and my nails werent filled in completely. I had to go to another nail shop to get them fixed. There are some nail artist there that are really good like Sofia but the nail artist I got, I felt like was in a hurry and didnt understand what I wanted.

Went to Signature Nails out of desperation before going out of town. Got a basic manicure with gel. Nail tech was distracted and rushed. Nails looked great when I left... then 3 days later they began to chip and fall off. I finished the job and took the rest off so that I wasn’t walking around lookin’ crazy. Went back to this place on day 4 to get them fixed and they REFUSED to do the service!! The front desk attendant totally remembered me and still wouldn’t even give me a discount for another service! Lastly, the place is kinda dirty. Won’t be returning.

The gentleman that did may mani pedi barely said 2 words to me. Rushed through everything, made my toes and fingers bleed. My hands and toes were throbbed for 3 days after. We went for mothers day and it truly was awful. Ill never go back.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!I GOT AN INFECTIONI’m extremely disappointedI came here to get a mani & a pedi. I noticed while she was doing my pedi she was hurting me by pulling something off idk what she did but now I have an infection on my big toe it hurts so much I had to go to the urgent care to get antibiotics.I regret coming here...Do not waste your time or money with this place.

I’ve been coming her for years. Today will be my last time here. Beside Tim, whom is really a great worker.I came in as always with an appointment it was with someone new she cut my finger made my finger bleed. I had nail polish all over my skin, had matted nail done, they were wrinkled. Because she kept getting polish on my side of my fingers she kept cutting it off with the nail clippers. When I told lily the owner about it, she said that wasn’t true. I can back later to get a refund, they wanted to argue and wouldn’t refund me my money. Their works are constantly walking around with out masks not cleaning out tubs.

Ive came to this salon more than a couple of times and their absolutely sweet, clean, proffessional and get the job done . Although they have bad reviews youd be surprised how untrue it is !!

Not satisfied at all. First off I researched their website before I went and the shop looks nothing like the picture. Both my full set and my pedicure are covered in bubbles all over the surface. My toes and finger nails are uneven and they even tried to cheat me on the prices. Definitely will not be going back. Customer service definitely fell short. Ive done nails myself before and can do a way better job at home. After seeing my toes and full set I decided against the waxing at all.

They charged my daughter in law $90!!! For something she did not want. If you’re going to have a business than at least be able to comprehend what the client wants. Don’t just go and do whatever you think is nice or are able to do. Than when you complain they do not care at all. Poor communication and terrible service!!!!

Totally different shapes and sizes all throughout my nails, no two actually match. The tech literally didnt even check before deciding she was done & it shows! Absolutely cant believe I paid for this. Ill be having another salon fix this tomorrow & I wont be returning here. I truly wish I could upload pictures because its almost comical & I definitely felt that it was done purposefully. Avoid this place!

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year now and I use to love coming here. The technicians were always nice and did a very good job. My nails were always so nice and clean and very well done. More recently I have been having a lot of issues and they don’t address them or fix them just more so try place the blame. The color of my nails keeps turning like it’s old polish or not done properly and this starts after 2 days of have them done. They also have been chipping and breaking. They ladies always argue with me on how I want the shape of my nail. I always get acrylic and gel polish with coffin shape. A typical pretty simple nail job. I don’t do any heavy work with my hands and always use gloves with cleaning. I feel like their quality has seriously gone downhill or maybe too much time off from COVID they a lil rusty lol idk but they definitely aren’t living up too all the awards on their wall anymore.

I absolutely love this place. They really know what they’re doing. It’s always busy in there but I never have to wait too long especially when I call ahead. I would recommend Tina. She’s the sweetest, will help you pick out your color, and gives an amazing manicure.

No matter, I didnt mind because I LOVED this place.This is now past tense due to the following:DO NOT GO HERE. THEY USE ILLEGAL PRODUCTS (MMA) RATHER THAN APPROVED PRODUCTS (EMA).MY. FINGERS. ARE. PEELING. OFF.Not just one or two. ALL MY FINGERS ARE PEELING OFFPeeling! AND THEY HURT AND ARE RAW due to the use of ILLEGAL PRODUCTS on clients hands.In the state of Colorado, MMA products are PROHIBITED due to the toxicity of the products! These products cause SEVERE allergic reactions. My fingers blistered around the top of my cuticles, I have no feeling whatsoever in the tips that have not peeled yet, and the fact that they are even PEELING OFF FROM THE TIPS IS SO GROTESQUE AND NAUSEATING.I called and asked if they use MMA products or EMA. The woman who answered told me, We only use MMA thats all we ever have used. I proceeded to tell them that in Colorado its prohibited to use MMA because of allergic reactions and told them my fingers are peeling off. Suddenly, she couldnt hear me and hung up!ALWAYS ASK WHAT THEY USE BECAUSE THIS IS HORRIBLE.

Today was my first time at this new nail salon. I liked that the people were friendly. I just didnt like the quality of my nails. They are way to thick not shaped how id imagined i feel like i wasted time and 45$ . Most likely not going back again.

My 13 year old granddaughter and her friend went for her birthday to get their nails done. She showed them a picture of what she wanted. She wanted long squared off nails. She came home with short pink pointed nails. Her friends were fine. She was crying and said the guy hadnt gotten glue all over her. I called the salon and told them what happened and he said to come the next day at 1:00. I took pictures of the glue on her arms, hands, etc so I could show them. Next day we go to get them fixed the guy at the front desk looks at them and said no that is what she ask for. I showed him the picture and said no this is. He calls over I am assuming the owner she asks why she didnt say something when she was there. I said she is 13 she was afraid but I called as soon as she got home which was about 10 min after she left there. I explained about the glue. The woman accuses me of putting the glue on her on purpose. They wont fix her nails. I explain it was her birthday present. The woman starts calling my granddaughter a liar and refuses to fix them or give me a refund. I asked her why would I purposely put glue on my granddaughter to try to get $25 out of her. She was rude, nasty and vicious and I did lose my temper at the end but after several times of her calling me and my granddaughter a liar. This place is a money hungry horrible business. They did the nails to short so they couldnt fix them and heaven forbid they give a 13 year old girl a refund on her birthday!!!

I see allot of reviews on here that say Signature Nails is pricey but I completely disagree. I consider the $50 I spent on my nails a steal for what I had done! Any other place would have charged me $65-70. I had tips with colored powder and got an ombre and rhinestones on my accent nail. The guy who did my nails was very nice and detail oriented.. I will be going here from now on ♥️

I went in for the powdered dip polish. I was on time for my appt but waited about 15 min until the tech was ready. I asked the tech not to file the dip polish off my nails because they were thin from the previous salon I had been to. She soaked my nails very briefly and filed the polish off anyways. I could feel the heat of the drill through my nail, it was so painful. She seemed like she was in a rush, I was only in her chair about 25 min. All of my nails were shaped weird and the color of each nail was different from the next. The next morning the top coat gel polish was peeling off. I went back in to have them fixed. I sat with the same nail tech and she filed my nails again and just applied more of the colored dip on top. and doubled up the top coat. Nails were lumpy and looked worse than the first time. Each nail is a different thickness and you can see through the color of some and the some are real dark. I have swirls of white powder in some of the nails. A few days later the top coat completely peeled off a couple of the nails, not in pieces but all at once. This is by far the worst nail job Ive ever had. The tech seemed to not know what she was doing. Are nail techs even certified any more? Seems like they just hire any one to work there without experience. This was a waste of money, I will not be going back!

We have been going to this salon for years. My daughter got a full set 2 to 3 weeks ago with schlack polish. The next day we noticed that the polish bubbled so went back to get it fixed. She went on Saturday for her first rebase on this set. 3 hours later 2 nails broke, they were too thin. I took her today to get them fixed. They charged me $5, I didnt expect to have to pay since they should not have broke the same day so didnt have cash and had to use a debit card. They wanted to charge me more for using the card. I told them I shouldnt have to pay anything because they broke the same day. This turned into an argument and them saying the set was old, which it wasnt this was the first rebase. They kept insisting the set was old insinuating that I was lying. They refuse to take accountability Not that they care but they just lost 2 long time customers. We do not need to be treated this way. We will spend our money somewhere else that has respect for their customers.

It gets busy and is a Lil pricy but If ur like me and are picky about ur nails. Try this place .

Clean and professional been coming her since 2011

I got manicure yesterday payday $15 extra for gel polish guaranteed 7 days. Worked on shift at work and the are ruined chipped everywhere. Called the shop they said come in they’d fix them. But I see no point in going when they will probably be messed up after tomorrow’s shift. I do not suggest their gel polish

I have been meaning to do this. I love this place! Almost all the techs are skilled and good at what they do! Love love love Zen and Erik! I try to go with either one. Sometimes however I can’t but it’s okay because I get to see what the other techs do best. Over all good service, price and all around clean environment!

And then as far as the pedicure that was by far the best part I did the Silk milk pedicure and it was amazing the time and the effort that was put into it was absolutely relaxing thank you

Went in for a pedicure, it lasted 15 minutes if that! All she did was exfoliate them for a minute then polished them. First and last time I am coming here. Not even a massage or anything. Save your money. Should have gone with my normal salon same price, I get a massage and good exfoliation, plus wax and lotion

This lady did toes and charged me extra for them to last longer, a week later they are pealing. I call and they said they can only guarantee 3 days, so I would have to pay for them to-redo them. How are you going to charge me $10 extra for them to last long and not even a week later they are pealing. The representative who I talked to on the phone would also not help make this right. The only reason why I gave them any stars in the first place is because Lisa did a good job on my hands. Yet my toes were $40 and only lasted 4 days.

I personally have never had a bad experience here. I have been going here about a year now. Every nail I’ve wanted they have been able to recreate. No complaints

The best nail salon I have ever been to! I drive 30 min to come here and its well worth the drive. They are not over priced and provide quality service. The manager Tony is awesome hes always there and is making sure customers are happy and pleased with the service. They are the cleanest nail salon and can basically do almost any design you request. I will never go to another nail salon again! Thank you Signature for always providing a great experience!

No complaints at all really. They price nails very affordably and they really are friendly and do the best job possible! I got a long set of acrylics with glitter and gel and was charged very fair! I was expecting to pay way more! I got perfect nails with no ridiculous price some salons give.

I normally always go to this nail salon however today I was very unpleased with the way management handled my situation.In my experience and my opinion you do not tell the customer it’s partially. their fault For something not coming out right in the first place no matter what. I was not pleased in the way that it was handled. I felt very rushed in choosing a color I feel like the people doing the nails should not rush you to pick a color. Overall I am just very upset in the way that I was called out in front of over coustomer’s saying it’s partially my fault. & rushing me making me feel like a number. Very inappropriate and very unprofessional.

Appointment for my daughter was scheduled for 11 a.m., we arrived 10 minutes before to check in. We ended up waiting until 11:40 a.m. before she was finally called in to the shop. Unorganized. Wont be going back.

I have been going there for a couple of years and the very first time I went there it was a good visit with Tony being the manager I had no problems with the nail polish I wanted or ANY problems at all. But now since Tony is gone the services they provide and the work they do is just not GOOD at all!! They are just getting bad and bad every time I go back thinking it will get better but no they are rude and rush to do my nails. I would not go back to their nail salon again. Now when I get my nails done they chip off within three days. I would not recommend to go their salon!!!

I got my nails done yesterday, worst experience I have ever had. I spent 2 hours with someone for my nails to look horrible. She spent a lot of time time just to do a horrible job. She was having conversations the whole time not focusing on my nails. I had a hair in my nail that was painted over with polish. My rhinestones fell off without it being 24 hours. My real nail has broken. I am very gentle with my hands no reason for them to fall off. I have areas where my old polish was still there that was painted over. I was so upset I left yesterday and expected to go back and ask nicely to have it fixed. I was told they are too busy. They can 7 hours later. I work hard I spend my well earned money to feel good I don’t expect for someone to be not caring and push me aside. Like nothing. I have never been upset over something this simple but how they turned out from what I originally asked I was upset. At that point they were so busy I didn’t want to be a bother yesterday and be patient till the next day. I regret even paying for them at all 85$ for a beautiful pedi but horrible manicure. It’s upsetting it’s Mother’s Day weekend and I had to go to another nail salon and spend 35$ to fix them. Definitely not worth it.

While house/puppy sitting for a friend, Who lives on the other side of the state than me, I needed to get my nails done for an event. I found Signature Nails through Google and they had awesome reviews - even though it was going to be a 15 minute drive. I called before I left my friends house and they got me in right away! Best pedicure and manicure I have had in a long time! Everyone was very personable and kind. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Found a picture on pinterest ahead of time to make it easy, really was a basic glitter ombre nothing too crazy but nail tech did what she wanted and did nothing like the picture, overcharged me for something so basic that I could have done at home. Also felt like a burden feeling like she was rushing through the whole manicure... Definitely will not be returning. Dont let their pictures fool you ladies not all of the nail techs want to take the time to do what you want. Please please please ladies dont make the mistake of wasting your money here, you will regret it.

I have been a customer for a long time.Tony was the manager but ever since he left the salon is getting worse and worse. I use to love this place but now its just horrible. I keep going back in the Hopes it will be different but it never is. I agree with all the post that have been left. I have experienced every single one. The manager is horrible and very rude and if they mess up they do charge you. Its ridiculous. I have found another place and I will never go back again. I do not recommend this place at all.

I come here twice a month to get a fullset/fill and pedicure. I come here because its like 2 blocks from my house. It never fails, almost every single time I have to come back because the gel polish is messed up, didnt dry all the way or looks terrible. I unfortunately now have to look for a place further from my house because after 6 months of this I am tired of it. Spending 3 hours in a place, spending $100+ dollars and then having to come back every time to get a nail fixed. Its an incredible waste of time.

Fast service and friendly ppl who work there

I literally just got my nails done and came home to rant. This was by far the worst experience I have had at signature. The lady I had charged me 25 for something that is always 20. But I was like whatever right. So she had the worst attitude ever I asked he the name of the polish she was using because I liked it and she told me Ill tell you later. She literally would through my hand when she was done each time. I told the owner and she said Ill talk to her. All they want is your money and dont care about the service they provide. Horrible horrible.. I have recommend this place a lot when Tony owned it but will let others know that the service there is horrible now. I left so upset and mad because that is my time that I do me and today that was taken from me. Dont go here. They rush and dont care about their customers.
