A great place if you need a change from the average gym experience. Where a workout is actually playtime! Staff and coaches are super helpful. You only compete against yourself.

Kimberly is the best front desk person/employee Ive ever seen. Due to weird and unfortunate timing we only ended up having 10 mins of open gym time and we asked for a refund which Kimberly swiftly and conscientiously granted while feeling super safe and courteous. I told her Id up my previously claimed 1-star to 4, but Ive been thinkin about it, and she really earned that extra star for making it feel safe and comfortable for us.The gym was neat too, but this review is pretty much only for Kimberly I guess, since I only used the gym for the aforementioned 10 mins.

Great super flexible drop-in classes and unlimited open gym during scheduled times with membership. Top-of-the-line, passionate teachers. Equipment could use updating, but thats about to get better.

I love this place. For anyone looking to do something with the incidental benefit of getting in shape in the process, this is the place to try. The coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming, and accommodating. I came in with a practically non-existent sports/fitness background and they tailor the classes to my (or anyone elses!) level every time. The gym is also consistently clean, and even if youre not interested in taking a class that day, youre welcome to open gym or to lift the weights instead.

I love this place. My kids love it too. Ive also been here for a couple birthday parties. Everyone thought it was a unique idea for a birthday party. My kids are scheduled to come here once a week for 1-2 hours. Its a great way to burn off some energy. Excited to use Apex for the winter when we need somewhere indoors to let off some steam.

This place is great to sign the kids up for. Gets them working and playing in a safe manner. They teach the kids how to jump on, off, around things safely. The instructors are nice and will even show the kids challenges through open gym times. The classes are good for learning to skills and building up to the next skill levels. Test are required to progress and they keep kids safe through earning bands that signal hat they are able to do around the gym. The kids are generally friendly with each other and buddy up fast.

All the coaches are awesome here. This is the most fun Ive had working out in years. Been at it for 6 months and still learning something new every week.

A really fun place to train parkour and freerunning! So many boxes and bars do do stuff on, and lots of mats and even a foam pit to progress safely.

Top instructors, and a welcoming community. Pushing the boundaries on functional fun fitness and are on the forefront of developing a worldwide culture as well. Exciting place to be a part of if you want to grow in a nourishing environment.

Heck when the Zoo is too crowded I like to come here & see all these monkeys swinging around. Pushing their bodys to the limit. Keep it up you youngsters.

Im hooked. The instructors have been great about helping me work through the progressions and Ive seen huge improvements in my abilities and confidence. I’m always impressed with how the instructors can meet the various ability levels of everyone within a class so that each person has an achievable challenge. Everyone is incredibly encouraging, and they always make a point to celebrate your successes. Its definitely worth trying out!

I found this wonderful community a few years back, and it completely revolutionized my life, so much so, that Ive never left. Its a phenomenal place to not only train, but to make a new family. Its a fitness community built on supporting each other and learning how to do some really fantastic things. Every instructor has something that they are phenomenal at, and every instructor is always down to help you when you need it.

APEX Movement is awesome! The atmosphere is positive and encouraging. All of the instructors will help you with any questions you have and they are all really nice. If you are looking for a place to get energy out in a fun and active way, this is the best place to be. I am here at least two to three days a week and will be more when I get my drivers license.

APEX Movement for me started as a fun way to unwind and play. However, it became more than that. APEX taught me to believe in myself and my abilities to overcome weakness and fear. It has been the greatest group of friends and community I have ever known. The people that frequent the gym are supportive, kind, helpful, and genuine. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is bored by traditional fitness and remembers playing the floor is lava.

Safe learning environment. No matter what sport your kid does, this is an excellent supplement to their movement. Theyll learn balance, strength and safety, reducing injuries the real world. Adults looking to get moving again without the typical repetitive/impractical workouts should come try a few classes! They start at level zero (perfect for those who dont move much). I feel like a kid again here. These guys know what theyre doing. Amazing athletes and coaches.

Best parkour gym out there

The instructors are unbelievable at Parkour/Free Running and they are very good at teaching it too. The prices are extremely reasonable and you definitely get what you pay for. In addition there are different levels & types of classes so there really is something for everyone.

Ive been to several parkour gyms around the country - this gym has a larger parkour setup then most, and the instructors are great. Awesome place to work on your skills.

Apex Denver is the place to be!! So central in Denver and just off of the highway. Makes it easy to come here frequently.Their bar setups are constantly changing and adding new features, new additions and obstacles are added frequently, nothing stays broken or out of service, constantly well maintained.The tricking classes are pretty great 😏 Idk where else you can find a tricking class that is taught as well.Tricking open sessions are some of the most popular in the area. Wednesday nights are pretty poppin’.So many more activities are available. Go in and you won’t be disappointed!

The facility alone is easily worth 5 stars, but the best thing about APEX is the knowledgeable staff that is devoted to every student’s progression and safety. Do not be intimidated by the craziest parkour videos you’ve seen on YouTube. Whether you are an elite athlete, or have no experience at all, you will overcome physical and mental barriers, progress your skills and get a really fun “workout” at APEX.

The trainers at Apex have a ton of experience and care about health, fitness, and your goals! Learning boxing from Dionel is so worthwhile! I saw a lot of progress by boxing with him.

I didnt even go there yet; got mad strength and skill just from doing ONLY the Demon Drills (Ryan Fords YouTube vids), yup yup, starting with the duct tape! These people can teach ADULTS, trust me, I am 45 and when they teach you, its as if they know what fears you might have, and little by little, you follow the steps, you get SKILLS, and STRENGTH! If you live within a hundred miles of this place, GET THERE!

Apex Movement Denver is such a great place to train and learn parkour! The staff are amazing and even the local members will help you out if you need it. This gym has become the center of its parkour community and its no mystery why. Check this place out if youre ever in Denver ad want to find an awesome place to jump around and make some good friends.

It has a lot of parkour stuff but not much actual “obstacles” to work out on. So it’s great if you just want parkour and tricking.

Its a great thing i love to do and is a great form of exerciseparkour has made me better at other sports (running, soccer) and the instructors are very helpful and encouraging. And they taught me backflips!

I had the opportunity to visit Apex Movements Denver, Colorado location and it was such an amazing experience. The design of the gym is great. It is truly a fantastic place to train/practice parkour and freerunning. It also is great for being able to safely learn and train movement skills. I have much respect for the coaches at this location. I was able to sit down and talk with a few of the members on staff and they were all great, knowledgeable people who I would trust to coach myself. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wishes to learn or train parkour/freerunning and would most definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.
