Their website details a self guided City Tour of Denver so we asked for this at the rental booth in city park. The guys there looked totally blank and seemed clueless. So, we hired their (only) two cruiser bikes for a half day instead. And they gave us a map but couldn’t tell us how to get on the route which was not much help.One bike was a heap of junk: rattled like it was going to fall apart, the stand didn’t work, brakes were dodgy.The other was ok.Not a great experience to be honest. I wish we’d hired proper mountain bikes from a rental place and just used Google maps to work out our own tour. It’s what we ended up doing anyway.Why feature a whole section on your website about a product and not train your staff to be able to sell it?And why say “no need to book, we’ve got loads of bikes” when you actually have only two (and one of those is a wreck)?Cost was $51 for three hours in total.Not great.

This was actually kinda fun. Took out a swan paddle boat with the family and had some good laughs! Staff was nice, life jackets and boats were clean and disinfected.

Hours are listed as 10 AM on Friday on the website, the phone says 9 AM. Here at 10:45 AM on a beautiful Friday morning and no one is at the booth with no explanation. Disappointing.

Not recommended. The girl at the reservation booth was friendly, but she was not very helpful or knowledgeable about the business. She couldnt tell us when certain equipment was expected back and didnt explain anything to us about using the paddleboats (just took our money and unhooked us from the dock - we were on our own). As for the business itself, the equipment we wanted to ride was unavailable because it had a flat tire and they had no way to pump it up... half of your business is rental equipment with tires and you have no way to repair them when they go flat? (BTW, it did say this ride was available on the website when we checked before we left to go to the park.) So, we decided to go with the swan paddleboat since we were already there. Mistake! We paid for 1 hr of rental and left within 15 minutes because it was so boring and you cant see well around the swans head. Dont waste your time here.

Extremely entertaining experience. It was quite easy for a single adult to power and steer a swan boat with a small child riding along. The water is teeming with interesting turtles and birds in mid-summer, and the ducks had babies in tow, to the delight of my daughter. We watched one bird attempt to swallow a fish far too large for it, which was quite a sight. It was well worth spending an hour out there.

Went today for the first time with my sis and it was an amazing experience. The young man that was running it gave us excellent service. Kudos to him 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Simple but relaxing activity. We went to City Park in Denver where they wouldnt let anyone in to actually park but the park is open. We made it happen and the kids had fun. They also have other rentals that are available.

Swan rental is cheap, everything else is a tad pricy but cheap snacks and well worth it!

Have come twice to ride the light up boats... both times they have closed early. Both times i asked what time thelast boat went out and the times get earlier and earlier... wish you would post something on your website instead of wasting my time

We were greeted and helped by Izzi M. She was very courteous and prompt. She helped us figure out which bike would be the best fit for our family after our toddler was scared to ride on the swan boats.This is a fun activity to do with family, especially with social distancing leaving us with less options for other forms of entertainment. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that there is a very narrow bench that everybody sits on in the single row bike. This would be fine but there was no safety belt and kids are squirmy. There were a couple times that our kiddo almost fell through, not realizing how narrow the seat is and getting caught up in the fun of the moment.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible customer service. We were told the last boat would go out at 7 and they close at 8:00. I said we will be back in 15 minutes, but when we showed up at 6:55 they were closing and refused to rent to us or the other two families that showed up. Such a frustrating experience. Please make sure you verify hours but know they do not hold true to what they say. We tried to call the owner but he never responded either.

Really fun, and friendly workers! We did the swan boat and we were having a relaxing time and enjoyed looking at the fish:)

Swan boats only$11 not bad price. Have other paddle boats kiacs and cool bike rentals for entire family

Katherine and Andrew were amazing! They were very attentive to our needs and even shared their sunscreen. 💚 we rented the choppas... haha highly recommend!

Had fun at their Wash Park location, so decided to give their City Park location a try as well because they have water trikes only at City Park. They did not disappoint. Employees were helpful and friendly. Had a blast and would recommend!

All but one of their bikes were broken. Not such a good rental shop if they only have 1 working bike. Note: the poor girl working the booth told us they were all broken- not rented out.

Brought my son out to try a water Trike and he had so much fun!! Huge plus that we saw a HUGE turtle! Best way to spend an afternoon! Emjohimg fun on the Water in a picaresque park!

The boats, and Bikes are in good shape and run well. The staff was a bit less you might expect. They also sell a few drinks, soda and such as well as Popsicles, and small ice cream items.

Closed when the hours and say open, no sign. Waited 20 minutes finally someone came at 2pm and said he needs an hour more to open. Brought our little kids here and theyre devastated. Supposed to open at 10am. Closes at 5-6pm.

Only posting one star because I have to. Been here twice trying to rent bikes when their website says they’re open. Today we were told they were closing because it was going to rain and there’s not a cloud in the sky. They need to answer their phone if they aren’t going to follow their posted hour so on their website!
