My wife came here last march with her sister and my mother-in-law and she said this was the best manicure she has ever had. She got a gel manicure and it lasted much longer than she was expecting. The staff was very professional and the next time she goes to see her sister she will definitely be getting her nails done at the Rino Nail Bar.

Service was quick and easy. The massage chairs are the best Ive been to and the workers were all very courteous. No real alcohol bar here but still had fun.

I only went here twice, but it’s my go-to from now on. The current owner is the best. He was so sweet, remembered my name, and I can tell he treats his team well. My nails were never rushed and the entire crew seems to enjoy their job. They aren’t just there to paint nails, they have genuine conversations with you and want you to be satisfied. The first time I went there, my acrylics lasted over a month! They are truly great at what they do.NOT your typical nail salon. The best I’ve ever been to.

Love this place! My gel manicures always last a really long time, and the pedicure chairs are comfy. It’s always fairly easy to get an appointment as well. Very friendly staff and comfortable, clean space.

Im so happy to have RiNo Nail Bar in my neighborhood. Ive visited 4 or 5 times over the past 6 months and have always had a positive experience. I typically get a gel manicure and theyve always lasted at least 2 weeks. Ive witnessed customers stop by for repairs and they always squeezed them in no questions asked. If youre looking for your go to nail place, this is it! Just make sure you book an appointment in advance as they do get very busy.

Jennifer is one of the most considerate artists Ive ever had do my nails! She gave me EXACTLY what I asked for and checked in several times to make sure I was happy. This place is well keep , clean , and the employees know what theyre doing. Cant wait to go back!

The one star is regarding customer service. We were out of town guests - evacuated from Hurricane Ida and had a lovely time when we were in the salon. Unfortunately, my dip manicure began popping off after just one week. When I called to ask for a refund, the man at the front desk insinuated that I was lying about the nails coming off. I’ve never in my life had such a disappointing customer service experience.

Fantastic service! They are soooo nice and professional! I walked in with a broken nail, nail fixed it right away, gave me a bottle of nail glue and as much as I insisted did not charge me! Thanks a lot for saving my nail.

Didn’t have the best experience... had an appointment and wasn’t acknowledged for 20 minutes, and the appointment started 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Wanted a simple design for upcoming vacation but the guy who did my nails really didn’t deliver. Looking at other people’s nails they have some talent in there, and it’s a nice salon - but, I’ll probably take my business elsewhere.

Im not coming back here. My nails didnt last the weekend 😩. Dip! and it didnt last the weekend. Dip lasts me 2-3 weeks and never chips. I get cracks at best. The young and who did it was also rough and cut me.2 stars though because they have flexible scheduling and it is a very pretty nail shop..Maybe you will have better luck

One of the best places ever that has done my nails to excellence. I couldnt believe how professional the woman was who did them. I didnt have to ask her to correct the situation where my nails underneath were coming away from the acrylic, she saw it, and then fixed it. That cemented me to them from that moment on. Theyre expensive and worth it!

Amazing experience! Great collection of colors!! Hospitality was outstanding and Justin was the best nail tech I’ve ever had! He did everything I wanted and more! He was so precise when it came to shaping and painting my nails and his attention to detail was above and beyond! This will definitely be my new go to nail bar!

I have been to so many nails salons and I’m so happy to have found this place. The manager is excellent, he makes sure everybody is well and satisfied with their job. They gave me a discount for making me wait which not any of previous places did. Jason did my nails and he is awesome, he pays attention to details and did a fantastic job, just as I wanted. Another remarkable thing is that they are Asian but they are not speaking in their language disrespecting the ones who don’t speak and understand them which is the norm in other places I’ve been to. I’m 100% sure that I’m coming back.

Just moved from New York City and it’s been really hard to find a full-service nail place that can do a lot of progressive styles. Also, has been hard to find a salon who does acrylics here in Colorado.This nail salon is perfect it has all of the luxuries that you want when you would get any kind of service. It’s the first premium feeling salon I’ve found since moving to Denver and was extremely satisfied with my nails.Clean, relaxing and modern setup. Nails were fire. Amazing selection of polishes too legit any color you want. Highly recommended!

Great nail salon. Best Ive been to in Denver, and I keep going back. Every technician is talented there, but I have to say that Lily is my absolute favorite. I have pretty small, stubby nails so anytime I get them done when they are short it can be very hit or miss. She did them recently and they look so amazing. Highly recommend this salon!

I’ve come in multiple times with very hard design requests for my nails and they are always able to accomplish any request! This place is awesome! The owner is super friendly and always welcoming. The massage chairs are the best yet. It is so clean and white and I love the vibe. The girl I’ve seen for pedicures is awesome and her massage pressure is on point which is a huge deal for me. They never seem distracted or talking to other workers The whole time. And the actual paint job is always done with care and not rushed! They are always focused on you. Would totally recommend!

The people were very nice even though I was laughing because I am very ticklish, but i got through it and I loved everything about it! They are wonderful! I have tried so many salons and none have worked out. My nails were so thin this time and I was scared to get them done. The girls here took care of me and took their time and did amazing detail work on my nails. They are all so kind and really listen to what you want and come through with your needs. So so happy! Gel chipped off after the shop was notified of other problems with the manicure. I’ve been here twice the first job was acrylics and wasn’t any better. Blocked my husband for bringing up these issues. And since there’s already a claim I’d never been there before and I see they’ve brought it up for multiple people, the texts confirming I’ve been.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Edit: Yes acrylics were my first service. Though this critique is focused on my second service, as its what I personally value more. The acrylics as an extension were an easier fix & I got them mainly as something to grow my nails length, which is something I’ve accomplished before with other acrylic applications.I OK’ed a second visit cause I figured a simple shape up & a gel clear coat was easy. If we want to talk about facts I didn’t include then fine.I didn’t mention they were filed crooked.I didn’t mention they had broken during the service. (It was noticeably shorter and crooked)I didn’t mention that I didn’t get to see how the natural nail service was going & what the shape of my nails were being filed into.I didn’t mention since my skin around my fingers have been flaking off & I can’t get it to stop for some reason.I only posted because its been so many days (…three?) & the gel is already chipping off.Now yes your salon didn’t take off my acrylics but, the issue doesn’t lie with that service but with the natural nail service. As for my husband’s claims he was explaining he knows what the business is like but with this quality a full refund seems most appropriate.I can’t be sure if other people are fake reviews or not but, I’d rather let people know mine is quite genuine. I knew my maiden name would show instead so to avoid any confusion I included receipts. As for the offer to get them redone, yes it is nice but, my work schedule is changed to make it virtually impossible to come, I’ve been twice & wasn’t impressed much already, as well as the fact that my drive is 30-45 minutes to reach the salon from my residence in light traffic. I’m also not a fan of dip, just a preference thing.

Amazing! Lou gave me a mani & pedi for my wedding and I’m obsessed. Beautiful finish, and the massage was so relaxing!I did an ombre French manicure and some nail art!!!

Excellent service and quality. I warned them that I work with my hands and wash them a ton. My dip nails were very strong, no lifting, or chipping even with my very active lifestyle.Very happy with the longevity and overall experience here and will be trying out more of their services!Highly recommend!

$50 gel manicure that chipped in 2 days, and honestly didn’t look all that great to begin with. I asked about a partial refund since I was too busy to make it back to the salon for a repair and they would not offer a refund. I’ll gladly spend my next $50 at another salon.

Got me in next day on a busy Friday. Treated me well. First time discount and my nail tech did exactly what I asked for. I needed a very specific look for my costume and she gave me exactly what I was hoping for. Instead of charging $2 per diamond per finger like some places I felt like I got a total of 20 diamonds for $5. Dont quote me on that but it was a very fair and reasonable price.

I was in Denver visiting and I went on August 7, 2020 to this nail salon. First of all, ithe salon was spotless. Everyone ones is required to wear a mask and it was not crowded. For the pedicure only every other chair is open as mandated. They sanitize before you seat and after you get up. Tiffany did my nails and she did a fabulous job. It is now Sept 4, 2020 and my gel nail polish has not lifted. She applied just the right amount and it was not a thick layer. I would definitely go back.

Always have issues with the final product/longevity of quality

They do a great job most of the time, however its pretty inconsistent and if you want nail art make it very simple. I got nail art done here last time and it was cute but I could tell after the first couple nails he was totally over it and made all the nails the same pattern and didnt saturate them as well. I understand if youre bored with the design but for 70 bucks before tip for a refill I would just hope for a little more.

My new favorite salon! The atmosphere is great and they have a huge selection of polishes. All the employees check on you to make sure you are satisfied. Not to mention, they do a wonderful job on your nails. Highly recommend.

Update...I tried Rino again and it was such a great experience. My nails are beautiful and Lilly was so gentle and friendly. I appreciate this whole experience. I sent an inspiration photo a couple days before my appointment and was not told that they didnt have the colors. They found something similar but my nails still look nothing like the inspiration photo. Also, my cuticles and skin around my nails are tore up and sore. The nails on their Insta are beautiful but they must not be by the same same person that did mine.Update...the fact that the skin around my nails look like this due to my service there is what you should be concerned about as an owner.

From the moment you walk into this clean and sanitized nail salon.....you are greeted warmly by the amazing staff! The only nail person I have had my appts with is Justin. Always did an A+ job on my nails! Makes them look so natural! Never hurts my nails while working on them. Although everyones nails looks fab who has the done at Rhino Nail!

I came to Rino Nail Bar and was SO excited because of the reviews I’d read. Price was high (105 for my set) but I wasn’t too worried because of the reviews. My nail artist did a beautiful job and I was happy with my set, but only initially! After ONLY 26 hours of wear the first nail lifted and popped off. Second nail followed suit within 2 days. It has not been a week, and another nail split in half which I have NEVER had happen.All of these experiences were so painful and unusual, especially considering it was a brand new set! I usually do not have nails even start to lift until the 2-3 week point, let alone have a set completely fall apart like this. I absolutely cannot believe I paid over $100 just for nails at this shop, and the quality was the worst I’ve had since I started getting acrylics! I would not go back or recommend this to anyone, the price did NOT match with the quality of product* I received.*The SERVICE from my nail techs and the owner were great. This is not a review on PEOPLE or CUSTOMER SERVICE, but on the QUALITY of the acrylic nails I received.

A very clean and nice looking salon! Made an appointment for myself and a friend, arrived 10 minutes early, yet two people who came after us (who also stated they had appointments at the same time we booked) were seen first. As a new patron, I wasn’t too irritated, maybe they were regular clients, but was ready to leave once 20 minutes passed by. However they were able to eventually see us, and Richard was amazing and made the visit awesome. Nails looked great too. Would recommend making an appointment but you may have to wait a bit longer to be seen.

My friend DOM called a few places for a walk-in. RiNo was the ONLY PLACE taking walk-ins. A wide selection of polishes to choose from. Such a calm, clean, and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff is friendly and professional. I ENJOYED my time and I appreciate the work that was done. Great service. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!THANKS

I had my first mani and pedi at this location about a week and half ago. staff was professional, and extremely friendly. I have had my gel for a week and half with no chips or peeling. huge deal! I cant tell you how many times they will peel within the week at other locations. studio also offered to fix for free IF there were chips. luckily that hasnt been an issue :) Best nail salon I have been to so far.

Okay but this place is EVERYTHING. The nail bar is beautifully decorated- modern, sleek & clean. You can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into this place! I had Sunny as my nail tech & he is truly the best tech I’ve ever had. Perfect shape. No bumps/lumps. & he did everything I asked for! He also had no problem with sampling gel colors on my nails because I couldn’t decide. Everyone must go here- you’ll love it.

When removing the gel it was quick and easy - peeled right off with none of that awful scraping I’m used to at other places. It’s clear the owner/staff are truly grateful for each customer and they are committed to providing exceptional service. Highly recommend!

I went in for a Pedicure May 17th. They are very clearly following all state and local regulations to create a safe environment during covid. All staff and customers wear masks, temperature is taken upon arrival, customers wash hands before touching anything, low capacity of customers and staff, everything was frequently wiped down with disinfectant, I felt 100% safe! Also a pedicure was the perfect thing after weeks of quarantine!! Please support local businesses like this one, they are doing everything they can to protect you and save their businesses!

Extremely clean with great technicians

This place is great. I almost dont want to let the secret get out, but my fiancé and my experience there was too good not to share. We were met at the front door by Richard, and from that moment on we were treated like old friends. We had an appointment on a pretty busy day and things were a bit backed up, but we were promptly shown to a seat and were comfortable while waiting the few minutes before our treatment began. A great deal of care went into making sure all tools and surfaces are sanitary and we were comfortable throughout. From start to finish dish this was a great experience! Denver has needed a nail salon like this, and I hope other salons take note...

I had the pleasure of trying Rino Nail bar on their opening day, and was really touched by how involved the owners were. Its clear that they really care about their clients and techs, and I loved the VIP treatment. And as someone who normally has polish start flaking within 24 hours, I loved the three weeks of perfection from my gel manicure!

Not a bad seat in the house! At least, not with the killer work the staff at RiNo Nail Bar does. 💅 While I realize sandal season may be coming to an end, my toes do not hibernate and pedicures are something I maintain year-round but I have to admit, I can let my toes go longer than I should mainly because there hasnt been a spot closer to home. Well, no excuse now with this awesome shop being a few minutes from the house. The space is gorgeous, the staff incredibly friendly, the prices area reasonable (they have a free rewards program) and a pending liquor license = sold! 🥂 While I cant speak to the manicures, their IG feed sure can. Looking forward to being a regular here and hope to see you in a chair next to me soon!

The only 3 people in the place were myself and the 2 girls I went with. We were in and out in 45 minutes. I got dip, one girl got both mani pedi and the other got gel. I was really impressed. Will definitely be going back!

Nice place... the job wasnt bad a little bumpy in one of my nails bit look ok.... they did not clean my cuticles and I book a powder manicure... the price was a little too high considering that the didnt do the manicure, still ok... wouldnt necessary recommended if you have time budgets... but their work is ok.
