We were moving out and realized p a proper cleaning was going to take more time than we had in our schedule. We called and left a message after hours and received a call back early the next morning. What a relief to know first thing that we didn’t have to stress about whether the house would be taken care of by professionals, and we would not have to work late into the night to get it done ourselves. The crew showed up on time and took great care and attention to getting the cleaning done.Definitely recommend this folks!

I had high hopes for this cleaning service based on the other reviews but was sadly disappointed. We paid for a deep cleaning with the intention of having monthly cleanings afterwards. Unfortunately with our first experience we won’t be continuing as customers. The service providers seemed to have tried to cut corners where they could. There was very much the feeling that they didn’t move things and just cleaned around them. Additionally our bathroom floors were not cleaned and the showers were cleaned subpar. The rest of the house was cleaned okay, not excellent. We called immediately and they came back to fix the problems, which was great and this would have been enough for me to be a happy customer. However, we were met with attitude and excuses for why there were problems. Examples: I was told they couldn’t clean my shower head because it “would scratch it” and the reason I thought my floors weren’t cleaned is because they dry them afterwards. You will see from the pictures that those statements are not at all true. :( My husband easily cleaned the shower head after they left again. The work they did when they came back was subpar and honestly not even worth having them come back.

Exceptional service. Everything went smoothly, and they did an excellent job. I had a 2 person deep cleaning crew and a carpet cleaning crew that prepared me for a move out and sale after a particularly terrible tenant lived on the premises for 4 years. We hired Denver Cleaning Service Company to do a deep clean of our kitchen & bathroom after a recent move. The cleaners did a wonderful job hitting all the trouble areas we pointed out. Within 10 minutes of arrival, they had already cleared out a huge pile of dog hair & lint from behind the washer/dryer (we don’t have a dog...). It is such a huge relief to be able to settle in knowing everything is much cleaner thanks to the lovely ladies at Denver Cleaning Service Company.The communication was also a breeze from booking to arrival. The cleaners ran into some traffic on their way, but all delays were communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Everyone we spoke to was really friendly and helpful throughout the process.I would certainly hire this service again if I’m ever in need of a deep clean (or any other cleaning service)!

The cleaning was good but not perfect.Some dirt/dust left in tub, fridge, windows, floor, baseboards and door frames that I had to go back over. So overall not a spotless clean, and although thats a lot to ask for, I would think if I can still notice some visible dirt that professional cleaners would too.

Although they didnt provide the 30 minute notice they had me to agree on, everything else about this service was top notch. While the quality of work is great, this business has some shady practices that I think everyone should be aware of to help aid what cleaning service to use.They charge in half hour increments and will default to rounding up. This business practice encourages cleaners to spend an additional minute cleaning over the hour mark to charge for an additional 30 minutes.The business does not track actual time spent cleaning. They will send a text letting you know the cleaners will arrive in 5 minutes and will base the start time off of that text. So if the cleaners do not arrive within those 5 minutes or do not start cleaning within that time frame, that will still be the reference point for when the cleaners started.If you try and understand more about the time worked for your home, they will ask you to provide proof of when the cleaners were available. In my scenario I was quoted for potentially 2-2.5 hrs of work. They provide no information for when the cleaning started (I was also the one that let the cleaners into my unit to know when cleaning started) and do not provide any information for when the cleaning is done. They automatically defaulted to the 2.5 hrs of work which goes along with the first point in that it doesnt matter if they only worked 1 minute over the 2 hours, you will be charged for 2.5 hours.The quality of work is good with this company but I would recommend utilizing someone with transparency and insight into the work conducted as Denver Cleaning Service does not believe this is necessary. If they provide any quote for their services, know they will default to the highest price point range.

Dont do it....I would never recommend using this service. I expected a good thorough cleaning and the kitchen was barely touched along with most of the house...all I got for my close to $500 was a vacuum, bathrooms lightly done and appliances wiped down. There is no way I got what I needed done for the money. I asked for a move out clean and I ended up there myself and did half of what they said they would do so I could sell this place. Total rip off.

This company is phenomenal the cleaners did an amazing job will definitely use their services again.

Highly recommend! Communication was stellar, cleaners arrived on time and finished the job within the expected time frame. The house was between leases and had 2 years worth of dirt and grime but the cleaners were able to get it looking spotless!The only complaint was that the linoleum kitchen floor still had a layer of dirt in places after they finished. I contacted DCSC and they sent another crew over within 12 hrs to come and finish the job. The floor was a mess before so it needed lots of elbow work.Will be going back for any other cleans in the future!

They take care of every detail, even things I dont expect, like the front door or base of a stool or laundry left on the bed. 4 hours of deep cleaning is extremely good, Im pretty sure it was cleaner than when we first moved in. Weve been getting the light cleaning every 3 weeks now and always love our house afterwards. Ive never had a better cleaning service. Highly recommended!

They did an amazing job on my home to prep it for pictures and getting it put on the market. 100% would recommend. They have completed three move out cleans for us, all done very throughly. Office staff is easy to work with and you don’t have to be there while they clean—they just lock up when finished. Only improvement would be online booking.

Deep cleaned my 1200 sq foot house yesterday and am so impressed with their service. The two maids spend 3 hours getting rid of every speck of dust in this entire house. They were very professional, hard workers, and had great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

If you use this company for a move out clean, expect to go back and clean up after them.This was for a move out clean, they took 3 hours and did a mediocre job. I did an early walk through with my landlord yesterday and there is so much they didn’t touch.They didn’t clean the cabinet fronts, corners of the rugs, they didn’t dust the window sills or light fixtures, and the stairs were dirty. They also said couldn’t get the black mold out of the shower, but we just got it out ourselves.I just spent 2 hours at the house with my parents and we got it all cleaned. Waste of money
