Driver came a few minutes early at our hotel in Denver, found us, loaded the luggage and drove directly to the airport. The car was clean and there were a couple of small water bottles for us. Everything was perfect!
Ordered car service for my two daughters (27 & 19) who flew in to Denver for a concert. I dont trust U*** or L***, especially since the flight landed at almost 9:00 pm.The driver kept in touch with them once they landed to make sure they knew where he was at all times when they disembarked and while they got their luggage. They arrived safely to the hotel. I am confident the return trip to the airport will be just as professional. Would highly recommend.
A day agoOur anniversary next week. Had our cars booked for a round trip. Paid & got my email receipt, photo copied everything and put papers in with others for our important trip.. Get a call a few days later....telling me they had to cancel one way with NO explanation.“Do we still want the one way ride....?” We were asked. Disappointed, we canceled. This is our 15 yr anniversary trip, and my husband has not had a day off in three years.Both transportation to and from the airport a week later had to be researched again. Had to call again to get our refunds. Contacted a case manager via email on web site. Nothing.Found another place who told me this place is going out of business. *If your trip by plane is important to you and you need to be there, don’t count on these people.They let us down on a MEGA scale.Not nice guys~
I am currently filing a dispute for the charge. I have called every number that I could find, to include the numbers on both of my confirmations and nobody answers the phone. I was supposed to get picked up at 8:25 in the morning and almost missed my flight because the driver never showed up!! I ended up having to pay for airport parking. Worst company ever.
WORST SERVICE EVER. Just as I was boarding my flight, I received a TEXT MESSAGE simply stating (without any apology or offer to assist) that there were no cars available and my reservation to take me to my hotel at night was cancelled. I had booked a month in advance!! It also did not say whether my return trip was still booked (see the text message), and it looked like it was cancelled. I could not get a response and ended up making other arrangements (including a lot of walking) in both directions. I got charged for the return car that I did not use. Take the train, it is cheap, comfortable, and reliable. Will NEVER use this service again.
I booked a car on 8/10/18 for a ride on 9/1/18. The trip was confirmed and confirmed again the night before the ride. Then, about an hour and a half prior to the pick up time they cancelled the ride. The ride was for our wedding night to bring us back safely to our hotel. Words cant express how upsetting it was to have our wedding party lined up to see us off to find out our car wasnt coming (I didnt get the cancellation notification, because what bride has her phone on her all night). There was no reason for the cancellation and no apology for them not showing up. DO NOT book this company. Even though a trip is confined (more than once) youre not guaranteed a ride. Additionally, when you call, no one in the office is able to help or tell you why the ride was cancelled.
I called and requested a car online for our presidents visit. I called to see if there was a meet and greet which there was not at this location. (This is odd since I see people meet and greet every time I travel.) I paid in advance as our president was travelling internationally. I noted that he would not have a cell phone. He followed the directions, picked up his bags and went to the spot to have the ExecuCar person to call for his call. The airport was supposed to be waiting at the airport. Instead, the driver has left the airport and our president had to wait over an hour for the car. He was very upset at this service and also wrote to the company about his experience. I contacted the company to return the tip since he did in the end get the car to his hotel. The company said they would not give us a refund of the tip along with directions of how to meet the driver which was not the problem. We received all the email confirmations. What we did not receive was a driver at the airport at the time request (flights details were given to the driver). I would give 0 stars if a possibility.
I booked a car to the airport 1 week in advance.and paid it. 1 hour before pick up time they told me that there is no car for me so they cancelled my ride. Forced me to scramble to get an alternate ride- They take this cancelling of reservations way too lightly.
0 Stars! Totally let me down. Confirmed my reservation the night before then cancelled via email the morning of my evening pickup. I called customer service to try to find out why they cancelled. I was transferred to dispatch and waited 20 minutes on hold till I hung up. This company had gone downhill, I suspect due to popularity and convenience of ride-share services. I booked execucar despite the bad reviews, as I have used them before in the past with great service. I was hoping that the bad reviews werent true. THEY ARE and THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION!!!
I had a roundtrip reservation with ExecuCar. On the return, as my plane got to the gate, I got a phone call from ExecuCar saying Im sorry but we have no cars available to pick you up from the airport would you like a refund. I asked how is that possible when I have a reservation. They said sorry all we can do is give you a refund. I just arrived after traveling 48 hours on an international flight. The purpose of having a reservation was so I would be picked up. How ExecuCar handled it was unprofessional. They should have found another means rather it be a taxi or uber and they should have paid for it. I will never use ExecuCar again being I cant depend on them being there and canceling at the last minute. The only way I can file a compliant is on their website and the manager is supposed to get back to me. The manager never called me. And I still dont know if I got a refund as I have to wait for my statement. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
If I could give less than one star I would. worthless company canceled four pick ups for a convention I’ll because they were too early in the morning they were rude on the telephone and six hours before the pick up they just sent text messages canceling the pick up. Therefore the CEO of our company and the president had no transportation to the airport his suggestion was to have them take a shuttle ....nice
They cancelled 2 hours before my arrival as I boarded my flight. Lame
Much like the rest, had my reserved car, which was done 4 months in advance, canceled hours before my flight landed.
Booked with them over a week ago and they just cancelled, within an hour of pickup.
They canceled our car service day of travel. We did not find out until after we arrived at the airport and there was no car service. They did not give a reason for cancellation. Needless to say I will never book ExecuCar again.
