The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me options (leather vs. vinyl) that helped me to save some money which was important to me. The outcome was better than I could have expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto upholstery.

Needed to replace an old worn out and ugly colored top on my Toyota Solara, and saw this place had good reviews, and specifically said that they do convertible tops. After calling them, they were able to get a new top in roughly a week, later, and had it installed within roughly 6 hours. I will let the attached photos speak for themselves.They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with, and the car looks like its brand new. On top of that, the price was lower than what people have stated the average top costs to replace. I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking for upholstery work.

Had them replace the broken seat heater in my Audi, they did great but we did have a miscommunication in that they were supposed to also replace the torn panel on the seat. No worries, they made an appointment for me to bring it back, and they did what they said they would do. The work looks excellent, too. Very fair pricing. I would for sure recommend them, and will use them again should i need anything like this again.

I first met Tracy when I brought my BMW Z4 convertible in (a 2-seater) for reupholstery. I showed her the car and the part of the drivers seat that was worn pretty badly. I explained that I wanted it to look like new and perfectly match. Tracy explained to me that even with the exact same leather that it couldnt be a perfect match because Id have a mix of old leather and new leather. And so, I decided to reupholster both seats.Next, Tracy brought her husband in to look at the car and select the correct fabric. They went through a number of fabric books, then he ultimately pointed to one and said he thought that was the one. It didnt look quite grainy enough, but he or Tracy said something about it being a bad sample - it was a while ago and I dont recall exactly how this was stated. In retrospect, I should have demanded to see a full-size sample before moving forward so I could see for myself if it was a match. Instead, I trusted their judgement to proceed forward and scheduled a time to bring in my car.Next, I brought in my car at the scheduled time. Tracy called me later that morning to inform me that the wrong fabric had come in and it would take an extra couple of days for the correct fabric to come in. I agreed to leave my car for the extra time due to the mistake. Note that I paid for the rest of the balance over the phone prior to seeing the finished work.Next, I came in to pick up my car once it was ready. I immediately saw that the fabric was wrong and I immediately pointed this out to them. I informed them that I would need to think over what to do and talk it over with my girlfriend as well. The fabric was the correct color but the wrong grain. It was very obvious that it did not match the other leather in the car, including the head rests. I felt really bad for them since I knew they were going through some very difficult personal troubles over the past few months. But it should have been very obvious before they installed the leather that it was not a match - not even close.When I called back to inform them that I wasnt going to be able to accept the wrong fabric having pondered the situation, they made it sound like it was my fault, saying I was the one who picked out the leather to install. I was shocked and a bit speechless. I was not the expert. I made my expectations clear to Tracy at the beginning and went with their selection. I was open to paying *something* toward them fixing it and putting in the right fabric and asked them to send me full-size samples hoping we could negotiate some sort of compromise.When I got the samples none of them were a match. When I called Tracy, she said I was sent incorrect samples and I really couldnt understand her explanation fully as to what I did and didnt get sent. Apparently, some of the samples werent even for a BMW. I asked her to check about sending me a match and she said shed look into it. After over 2 weeks, I can tell nothing is coming and there is no good faith from them to do anything to correct this. Thus, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I cant even remember the last time Ive had to file a dispute when my credit card info wasnt stolen - might have been 7 years or so ago. If the credit card dispute fails, Ill have to decide whether or not to pursue the matter in small claims court. What a mess. Wish I had just kept the original fabric and never went through any of this.

Had my drivers seat cushion reupholstered in just 4 hours for 300, a full 175 less than two other estimates. They even recommended products to wash and condition the leather with.My seat has three panels, and while I only needed one fixed, they asked if they could replace all three for the same price!Great quality.

The owner can keep lying but I know exactly what place I went too and who I talked too. His secretary was not there so he wrote down my info and said he would call me back so I could put down a deposit. I never received a call back after he wrote me down for a date a month away. When I called back he must of lost the piece of paper he scribbled down of me. When I first came up there I was not even asked for help for about 30 minutes. Owning a business is about treating all your customers or potential customers fair and this idiot could not do that also lied I never cussed at his incompetent worker.

I loved the staff they were so nice and professional! When they re upholstered my car I was amazed, and couldnt believe how beautiful it looked they did an incredible job. They were so reasonable. Any chance to recommend them I do!

I took my car in as a reference from my delarship and these guys scratched up my console and did not even put my car back the way it was prior to bringing it to them. Those things matter a lot and they definitely did not go above and beyond would not recommend them.

BROKEN WINDOW. Picked up my car to find my rear window stuck ½ ways up. I pointed this out to the owner (Jason) and he refused to take any responsibility for it. Even after dropping off the car with the top and all the windows down. They refused to take any responsibility for it and told me to have a nice day.
