Great experience at Fingers and Toes. My nail tech was very nice and involved in conversations. The only think I didnt like was the fact that they didnt have a variety of nail polish. I wanted a milky white nail polish, my nail tech said they had it. So she paints my nails and they all come out super white 👀. Hate unnecessary conflict so didnt bring it up

Everyone Ive had does a great job. The polish stays on longer than any pedicure Ive had. Polish goes on well and looks great. I didnt know I could love pedicures so much but somehow they make even a basic pedicure better than the rest. Also the space is cute and comfy.

I cannot have polish due to my job as a nurse. I went here to receive the manicure and extended hand massage, and it was just what I was looking for. The shop is clean, comfortable, and parking was available within a block. The staff are professional and courteous. It was my first time, but I will be back.

I have been going to Maritza for polygel and nail art for many months now, and I am so thankful to have found this salon. They are very professional, clean, and on time. Maritza always does quality polygel manicures and nerver fails to create beautiful nail art.

The person who did my pedicure was a bit too rough. Seemed in a hurry and cut a toenail too short! Causing it to bleed. Still hurting today. Her apology was a seemingly ungenuine. Very disappointed. I have had great service in the past, but wont go back again.*** I would like to add that the manager, Marilyn called me today and apologized for my experience. She was very kind and offered to make things right. I do plan to return because I have had great service before, its a super cute place, and I appreciate that they are taking care of my concerns. My friends and I got the organic pedicure and it was a wonderful, relaxing experience. The tech wasnt rough and the leg/foot massage was amazing. Its a very clean, comfortable environment and all of the techs were nice. Followed COVID guidelines.

I’ve been going to this salon regularly for quite some time and I continue to love it! All employees are skilled, personable and professional. COVID and hygiene guidelines are very clearly followed. Most importantly, the people that work there seem to enjoy their coworkers and customers. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I showed up 5 minutes late for an appointment on 2/18/21, due to traffic on Colfax and it had just snowed. My nail tech in a very condescending voice informed me that because I was 15 minutes late they could not do all the services in the pedicure I was paying for. I pointed at the clock, and said it was only 5 minutes. The nail tech repeatedly said 15 minutes even though the clock said 5 minutes, and had an extremely rude tone.I am very obviously LGBTQ+, and the way I was treated was a microaggression. NOT LGBTQ + friendly whatsoever, stay away from this business if you support gay people.

Fingers and Toes is fabulous. All of the nail technicians are so talented and kind - and they make great conversation or just allow you to relax. They have been great with COVID, and all of the girls seem to take their positions seriously with helping keep everything sanitary. I never leave unhappy, they will even make sure I love the color before completing my whole hand. I always love my fingers and toes after coming here!

They have handled the new COVID protocols beautifully, sanitizing everything and wearing masks; I feel safe and comfortable going in. I can’t recommend them enough! Walked in to inquire about how they cleaned their tubs. The receptionist explained the process to my satisfaction. Everyone seemed professional and happy. The interior was really cute and inviting. I will return to get my nails done.

My new favorite nail salon in Denver! They were able to get us in fairly quickly and did a great job on our mani’s and pedi’s. I am very picky about where I go, and my regular couldn’t get us in- I am so glad I found this place ❤️ Will be using them from now on. Super clean and sanitary and they took their time.

Everyone here is always so nice! Before covid they used to give you a glass of wine or mimosa with your service. They dont do that anymore but they are still very clean and thorough

The only place Ill go for a mani/pedi. The staff is very friendly and I always feel so comfortable and relaxed while being pampered. Bonus: my gel manicure lasted 3 weeks!

I cant speak to the reviews that are a few years old. However, I have been going to Fingers & Toes for several years now and will continue to be a really loyal client. No one is perfect and, yes, Ive gotten a couple shellacs that werent perfect. I also dropped in and they were fixed promptly. Usually they last up to three weeks. I do know that they have had to institute a policy that if you are late, not all services can be performed because -- GUESS WHAT? -- you were late, and they need to keep other people on schedule. Seems fair to me. So if you change your mind from a regular polish to a french manicure, it takes extra time. But my experience has been great. So they do have a schedule, and you should respect it. If you want to lounge around, get a glass of wine and hang out. The atmosphere is great, the staff will remember you and take care of you.

They do not do typical services such as acrylic full sets. That’s very strange for a nail shop. Also very hot environment there I don’t think they have air conditioning.

Make sure you have an appointment!!!! I went there as a walk in and they couldnt even squeeze me in. That being said it looked like a clean salon and the front desk was very friendly. I hope the next time in Denver Ill be able to go there :)

I used to go here for years when I lived in capital hill but have since moved all the way to Thornton. This place is by far the cleanest, most sanitary place I have ever been and so I make the 40 minute trip each way to get my fingers and toes done here by Lillienne. Best quality and long lasting for standard polish and CnD Shallac. You get jelly beans and beverages all while getting pampered and chatting with the lovely ladies in the salon. Parking is the only challenge so allow extra time. Well worth the extra money.

Yesterday was my first visit to Fingers and Toes and I will definitely be back! Everyone was so nice and the salon is so cute and clean. They have a huge selection of regular and shellac colors. Yes, they do charge more than some other salons, but the experience is worth it to me. The only downside is no parking lot. So get there early to find parking and choose your colors!

The atmosphere was great, everyone was very gracious - even though I was running a bit late - the technician was patient and thorough, I wasnt charged for the services I missed out on, and the place is super convenient. Definitely will come back again!

I have been to Fingers and Toes twice now and had the most satisfying experiences! Leslie did my nails both times and not only did I love the color choices for both shellac for my fingernails and regular for toes, the shellac lasted forever. I love the people, the ambiance, and the friendly people that work there. Ill be back!

Got a french gel manicure and regular pedicure for a wedding a few months ago. It was great! The quality of the place was nice, and the women that helped me was super fun and very sweet. I loved my nails!

I have been getting my nails done by Cheyenne for a little over a year. Shes amazing at nail art and a perfectionist. Every time I get a pedicure the polish stays till the next one. The salon is clean and welcoming and they have complimentary wine.

I made an appointment here to get a manicure. I had old shellac on my fingers at the time. When I came in for my scheduled appointment they told me they did not have enough time to take off the shellac and do my nails. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t have time to perform the service?? There was no option when booking the appointment to say that I had shellac on my nails prior to the appointment. Ridiculous.

Ive been a loyal client for four years. I only go when Lilienne is available. She is an incredible person and an artist. I hope you guys can convincer her to never leave!

I have never been treated so horribly by a nail salon. Also, I have never had a gel manicure botched so badly. My hands and nails have never looked worse after a nail treatment. But they still somehow managed to overcharge me. Who does this? This salon is awful. So disappointed.Update: I shared my experience with someone I met an event recently. She also had a terrible experience at this place. Please avoid it!!!

Pedis normally last me about 2 weeks and I am severely disappointed that my polish is chipping off ruining how my toes look after 4 days 😢 Paid for the healing treatment and didnt notice anything special about it. Complete waste of $.

Super bummed about this place. Received a gift certificate from friends for my birthday, but unfortunately found it in a drawer long past the expiration date. Called the salon and the woman was able to find my unused gift certificate record in her system, but wouldnt honor it. Totally understand the expiration date, but the services I was hoping to book for would have cost well above the gift certificate cost (was planning to come with a group). Thats just bad business. Good thing there are plenty of other salons! They just lost my repeat business, and felt totally comfortable taking the $90 gift while they were at it. Gross.

Such a great nail salon. I love how many options they have, especially the shellac for those of us who do not do acrylics. Cant wait to go back!

Terrible customer service. Came in for a pedicure (most expensive and worst Ive ever received) and not even 24 hours later the polish is chipping. I specifically asked if this would last until my wedding tomorrow, and the girl doing my toes said absolutely. I called to let them know and they would only offer a redo for me to come in. I do not have time with my wedding tomorrow. What a complete waste of money.

BEWARE that don’t accept walk ins! If you try and walk in they’re extremely rude and unaccommodating and will act as though they are always booked full. I have never experienced this in my life! Needless to say taking my business elsewhere...

I have been going to Hannah at Fingers and Toes for over 2 years. She is the BEST at shellac mani and pedis! She always takes her time and is a perfectionist. The salon is always clean. I recommend Hannah to everyone but book ahead she is popular!

My daughter planned a great day for my Birthday starting out with pedicures at Fingers and Toes. We felt rushed the whole time, not the relaxing treat she had highly expected for our day. At one time I was asked to move to a chair away from the tub area in order for the tech to paint my nails because another appointment was there. I accommodated her request and moved only to be asked to move a second time - I wanted a french pedicure and was told she didnt have time for that - so had to change my color to a solid which she slapped on very quickly - while looking to see who her next appointment was. My daughter left bleeding because the tech she had scrubbed her too hard - our next stop was for a band-aid at Target! I felt so bad...not only did she drop $70 for bad pedicures, but had to get first aid to top off our visit. Would never recommend going here! - after 4 years being in business, makes me wonder how and how long will they last??????

The salon is beautiful but thats about it. A little over priced for the service and my manicure and pedicure are already destroyed a day after. I dont understand how polish can completely come off your toes in under a day. The workers seemed bored and uninterested in being there.

Just left the salon - mani/pedi was ok, but I am pretty disappointed with the experience. I came here a few years ago and liked it, so I called today to make an appointment and was told that a mani/pedi with shellac cost $65. When I went to check out I was charged $85 - they had misquoted the price and charged me an extra $5 to take my current shellac polish off. Not coming back.
