Paul did such a terrific job of cleaning our carpets! He was very professional, polite and just plain nice - a pleasure to have in our home. Paul spent time to answer all my questions. He was thorough and the carpets look great. I will certainly use Hawkeye again, although Paul said our carpets, new 10 years ago, were still in good shape and probably wouldnt need to be cleaned in several years.

This is the first, and only, carpet cleaning company that gets the stains out and keeps them out! With other companies, the stains came out but they reappeared within weeks. Mark showed up on time and did an incredible job of cleaning our basement carpet which our dog had started urinating on. We couldn’t believe how well the stains came out and it smells a thousand times better now. He also cleaned an area rug and runner that were in high traffic areas and they look brand new. I had carpets that were only 3 years old with so many ripples that needed to be stretched out and they all needed to be deeply cleaned. I needed my 2 flights of stairs, Master Bedroom and landing/hallway all stretched. They did such a great job and now my carpets look like new. They also came under budget by over $100 and were finished before they thought they would be. Great service and definitely would use them again.

Marc is fabulous: friendly, on time, reasonably priced, extremely easy to work with. Hes twice repaired padding and cleaned carpet from leaks in my basement, and I wouldnt use anyone else. Cant recommend him enough.

I have used Hawkeye several times over the years and I consider them the best carpet cleaning company out there. Marc does a great job, he uses the scrub machine which leaves your carpet so much cleaner than suction alone and the carpet is almost dry when he leaves. Will continue to use Hawkeye for the future!

Although Hawkeye wasnt able to get the stain from the roof leak totally out much of that was because of the lag time caused by the delay in our condo association getting the leak fixed. I truly think the stain just sat there too long and it was in a sunny spot.
