Horrible communication, late packages with no warning at all, didn’t answer phones and “mailbox was full.” The driver had an emergency and because they couldn’t deliver our package, they said the earliest availability was for a week later. This was after the package was already a week and a half late. The only updates we got about the couch that they were delivering for us were because we called. I wish I could give zero stars.James was great though. Absolutely the only positive thing about this company.

Avoid this company like the plague! I ordered a TV from a Newegg Marketplace seller on June 21st. For some reason, the seller choose to ship the TV via Seko Logistics. According to Sekos website, the TV was shipped on June 24th. However, it is now 3 weeks later and my package is still in transit. Also, the tracking info. has not been updated since June 24th! Lastly, I have not been able to get ahold of these guys (ex. they never pickup the phone or call you back)... lame!!!

Frank was able to help me and solve my problem in a matter of 5 hours. They didnt have my phone number, so they were unable to contact me. I had to jump through hoops to get to them, but when i finally did Frank was incredible and solved the whole situation. A few hours later i had a young man pull up in a van and unload my tub, he was careful and professional. All around these guys are great, im glad i had them as my delivery company.

When my furniture delivery didnt arrive on time, I started making calls to track it down. I have to say, the folks at SEKO were responsive and tried really hard to help. I appreciate their attitude - my problem became their problem to solve. The found my item and put it onto a truck within one phone call. Im expecting it in the next few hours. Fingers crossed, but a very positive experience with SEKO today.

Possibly the worst shipping/ freight company I’ve ever dealt with. Largely unprofessional with no accountability for their mistakes. If you have another choice go with that option.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Ordered a sectional couch and they were the default delivery company. It was scheduled to be delivered May 30 - 1 week later, nothing. And no calls or updates on the tracking page. So I called and they essentially had no idea where the couch was. And didn’t return my calls after that, or apologize. Three weeks after the scheduled delivery (and still no couch), I went and bought a new couch and got a refund for the other one. Six weeks after the scheduled delivery they called and asked when I’d like the delivery to be scheduled (apparently they found the couch!). Worst customer experience ever. Avoid using them at all costs.

The new owner, Frank, has been in touch with me every step of the way of the delivery process. I live in a remote area so my package has been handed off to other shipper (not as good as SEKO), but again, Frank is staying in top of them and giving the customer service the other company should provide.

Horrible experience.. Had a new TV delivered and the company was not prepared with a proper delivery truck or staff to unload the TV. The delivery driver chose to unload the TV from the truck by himself, placing the box on its side/end. When the TV was unboxed the screen was completely shattered. Called Seko and briefly spoke to the owner of the company Kevin Howe, who by the way had a horrible attitude towards his companies mistake and hung up the phone with frustration witin minutes. Own your mistakes and deal with them like a professional company would!

Had to give it a star. But this company sucks. We bought a fridge unfortunately this Seko is company that would deliver it. 1st they said they would call 30 mins before delivery so that my wife could come meet them. She works 2mins away. Never freakin called. The damn fridge was left in the garage cause the guy didnt have helper with him. How the F@#$ am i suppose to put it in the FN house. Its for my wifes 80 yr old mom. This company sucks. Will never order from military base again. They suck they suck.
