I help run a small family owned and operated business and hired this company on the recommendation of our CPA. They were able to help us put together a business plan and make some changes with how we handle new business. Hopefully time will tell if the changes we made impact us enough to justify the cost in money and time invested.

I am glad I decided to give them a chance. The first contact with IDS was via a inbound sales call which is usually a bad sign. Though they were calling me because of a referral from a friend. So it was not a cold call. They were referred to me by an old business colleague whose business was having some issues last year. I guess he had heard we were now the ones having issues and asked IDS to give us a call. We spent a good while discussing most of my issues and how they thought they may be able to come in and help me solve the most glaring ones. A couple of gentlemen from their company sent the next few weeks working out of my office trying to help me get things back on track. I am happy to report that with their help I was able to tackle some of the most pressing issues that were holding us back. This was everything from reporting issues to problem covering weekly payroll. I would have no issue referring them to anyone else I knew that was having issues.

Our consultant Devin at IDS was very professional and considerate of the needs of my business. I was not sure what to expect, but I am pleased with the results. Cost may be prohibitive for some smaller businesses, but we found the value to very good. They also had no problems sticking to the budget that we outlined at the start of the process. Overall the process took about 5 weeks with most of the work happening remotely. This was the best fit for us since some of our staff still works remote from home. We plan to have them back next year to work on some additional projects we have lined up and when everyone is back in the office.

We spent the last month working with our consultant Stephen from International Development Services. This was our first time working with an outside consultant and we were not sure what to expect. He was able to come in and work with our staff on-site and get a real feel for how we do business. Right away he pointed out a lot of things that we could improve on especially with our record keeping and accounting processes. The biggest change we made was the creation of a master load board so we can see in real time where we stood on our various projects. I am not sure we would have been able to make any of these changes without Stephens help.

We hired this company to come in and help us with the transition to a whole new CRM system.. It was by no means an easy process but the two gentleman that IDS sent over were more than capable. They spent the first few days working with our team laying out the whole process and how long everything would take. We are still in the process of ironing out some details but most of the work has now been completed. I feel like for the first time I can actually get real time data on how we are performing and how profitable a specific job may be. Prior to all the changes this was mostly guess work and we would not really know if a project was profitable till months after we completed it.

One of the consultants at IDS came out to see if they could help us fix some of the issues that have been plaguing us over the last year. He was able to come up with a reasonable plan on how we could get back on track. At the very least they saved us from having to temporarily shutdown. The changes we made in how we handle staffing and reporting has helped us get our cash flow back to where it was pre-pandemic.

On the advice of our outside accountants we decided to bring in IDS to help sort out some organizational issues we had been having. What I did not expect was to end up using them to overhaul our sales process and change out our CRM system. In total, we spent over 4 weeks with numerous people from IDS helping us streamline our sales process and ultimately switching our CRM platform to something that was not designed over 20 years ago. I wont lie it was not an easy process, but I feel much better now that everything is finished.

This was our third attempt at bringing in someone to help us figure out what was going on with our runaway costs the last couple of years. Our reporting and forecasting was a joke and we were paying for it in our bottom line. With everything that has been going we thought it was employee turnover but we could not be sure without first figuring out how to properly track our labor and costs across all of our projects in real time. The first thing Matthew did was help us implement proper costing and tracking reports. This was crucial in us figuring out what was really going on. Matthews help us figure out it was not just one thing but many across multiple areas. If not for his help I have no idea if we would have been able to even complete our current projects.

I wanted to thank IDS for all their help over the last year. What started out as a simple business valuation turned into a much longer process. We kept them on to help us fix some issues we were having with cash flow and overhead in general. One of the biggest game changers for us was their cash management tool and their whole process of reporting. As I look back over the whole engagement I can honestly say it was money well spent.

We hired IDS to help us with a large project we started a few months back. We knew we might have bitten of more than we could chew and needed to bring in some extra man power. We had used them in the past with some other accounting related issues and decided to bring them back in. Two of their consultants worked out of our office to help with our staffing issues. To be honest they are the only reason we have been able to keep up with the work schedule on our latest project. Without their much needed help I am not sure we would have been able to stay on the job.

These guys might be able to help some companies, but as soon as they see that a company is already doing well, then they should move on. These guys wasted a day and a quarter of our time and offered nothing but general information that we already knew. When we pressed for specifics the sales person had no value added response. They had extremely hard sales tactics. They were insulting and made threats at times. I would not recommend this company to anyone.I am going up another star for responding to my concern the threat was that yellow badges were going to come into my office, and that there was going to be jail time. The insult was that he was bashing my company the whole time your representative was her. In the end he said that the company could make a little more profit, but they cant do much on that end of the business but they could help me do a will and a trust for 21k. I will be editing my post in a few more days or all together removing it, but I am glad that the concerns are being addressed.

If you see this company walk through your door tell them to turn around and walk back out. if you cancel your no obligation agreement with them the same day theyll try and charge you money for nothing, 3000$ on top of a 1300$ charge for some information that you give them. I was ok with the 1300$ and I told them I wanted to digest the information. They werent ok with that and tried to push even after the cancelation. scam all they want is your money

Hiring IDS was one of the better decisions we made this year. This was especially true since we have been having a terrible time transitioning to our new online sales platform. Thankfully over the last few years we had started investing more time and effort into expanding our online offerings. With what has happened over the last 18 months that decision probably saved our company from shutting down. This the second time we have used IDS and it went about as well as the first time.

I am very pleased with my decision to give these guys a shot. They have been nothing but professional and have gone out of their way to make sure that every one of our questions was answered. The original agreement was just for a business valuation but we ended up expanding the engagement to cover some addition consulting work. Over the course of the last few weeks they have been instrumental in helping us revamp our accounting system and expense tracking. These two changes have made an enormous impact on our bottom line and has made our lives exponentially easier. We no longer stress out over making payroll. I would not be lying if I said that I thought 2020 would be the end of our company. With everything that has gone on this past year we were facing serious obstacles that would see our sales drop by almost 20%. The worst part about this was that it was not because our customers were abandoning us it was because we could not adapt to the current business environment. We were finding it incredibly difficult if not impossible to fully transition our ordering and fulfillment system to an online platform. We must have went through at least two other companies before we contacted IDS to help spearhead the project. With their help we were able to finally move most of our sales channel operations online and pull in our people from the field. Even with their help we just managed to reach a breakeven compared to our 2009 sales numbers. I am extremely confident that this coming year will be a positive one and all of our hard work will have paid off.

This was pretty much our first exposure to a consulting company and we were kind of leery about letting strangers come into our business and dig around in our books. However the two consultants that IDS sent over made us feel comfortable about sharing information with them and gave us direction on where we currently stood and where we could end up in the future. They helped us in numerous areas we knew we were struggling in and some we didnt even know we had problems with. They were instrumental in helping us make changes in how we keep our financial records and also setup a system that would allow us to finally create accurate reporting. They also helped us create a master load board so we could see how we were doing throughout the week. They encouraged us to develop short-term AND long-term goals so we could see the big picture. One of the most important changes was how they helped us communicate more opening and effectively with our staff which in the end was a huge boost to employee morale. I feel like we finally have a plan to move forward.

We just finished our initial project with this company last week and I am more than satisfied with the results. The only think keeping this from a five star was the overall cost of the commitment. I truly believe the amount charged is fair for the quality of service and overall knowledge of their consultants but it still represented a significant investment on our part.

Patrick was always honest and upfront with us during our time together. I agreed to let him come in and try and figure out what exactly was going wrong and how IDS could help us fix it. I did not have a lot of money to burn so I was very firm on how many hours I was willing to dedicate to this project which he assured me would not be an issue. They were able to work within the constraints I gave them and I am satisfied with the results.

I run a family business, my father is the owner, I am the manager. We have been in business for 20 years and have about 15 employees. Someone from IDS cold called us to offer us services with staffing as well as other services. We, my father and I, agreed to give a few minutes of our time to talk to a sales rep in person. The salesperson Gregory showed up in a rented Audi and started the conversation by telling us how successful he is, how successful his family is, and how his son sold a company for 80 million dollars. I think he though we would be impressed with his facade of wealth and success, real Jeff Lowe behavior. He used scare tactics and told us that if we dont let them help us, the IRS will take everything away from me when my father passes and I inherit the business. He criticized most all of our processes and tried to make it seem that we dont understand how to run our business. He used a false time constraint and told us that he has to move on to the next account in 2 days to try to pressure us into rushing to a decision. He repeatedly told us You guys have some real trust issues. when we showed hesitation in providing him with our tax returns. He probably accused us of trust issues 30 times. What he was doing is using a manipulation technique called gas lighting in which a manipulator tries to make you question your own sanity. We talked to him for a couple hours one day and agreed to talk to him a bit more the following day at 10:00 when my father arrives at work. Instead this sales guy came in at 9:00 so he could talk to me by myself. I think he thought he could identify me as the younger and more naive target and wanted to isolate me. This is when he really amplified his manipulation tactics. He doubled down on the scare tactics, doubled down on the gas lighting, told me you guys arent letting me do my job because we hadnt yet emailed him our tax returns. So I cut the meeting short and walked out. After a couple of google searches I was able to find plenty of complaints to the BBB about this company being a scam. I was also able to find out a couple details about this salesperson that contradicted the story he told us about himself. Sometimes real opportunities come in the form of a cold call sales pitch. This is not one of those, these guys are as bogus as can be. Stay away!

Do not trust. They say you can back out any time and when we told them not to come back they came back anyway. Now they are trying to invoice us for being here when we told them not to come to our office.Do Not Trust.

Our consultant Eric has worked with us for the last week and a half and during this time we have been able to accomplish most of the items on the agreed scope of work. I have enjoyed my time working with Eric and will probably end up expanding the initial engagement. IDS has for the most part delivered on everything that was promised and without billing me for any misc extras. Having worked with consulting companies in the past this was one of my biggest worries. Eric handled some push back with a few of my employees in a transparent and professional way. In the end his observations were correct and we were able to fix the issues that had been causing us the most grief over the last couple of years. We will now hold our employees accountable for the work they are assigned which should help our bottom line. None of this would have been possible without Eric.

Worked well with our team and had no issues with the end result. I feel like it did take a while to get things going in the beginning but that may just be a sign of the times.

Todd from IDS was sent to gather information as part of a tax plan proposal for us. After two and a half hour meeting and after the paperwork had been signed, Todd then chose to give me a lecture on his political opinions.He did not know if I agreed or disagreed with him, as he interrupted me the three times I tried to interject. I really had no interest in the conversation as part of a business meeting and had a lot of work to do. I tried to make my lack of interest obvious by gathering my things and shifting in my seat. He continued talking about politics and even religion for a while, causing my colleague to excuse himself from the meeting, at which time I tried to hurry the lecture along.The overall business process had value to it but he sure left a poor and lasting final impression. If we ever work with IDS again I will make sure they dont send Todd.

We hired this company for a business valuation. The process was straightforward and only took a couple of weeks to complete. We were able to handle it all remotely which is a huge plus with everything that is going on at the moment.

They were very helpful in answering my questions and listening to all of our concerns. Since this was a significant investment from our side, we wanted to make sure we had as much information as possible going in. We spent over 3 weeks working with multiple people from IDS. None of our people had any issues working with their analysts and I personally appreciated having someone in our office available for the myriad of questions we had. Honestly, I won’t really know if our investment was worth it until we finish implementing all of their recommendations. It feels like the real work only started after they left and the responsibility for what happens next is on me. I look forward to seeing all the positive results from all the changes we made.

From the first day James started working in our office we have noticed significant changes in how we operate. For the last couple of years weve been trying to re-structure to allow for the business to continue after our father decided to retire. Considering all the hats I wear, I knew it would take some time and amd significant effort. I just didnt have the time or expertise to take it to the next level. I dont usually accept phone calls from consulting groups when they call, but when IDS called I am grateful I listened. After many years in a family business with even non-family being here for a long time, it can become stagnant and start losing productivity. James and IDS inspired everyone here and to do more and become more involved in the business as a whole, to look at everything from a productivity aspect. Theyve helped us identify job descriptions for each employee and where each person wants to be a year from now. We are now on the path to being able to function without my father or I being hands on all the time. We are very grateful for their help and it was like a team member had left when they were done.

I want to sincerely thank IDS and more specifically Lance who was able to help us pinpoint some major issues that needed to be addressed with how we run our day to day operations. He was able to help us reorganize our finance department which ended up saving us thousands almost immediately. They also suggested consolidating our sales force which was another area we were overspending in. Lastly and most importantly they showed us that by selling a fully manufactured product vs what we built in house we were actually cutting our profit margin in half. Somehow in the last four years and without us even realizing it became cheaper to actually build in house. This alone saved us a ton of money and will continue to for the foreseeable future.

A couple of years ago we had a brief engagement with one of their sister companies for a business valuation. We needed some more in depth help this time around and were assigned two consultants from IDS. They were very good about working with our team remotely due to the current health climate. I believe we could have still had them on site with some precautions but I did not believe that was warranted and they went out of their way to work with our team remotely. We are only about halfway through the scope of work we agreed to in our contract but so far I am encouraged with the results. I will update again once we have finished our engagement and probably once more a year or so from now on how it has benefited us long term.

I agree with most of the negative posts here. They quote one amount, say its just a ball park then charge more. The first week, they stated we were understaffed, I agreed. We worked on positions we needed to hire and they helped with that. However, being understaffed and pushing forward with significant changes, pushed our staff to a breaking point. I told them we needed to put a pause on the project to fill our positions and support the changes, but they showed up anyway and charged us after I asked them twice. We parted ways, definitely waited too long and thats on me. After we parted I told them I would been more agreeable to the situation if they slowed down and allowed us to catch up instead of trying to implement changes without being staffed appropriately. Listen to the customer.You listened, but delayed action, delayed action is the same as not listening. Listening to consultants is great advice, but it is not the be-all end-all. Our money spent was wasted and a partnership and lasting relationship between our businesses was squandered because you arent interested in building long lasting relationships. At the end of the day IDS is a business and its all about the billable hours to you. Thank you for your insight.

We worked with this company over a three week span back in march. We had some projects that for whatever reason we could not complete for the past 18 months and something needed to be done. The gentleman we had work out of our office was professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. With his help we were able to clean up most of our backlog and he even helped us make some changes to our workflow that should help us stay caught up in the future. If the need ever arises I would have no issues with bringing him back.

We have been trying to hire some outside consultants to help us with some projects for the last couple of months and it was turning into an almost impossible task. Thankfully one of my former partners told me about IDS. We were able to get something worked out with them to at least start helping remotely so we could get through our backlog. I am hoping that once things settle down and our office is back open we can have them on-site.

Worked with this company for almost five years before moving in due to a family issue. I enjoyed my time here and met some really great people who i will never forget. if I did not have to relocate I would have 100% stayed here as long as possible. It has only been a few months and I already miss all the people and clients I worked with over the last few years.

We had two sales people from this company stop by today. When they entered our private property business they did not tell us what company they were with. The grabbed our business cards told a joke and left. I had our office assistant go out and get what company they were with as they never told us. Lori Shaw gave her a business card and said your company is not really the companies we like to work with....Now that I read the reviews I have made it aware to everyone they are not allowed back on our property. What a horrible first impression of a company!

We seemed to be at a good standpoint for growth, but their evaluation revealed that our true cost and overhead much higher than we had expected. IDS helped us get some exact numbers so that we could make better financial decisions for the year to come. IDS gave us all the information we needed to run in a much more cost-efficient manner.

We had used IDS a few years ago for some issues we were having with our estimating department. It was a short project that only lasted a couple of weeks but they delivered on what was promised and everything went smoothly. We are now planning on branching off into a new business venture and decided to call them up for help with our business plan. Like last time we agreed on a scope of work and what the deliverable would look like. I am satisfied with what they have put together and they have even helped us secure a line of credit to make sure the new venture goes as planned. I feel like with any type of service based company your experience will come down to if you work well with who is assigned to your project. We had no issues with the three individuals IDS sent and found them to be knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend spending a good amount of time hammering out any services you wish to sign up for so you have a solid scope of work. Anything billed hourly can get out of hands if you are not diligent with a well defined scope of work.

TOTAL SCAM! Watch out! They called my company and asked to speak to the owner (me). They insisted on coming to our office the following day to drop off a business card, even though i told them i wasnt interested. They showed up at my office THREE times in one day looking for me, and lied to our secretary saying they had a 10 am appointment with me. Once we finally got the guy to leave our office, he creepily sat in the parking lot for nearly half an hour. As a young female business person, i felt incredibly creeped out and contemplated contacting the police. These people are STRANGE!! and refuse to leave!! If they come back, we will absolutely lock our doors and refuse entry!

IDS had a great grasp for business details and they took their time going over our financials and processes. They were highly skilled at recognizing issues that could hurt the financial success of my company. I would like to thank them for creating the atmosphere and structure necessary to make us a more successful company.

When I needed something done, IDS was responsive and direct and I did not have to wait for their team to work with mine. They were competent and flexible with our schedule and adapted to many changes that we had to make along the way. We soon saw results on the project that they managed. They redirected our attention to our operations team and helped us break it down from the inside out. Analyzing the situation closer made is easier to pinpoint the areas where we were losing money. They implemented a few new systems and changes and it made the workflow a lot easier and saved us money in the long run.

We hired IDS after going through a somewhat length back and forth on what exactly our engagement would entail and finally hammering out an extremely detailed scope. Since they bill hourly I was very worried about going over what we had estimated to be a final invoice amount. The engagement itself was over three weeks and I am very happy with both the work and their ability to stay on target when it came to costs. They actually ended up coming in below what we had originally estimated and we could not be happier with the results.

Over the past six weeks we worked with IDS on a thorough audit of all aspects of our business. Pascale took the lead. She examined all areas from our internal accounting practices to inventory management and much more. While it has been an exhaustive process and has taken much time and patience it has been a necessary process. We anticipate an improvement in our operating procedures and of course an improved bottom line. Pascale worked diligently every day to help improve our business. We have been most impressed with her work ethic. Further she demonstrated an enormous amount of patience when working with my employees. We appreciate all the hard work and effort that Pascale and IDS as a whole has put forth. Thanks again.

I would like some sort of refund... I initially was supposed to work with a group of people and then switched to someone else. I dont think IDS was beneficial to my business. I think it was more detrimental if anything. Construction is a difficult and much different industry that in my opinion IDS didnt approach correctly. I could go on and on. Long story short is I think 5% of what was implemented was beneficial. It was very expensive. They also put people into positions that they shouldnt of been in and made employees lose focus on actually getting the job done. IDS even admitted they didnt do their job and wanted to give free 80 hours of consulting. The tax group was interesting. Right when everyone knew the tax law was changing they came in and gave a presentation they charged for. Then wanted to change the entire structure. I put a deposit down and canceled the following week and still have not received my refund. I hope someone will reach out because the damage done has been detrimental to the business.

More than capable company that worked with us over the last few weeks to help with a valuation so we could start the process of selling. Obviously this is not a great time to think about selling your business but they were still able to help us come up with an exit strategy and figure out what the next steps were in the process. Will post an update when we have finished the process and again when we actually sell.

As a second generation business owner I remember my father giving consultants a try on a few different occasions. The results were mediocre at best and most of what he paid for was simply advice and manuals that quickly became paperweights around the office. When I was contacted by IDS I was hesitant but decided to give it a try as our company really needed some help. I got real working products this time that they implemented and taught us how to use. If you are reading this you owe it to yourself to see what this group can do for you. It worked out beautifully for us.

I have worked with IDS a few times over the last couple of years. The main reason was even after out engagement was over, they would pick up the phone and answer any questions I had. I can assure you I took advantage of this numerous times. They also had no issue sending over additional training materials for my employees. Their creative process involves brainstorming, collaboration, and action planning that I had full control over. I got timely deliveries on strategies and they have provided valuable advice that has usually ended up being spot on. Their team understood the challenges that I was facing and prepared me for what ended up being new competition in my industry and area. With their help I feel like I have weathered the storm and come out the other side in a much stronger position.

We are just finishing up the these people. Im not dissatisfied with the work that our project manager is doing but they quoted us one price and then the following day they change the number of hrs required on the contract without making mention. The initial quote was supposed to be a guaranteed number of hour for them to preform there service but apparently that guy didnt know what he was talking about. Im not being a bad sport about it but i called to try and right this and they want nothing to do with making it right. So in closing i think they do offer some good service but they sell you on one price and charge you another. Thats not how i do business and its not the kind of people i wanna do business with!!

They really payed attention to our needs and stuck to the scope of work we agreed on. We were about to scale up and expand to an industry that we were relatively new in. IDS was able to come in and help put together an action plan to help us expand into this new field. After an evaluation that they performed, we realized that much more work was needed before we could make the jump. Their team had experience and knowledge to explain why we needed to hold off and make sure we were prepared. If it was not for their careful advice we may have made a very costly mistake.

More than satisfied with their ability to stay on task and the quality of the work performed. The gentleman they sent to our office knew what he was talking about and wasted no time getting to work on some of our more serious deficiencies. We are only halfway through our engagement but I am satisfied with their performance so far. If we run into issues I will update later on.

It encouraged us to grow our professional network and expand. We had been hesitant to add new staff but after their recommendations we agreed it would be for the best. I tired to cancel appointment but they wouldnt cancel he went on telling me that he already had his analysis staying at a hotel. When appointment was made day before. Super pushy and I dont do business with pushovers.

Received a cold call from them, had a gentleman visit the next day, set us up with another gentleman to meet with us and analyze our financial information the next day... it was a GREAT sales pitch, however, it wasn’t passing the “smell” test... Googled them, and decided to trust our gut instinct!!!! Fortunately we seem to have escaped without owing them anything. I can’t say they are scam artists, but they sure felt like it... be careful with them, read everything carefully, and do your homework

IDS helped us effectively identify some of our biggest challenges in internal and external operations. They established a comprehensive communications strategy that allowed us to tackle each of those challenges one at a time and make significant improvement. For each chosen focus area, we had a skilled team that kept each project moving. They broke down the costs and managed to cut back on our overhead. They also helped with our operations management and other organizational issues. Overall, they gave us the information and the skills we needed.

Run far and run fast! This company charged us about $100,000 for their services not including travel expenses. They said if we would do everything they said we could double our profits in a year, and in 5 years have more than quadruple our current profits....fact is, we did everything they said and our sales dropped! We lost our rear that year. Changed everything back, and will finally be profitable for the first time since before they came.

Had no issues working with them this past summer. They were very transparent with costs and their ability to communicate made it extremely easy to transition their consultants into my business. What I ended up with was a much more streamlined focus on profitability and the tools to keep myself focused on the bottom line and not get sidetracked.

I’m nearing the end of my project with IDS and I’m sad to see it come to end. The training they have given us has strengthened our organisation immensely and helped me create a business that I know my children will be able to take the reigns of some day. Booked a chunk of hours a few months ago to help with our latest credit line application and they delivered what was promised. we had an issue last year with the bank rejecting some of our financial plans and we did not want to have the same issues this year. without this credit line I dont think we would have had the cash flow to take on a couple of the new projects we bidded out. this was not an option so the fact they came through was a big deal and saved us from having to make some hard decisions with staffing in Q1. would have no issues using them again if the needed arises.

This company went above and beyond my expectations in the value they brought to us. We were doing 2 million in gross sales when we brought them in and this year we are on pace to hit 8 million. Our profits have increased by 6 percent and weve restructured the company to reduce our taxes. It was a lot of hard work but the payoff was well worth it.

Savy, slick, well orchestrated con artist team in my experience. Very Misleading in verbal statements compared to contracts requested to be signed to perform work discussed. Paid sizable sum to have them perform a business evaluation to determine best methods to achieve goals our company set as priority. Once the plan was presented, it was useless. Nothing specific laid out, sad excuse for an analysis of our company, my high school nephew could have been more specific . Another ridiculous factor was their travel expenses our firm paid. They spoke of being frugal and conservative, yet rented decked out high end vehicles individually to commute from the swanky hotel they all stayed in, and by the rates of their airfare, must have all been flying to Australia or Thailand first class and last minute upon their departure. All at the expense of our mom and pop company. The only help I received from these suit wearing con men is to never let my guard down again. Services like they offer exist in reputable firms, in local regions we operate, at a lower rates, and by extremely more honest and good people. I wouldn’t be able to sleep well at night knowing I earned money the way these men do.STEAR CLEAR OF IDS!!!!!

Never had an issue with them over the last few years. Had them onsite early last year and just recently used them for some remote work we needed done.

Contacted by a marketing rep over the phone and said they wanted to send a person to meet with us for 5 minutes that would discuss heavy hauling and other transport ideas for our crane services. An agent arrives a day later that wants to sign us up for marketing strategies, tax planning, etc. The agent then says that he wants to sign us up to meet with yet another person that will look into our company finances and come up with a plan to make us more business. These are bait and switch tactics that others have posted about online. Told them that I wouldnt be providing them access to our company and no longer wanted to talk to their people.

Tremendous turnaround thanks to the team at IDS. Had no idea how much I was just guessing to make decisions in my business. With the tools provided I now have supreme confidence in everything I do.

August 31st, 2019 SCAM. Jackson, Michigan; PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS AND RESEARCH FOR YOURSELF! My family’s business was in contact with Tom Bovee and Sandra Harris. It was a very bizarre experience to say the least and it all started with a lot of “miscommunications” that got them in the door! Tom was very smooth and actually quite fun! Sandra was also a blast in our owners meeting and was very witty and knowledgeable about finances (she said she had been in business analyzing for 20 years) It wasn’t until we read the reviews and did some research that we decided not to proceed. Then, Sandra became not fun! She in-fact became very short and manipulative, leaving it to be a very uncomfortable and unsettling exit to the whole debacle. I simply tried to be direct in explaining that we would like to get more info and proceed on more of our own terms. She then called me rude and tried to target my Aunt, saying that we “Had family issues!” She tried every tactic from good to terrible, to keep her foot in our door. We won’t be back in contact to say the least.

Received a rude call from someone wanting to set up an initial meeting. I kindly declined as they would not identify what service they were looking to provide. Next day Sean Shackford showed up unannounced. Rambled off a bit of nonsense. I declined all service. Gut instinct is usually right, and after reading the online reviews I would avoid all relations with this group of scam artist.

Tremendous improvement in a very short amount of time. The team we worked with couldnt have been better. I look forward to continuing the relationship for years to come.

Our company has used IDS for several projects over the last few years, all with great results. They have provided us with many talented consultants and we wouldnt be where we are today without their expertise.

We usually dont give inbound marketing a chance but in the end I am glad we gave these guys a shot. It started with a follow up call from a inquiry we had made about some help with QuickBooks training for a couple of our staff. Specifically we wanted to tie in our QuickBooks accounting with our inventory management. We had purchased QuickBooks POS 2 years ago but never had the time or expertise to integrate it into our accounting systems. After some back and forth we agreed on having two gentlemen from IDS in our office for as long as it took to implement POS and tie it into our accounting department. I was prepared for this to be a long drawn out nightmare but with their help it only took a couple of weeks. We have had the odd issue here and there but IDS has always been able to jump on the phone or remote in to solve it. We have a large inventory and I am sure we will run into more issues in the future. That being said I am very happy with the level of service we have been shown.

Amazing experience. My company now has the systems in place to handle our growth profitably. The company is no longer reliant on me for every decision. In a short amount of time the tools they implemented have reenergised us to take full advantage of a booming economy.

Top notch company to work with. They were extremely helpful with reorganizing my workflow. They set out a plan of action for my company and helped me achieve it.

Someone put me on to these guys in a networking group I attend. Glad I took the time to reach out as we were having some internal issues with our accounting and forcasting. We were almost to the point of outsourcing all our accounting work which would have cost us money we didnt have and took some control out of my hands. We agreed on a scope of work and they came out out and outlined who would be doing what and what we could expect by the end of the plan. All in all it took about 8 weeks to finish everything we had outlined and I will be honest and say they are not the cheapest. However, they were 100% cheaper than outsourcing all our accounting going forward. We ended up letting some people go at their reccomendation which was a turning point for us. They gave us a great outline of what we were to look for and we hired three people who were instrumental in the turn around of that department.

IDS collaborated well with me to get more out of my business, from income to more free time for myself and my family. They assisted me through a process of putting a system in place that would make sure I stayed on the right track.

Living in a small area, the only resource I’ve ever had for any business advice was my cpa. I’ve been frustrated for years with the level of attention we’ve gotten and the lack of expertise. I took a call from IDS and they walked me out of the darkness into the light. Wow what a makeover we got.

Scam artists, Their guy came to our office for business planning and saving money from tax then next day he came with two more persons, he said if you like our plan then we will charge you $12,500 a week otherwise no need to pay, they came next day, ask some questions and want to sign up, we declined then they said ok pay for today, $415 an hour and Air Fare from Chicago, IL otherwise we will put this money on your collection. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.Shame on you Robert, Kristy, David.

Liars. Cheats. Thieves. Youve already lost if your phone rings from these crooks. They will call to simply deliver something to you but once they get their foot through the door, they are there to consume your time. (Two hours for a drop off.) While half your brain is trying to think how you are going to reschedule the time they take up, they are constantly pressuring you to sign a form that THEY say obligates you to NO payment, to just meet with their accountant (first lie of many) who THEY say works only in your line of work. This form which they claim you have NO obligations for payment, is actually a contract that cheats you out of $1300.I learned the hard way. Dont make the same mistake.

Finally I have a business where I feel like I’m in control. For years I’ve struggled with the work/family balance. Not anymore thanks to this group.

Stay away from them. DO NOT let these scammers get anywhere near your business! All you need to do is look at BBB reviews on them and everything will be clear to you about who they are and what they do.

If only you could rate 0 stars here...The rest of the reviews are pretty much on the spot, dont let these crooks anywhere near your business. Ive told them to stop calling us a dozen times and theyve openly told me theyre not going to stop and I can try blocking their number, theyll just call from another one.

My only regret is that I didnt recognise the value of this the first time IDS contacted me. Im thankful they hung in there and were patient with my tendency to procrastinate. Once I gave them a chance to do their review it became very clear what the solutions to my issues were and the decision to improve was easy. Thank you guys

Our company used them for some e-commerce consulting a few weeks ago and they were extremely thorough and helped us stamp out some issues we had been having. Most of which had to do with the fulfillment side of our company and they even helped us out with some shopping cart related problems.

I decided to give these guys a chance after being contacted buy them a few times. They delivered on what they promised and helped me organize my companies operations. They showed me how I was losing money managing my employees and wasting opportunities to utilize certain strategies. They also helped me get my quickbooks issues under control as I really had no idea what I was doing.

Things are tough for everyone who owns a business right now. IDS helped me and my wife navigate some issues that were a real cause of concern for us. They also went all over all of the options available to us to help keep our business open.

First and foremost id like to start off by saying that this company is a fraud. DO NOT trust these people, they continuously attempted to get the attention of our business by using hard sale tactics and pretending they were here to help, when in reality all they did was waste our time and money. We got absolutely NOTHING in return. We lost thousands of dollars by allowing these criminals into our store. They tried to make us sign contracts they were developing themselves on the spot. We tried to tell them we wanted nothing to do with them after we realized that they were here to scam our store and steal our hard earned money, and instead of just leaving like we asked them to they sat around our store calling their office and coming back with a new game plan on how to cheat us. Who knows what these people are really up to, but all they did was play games and manipulate our situation. If you are considering even speaking to these people I will warn you do not, ever, trust a word they say. So as were trying to recoup from our situation id like to ask any of you that were effected by these scammers to get in contact with me because this company needs to be put to an end.

Tried to force their way into our company. Showed up at my office after I told them im not interested. Used thuggish tactics. Said they would come to my office anyways after I told them not to 3 times. Total sleez balls!

Met all our expectations and then some.

In 20 years of business this is the only group that’s walked into my office and done what they said they would do.

This was the shot in the arm we needed to turn things around. We were told exactly what we NEEDED to hear and the cold hard facts were a wake up call.

Very aggressive sales tactic and they wouldnt let me breathe without pressuring me to sign a $xx,xxx dollar contract. I didnt end up signing because the gentleman was rude and didnt understand basic business concepts.
