Excellent service. Matched my parts and serial numbers. Even gave me some tips for easier installation. Fun and funny staff with loads of knowledge. No condescending looks or remarks for some of my dumber questions, just patience and understanding so I could repair my machine with full comprehension of what I was doing.

Sad. Us what i have to say. They need to change the oil. Everything that is fried tastes like dessert. Fries, chicken etc... heres an idea, fry dessert in a specified fryer and separate it from the other food! What also might help is if the employees actually care that you are a customer!

With limited small engine technicians around the Evergreen area to work on chainsaws and small engines, Colorado Outdoor Power Equipment, Inc in Denver was a welcome find. Larry was extremely helpful in providing me advice on my Stihl chainsaw. He even helped me out to my car with my purchase.

They took care of me. They got me the right part for my husqvarna chainsaw. I also needed a tiny but important screw. They mailed it to me and saved me 2 hours of driving. Buy your equipment here!

Watch out for these guys, they are marking up their prices in order to price gouge customers! They are listing Husqvarna chainsaws higher than Husqvarna’s suggested retail price! Avoid this place!

I live pretty far from this company but I definitely dont mind traveling the distance because of their great customer service! Most lawn equipment companies seem to act like they dont need your business. Keep up the great work!

I buy all my Stil supplies from these guys and get 2-4 chains sharpened here every week. The repair shop is top notch. They really look out for the customer and get you up and rolling without unnecessary work.I drive 20 miles out of my way to go to this shop.

These guys are awesome help.. they the info i needed for a piece of equipment they do not sell.. found the parts .. ordered the and had them shipped... it was an oddball unit... they were real good.. i had been to the folks that made the equipment and was told it was not available... WRONG! .. very friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment they sell and repair.. have a lot of lawn equipment on the floor to buy also.. you need it.. they got it... you need parts pieces or equipment for lawn and other types.. look them up...

I dont know what to say. I called in Thursday and said I want to buy a Stihl MS 362 R C-M and was told you didnt have it in stock and would have to order it. No problem, please order it. But then you say I have to pay up front first. Ok, in order for me to pay up front, I need a quote to know what the amount is and what I am paying for. You assured me you would send a quote same day. I got nothing Thursday. I called Friday AM and was told you already sent it and would send again. After 2 more hours I called back as I still had not received. You determined that you entered my email wrong and corrected it and sent the email finally. Unfortunately, you quoted me for two (2) chainsaws when I only ever asked for one. I informed you that there was a misunderstanding and to please revise and resend your quote. That was on Friday. It is now Tuesday and you still have not sent me my quote. I have never in my life had to beg someone to take my money like this. It blows my mind that in todays economic climate that you wouldnt bend over backwards to keep existing customers as well as earn the business of new customers. I called you to see what the heck was going on and where my quote was and you told me that you are too busy. Well, that is one way to treat customers but definitely not how you should treat the ones you want to keep! Your inaction has caused me to take my business and referrals elsewhere. You sell service. I can get the product anywhere but the service is what sets shops apart. Your service is essentially non-existent and will cause you to lose business unless you change your ways. I will happily spend thousands of dollars elsewhere this year. I informed you of some of the products I need to get this year in hopes that you would see me as a long term customer but clearly you do not care as you self admittedly do not have time to handle my request. I have been beyond patient with you and I cannot believe you treat your customers this way. Best of luck surviving this economic downturn...you definitely need it!

Arrived at the Byers Place location at 4:55 door was locked, staff came out at 5:00 I asked if I could drop off some equipment for repair and purchase a new chain. The manager said sorry. We closed early, I asked him one more time I drove all the way over here because your signs and websites say you are open till 5:00, all he could say was sorry. Zero customer service mentality at this place, go somewhere else.

Overpriced for a mower tune up. I could have got the same services done for $40 cheaper elsewhere. Decided on this shop based on convenience and initial call to them. They take a deposit which I was unaware so they basically have you once they have your equipment. Joe was nice but was more in a rush rather than listening to the customers needs. I see this shop more geared towards commercial machines or someone who owns a lawn business not necessarily your average consumer. Clean shop and knowledgeable techs.
