I am extremely pleased. Josh was very professional, right on time, and did an amazing job. The carpet looks like it did the day it got put in (and actually smells Better too). The cost was fair, about 130 for the area. Thank you Josh for being quick (three rooms, a small hallway, and a flight of stairs took maybe 70 minutes), respecting Covid procedures, and doing a wonderful job. Ill definitely be calling yall with any future carpet/ upholstery cleaning needs. The one thing I would say could be better is that 12 hours later with windows open and fans running the carpet is still too wet for me to put my room back. I dont have box fans though, feel like itd be good of the company to bring some to set up. Not complaining! Very happy with overall result.

Complete Carpet Care & Upholstery is great! He is quick and very affordable while making sure that all stains are taken care of. The best part is that he is easy to work with and very affordable. I have used his services to clean rugs and carpets in homes and offices. He even came and did a carpet clean for me when I moved out of my apartment.

I am very happy with the cleaning I received from Complete Carpet Care & Upholstery. My couch and chair look new again. I had called another company that had a coupon when he came out to price it he wanted to charge me 1.5x what Complete charged and they said it would take 3 hours. Josh was done in 1 hour. I also appreciated Joshs communication when his schedule shifted. I would highly recommend Complete and will be using them again.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. They gave timely and accurate quotes for all services requested and showed up on schedule and clearly reviewed the work to be done and the total cost so there were no surprises. He was able to get out some gnarly stains and was totally professional. I will definitely use them again.

We just moved to a new house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving in. I was shocked to see the amount of dirt and dust removed from the carpets, as they seemed to be in good shape. He was exceptional! They were right on time, went above and beyond in their care, and were an absolutely pleasure to work with! They did carpets, rugs and a large sectional, all of which turned out fantastic! I highly recommend them!

He was great. He came in and clean the carpets with efficiency, they came extremely clean and dried within one hour. It is about two weeks since they have done the work and the carpets are still clean, which means the stains are not coming back up through the carpet. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I myself and family were so Impressed with David and his team. There professional attitude and there work was amazing. David came to us on his day off to help get my dads house ready for him after being released from hospital. Did great job on couch and rug. Some stains came up on the carpet that was no fault of the cleaning they did. Old stains that were pulled up from years of being settled in carpet. I called David and ask him to come back to try and get the new stains out. Again no fault of there’s. He came to us after he work all day and really was off and work on the stains. I have not dealt with such nice people who cared about pleasing there customers and work as hard as this company. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right. And wants a friendly personal experience. In my opinion and extended family opinion our experience with this company was the best. I recommend them to anyone who wants clean carpet and furniture.

Quick responses and service for a low price, but not 5 star. Asked for pet cleaning treatment, still very visible stains, and hair was not vaccummed (after we offered to do it prior) so was just wet on top of carpet. Will pay a little more next time.
