I was nervous after my recent move that my relatively new gaming PC was cooked due to some unknown reason after unpacking it here. I was even more nervous having to choose a tech service. Dave the owner was friendly, professional and was able to solve my (minor) issue with outstanding professionalism. Its clear hes enthused about the work he does, enjoys helping people solving their issue and REALLY REALLY knows his stuff. Ill be bringing any future computer/it issues to him and TechHub and will certainly be referring any friends/businesses that need IT work. Working with the techhub team was a breath of fresh air in the sometimes convoluted world of IT/computer repair.

I was having trouble with a bug taking over my google chrome searches and couldnt figure it out after hours of trying and even buying some software to clean my computer. During a remote appt with David at TechHub the issue was knocked out in quickly and my computer is running great. Speedy, detailed service and great results. Super happy I found these guys.

I brought my desktop computer into the store with a display issue and payed $100 for a diagnosis. I was told it would take up to 5 business days to diagnose the issue. Late on the final day the owner informed me that it was a motherboard issue and that piece would need to be replaced.After picking up the computer, I noticed that the HDMI input cord to the front panel was broken. When I brought this to the owners attention he insisted it was already broken when it was brought in (it wasnt) and that I must have broken it, but regardless he would fix it with a piece from the manufacturer free of charge. As it turns out the manufacturer doesnt make the part anymore so it will remain broken. He offered to buy an extension cord which is more of a patch job than an actual fix and I wont give my computer back to their technicians (more on why below).I ended up spending $170 on the new motherboard and installing it, but the computer still didnt work. After calling and complaining that the diagnosis was incorrect the owner proceeded to argue with me on the phone for 10 minutes saying that as a small business they could only spend so much time and money diagnosing the computer, before conceding that he would take another look and actually give me a thorough diagnosis. After another few days I was informed that the CPU was actually the broken part (after being assured over the phone earlier that this part wasnt the issue).After spending another $160 on a new CPU the computer began displaying on screen. I doubt the motherboard was actually the issue.After turning on the computer it turns out that the microphone input port on the front panel no longer works and is probably related to the technician breaking the HDMI cable earlier since they go to the same panel, and it was working when the computer was dropped off.So in total my experience included, 2 weeks of frustration, 4 trips to the store, 2 condescending conversations, $ 430, and 2 components broken by the technicians. I am better off cutting my losses than returning and damaging my computer further due to gross incompetence.TLDR: Take your business elsewhere because TechHub will do the bare minimum possible and when they damage your computer further, will just blame you and say they are not at fault.

My laptop battery was not holding a charge so I brought it in to get looked at. Jeremiah and Dave were fast, communicative, and knowledgeable at every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

After dropping my $1000 gaming laptop 2 feet to its death, only to pick it up and find it DEAD and not turning on at all!!!! i ran to geek squad to get it fixed and was turned away because my computer did not turn on, i would have to pay 90$ to have it shipped to their repair facility to then be diagnosed. i then saw another option a gift from the tech gods on google Tech hub! i called and was told there is a free diagnostic but it was about 15 days out or so and just could not wait so i paid rush diagnostic bumping me up the list make my wait time less then 4 days and dropped my computer off hoping for the best but expecting the worst of news ! i was emailed when it was ready & was told that after a simple battery reset my computer was back up and running in no time they also did a full diagnostic on my hardware and made sure i was good to go! simple fix for 39.99 David and his team are honest & helpful i wont ever go anywhere else for anything TECH! I was traveling and my screen broke after I dropped it. I found them online and based on their price quote and the reviews I decided to give them a try. I was thrilled with the excellent customer service and the speed of the repair.They have some other technology offerings that were above my knowledge base, but they were impressive nonetheless.

I was unimpressed with my brief experience here. I had a battery issue with my personal computer so I was not too worried about time. The free initial diagnostic would take up to a month to complete, because I didnt want to pay extra to jump to the front of the line, but they were going to make me leave my computer at their shop the entire time, until they got around to it. I didnt care about when it got done, but it seemed absurd that I couldnt take my computer home in the mean time, and they could have just contacted me once I was the first or second poor person computer on deck and I would have dropped it off with them. On top of this, I asked for an estimate for a battery replacement from the front desk guy, just so I could have an idea of how much it would cost before parting with my computer for up to a month and being committed to working with them, and he couldnt give me any sort of estimate. Nothing. I left, went a few blocks down, where they gave me a very accurate estimate up front and had my computer back to me within a few days.

I cant explain in words how thankful I am for TechHub. Having a trusted technological repair source is an amazing thing to have these days. TechHub is for the people.

I was having issues finding free space on my hard drive, thinking that the problems were being caused by massive amounts of Adobe and Sketch auto-save files, so I had Dave at Tech Hub take a look for me. He ran a scan of my drive and it turns out the main culprit was actually a single, forgotten-about iTunes folder containing 85 gigs of live shows by legendary jam band Phish. He deleted the folder, ran a few more tests, and now Im back in business. Thank you Dave, for rescuing my machine!

TechHub was the only repair shop out of 5 that Ive been to that was able to fix my iPhone. It has had a malfunctioning headphone jack and disconnected wifi/network connection since October. My 4 month old Dell XPS laptop decided to brick itself the day before an important meeting, so I called a few computer repair stores and the only one that said they could get me taken care of same-day was TechHub. I brought my laptop into their store, which is very convenient for those of us who live/work in downtown Denver, and eight hours later I had my data on a portable hard drive. Dave and his staff stayed past normal business hours to ensure that I had my data in time to prepare for my meeting. Pricing was fair for the high quality service I received, would highly recommend TechHub to anyone with hardware issues.

After having a couple different problems with my iPhone, TechHub was very helpful in identifying the problem and relaying the information to me to make a decision. As Ive seen in the past, some tech companies will just make decisions and do what they want (including making you pay for something you didnt even request). Love this place. First service was a phone screen repair probably 2 years ago. Since then Ive had a hard drive replaced in my work pc, made plans for a custom pc build for gaming and media and gotten a budget estimate from Dave (owner and guru), and even got help formatting a hard drive to work with a PS4 and expand my gaming storage. They really do everything tech related there, and in a slick, professional environment thats laid back and fun to go to. Im a smart guy but no tech master, and Dave walks me through all the options for every need I have. Walk out pumped every time. A++++++

I went in to get my screen repaired and they said I needed to pay $100 just for them to look at it that day. I paid it because I need my computer and they told me they wouldnt even repair my screen because my hard disk health was low and then tried to convince me to buy a very expensive solid state drive that cost more than my laptop. I went somewhere else and got my screen fixed in 10 minutes. What a waste of time and money.

I have a broken computer screen and my job is online, so I need quick turnaround time. I was told that in order to get a free quote, I would have to leave my computer with them for 5 days. To get a same day quote would cost $99. I didnt even investigate further to find out how long a repair would take.

Dropped my iPhone 6 this morning as I walked out of my office building and the screen shattered into approximately eleventy billion tiny little shards of glass, give or take a few. A quick internet search revealed that TechHub had by far the highest reviews of anyone nearby and was only a 10-min walk from work, so I gave them a call. Sure enough, they had the part, so off I went -- I knew if I didnt get a new screen immediately, I would end up with fingers full of glass splinters. I walked down there and turned the phone in. An hour and a half and $99 later, voilà! The phone was as good as new. I couldnt ask for faster service, and both gentlemen who helped me were super nice. Highly recommend!

I took my Lenovo laptop into TechHub because I couldn’t get it to load past the startup screen. After running the free diagnostic David informed me that my hard drive was failing. He said the hard drive I currently had was made with small moving parts and over time those parts can wear out or get damaged. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things to me. I am not very tech savvy and he help the info make sense. My laptop is about five or six years old so it made sense to get a new hard drive. He replaced the standard factory hard drive with a Solid State Drive, which has no moving parts and runs much faster. Woo hoo! I also had a LOT of important files on the laptop and he was able to save them, thankfully now I won’t be failing this school semester. The whole process of me taking the laptop in and David fixing everything took a week and a couple of days. The laptop could have been done faster, but it costs money to be placed before other customers so I, a broke college kid, opted for the free option, which was just fine with me. Now my laptop is awesome and better than before, thank you David for all your time and help! I definitely would recommend this place for sad laptops.

Im so mindblown! My experience with TechHub better than expected. I ended up buying a laptop from them since my older computer was REALLY old, and adding the cost of updating the software, the fix, and so on, it made more sense to buy a newer laptop. Techhub was able to get me a great option at a really low cost, with the most updated software, they also optimized so it would be super fast!, and even installed a software that would allow me to notify them when theres something funny happening on my computer. I will come back to review on how was my experience with my laptop :D
