We all have had issues with retailers, customer service, different types of companies and services, etc etc etc, but what set those companies apart is how they handle and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Kourtney Workman is all 1000% of that!!.... Ive had a few problems with my policy, either minor or major Kourtney was right on top of it, on a fast and friendly manner and stayed with excellent communication via email. I can go on and on, but I will say this.... I WILL stay with State Farm and this rep. As long as Kourtney Workman is with them!!... Ive been a customer of Gene Mondragon & State Farm for about 15 years and they have been consistently fantastic. I was involved in a car accident 8 years ago that resulted in my car being totaled. Genes staff were very helpful, they processed my claim, made sure I had a temporary rental vehicle and I received my check quickly. Absolutely fantastic agent and service. Ive been a State Farm client for over 30 years. Tonight I had a plumbing mishap. It was after hours. I called Mr Mondragon to tell him about my issue. He immediately called the water abatement and renovation company. Within one hour they were at my house repairing the damage and drying the damage out. Since my first call to Gene he has since called me twice to see that everything was going well.This is service above and beyond. I am so impressed with his response and attentiveness. Transferring apartments was as easy as a 5 minute phone call with a very nice woman. She made sure everything would be sent to the leasing agent and the transfer would go without me even noticing any changes. If there are any complications in the future Im sure they will be happy to help.

Very high rates & poor customer service. My rates continually went up every 6 months. To the point I was paying more than people with DUIs and other major citations on their records. Your agents should not tell me, If you cant afford our insurance, thats ok, we understand.I can afford it. I dont like being ripped off in the process.

Gene and his staff have always taken great care of me!

We and our families have been with them for 30 years. It wasnt until we moved to Denver 4 years ago and got a new policy for our family that the trouble started. We have been disrespected and ignored several times. On more than one occasion, we were threatened with cancellation after having made payments, and it was left to us to clear up. On one occasion, I was told that I must buy life insurance because my wife will die, and we need to be prepared. There are many other reasons, including finding out that we were paying for many things we will never need, that have made us decide to do business with another company. I am sure they have a great reputation, but their customer service is awful.

My agent Rocio Villavicencio is very friendly and is always there to help me, he is very responsible and has a lot of knowledge of insurance. I highly recommend it.
