POS system is great! It is so easy to use and there are so many tasks that can be done with it! Looking for a new POS system? You have to get this one!

As a employee of Retail Data Sytems my review may be alittle clouded, But I can honestly say I enjoy working with this company in the grocery department. I work remotely under the Wichita ks office and support grocery stores in colorado. Both RDS kansas and RDS Colorado give my all the help and support I could need when in the field working.

I was kind of hesitant at first but once I started I started seeing all the great things that were being brought along with it, besides the great customer service always calling makeing sure everything is the way you want it, makeing sure there is no issues with the pos system, also letting us know when something seems odd. The pos system itself it amazing it preety much saved my buisness I got to see where my products are and make sure everything was being accounted for. Once o got the new POS I had atleast 3 cashiers and 2 cooks quit on me there excuse was the machine is dumb and doesn’t allow them to do what they want😐 exactly I want the POS to do what I want over all this was the best decision I made so far and I recommend it to everybody.. Mark and Jamie always on top of everything there are the best!!!

Excellent customer service, and they have a superb team!

RDS provides the worst example of customer service that I have ever experienced. Expect to pay for warranty support when you need it, even though you bought the POS systems from them. There is no response or follow through from their alleged support staff because they clearly don’t care about their customers. Don’t expect much or you will be sorely disappointed with RDS.
