I called first thing in the morning and someone came by in 4 hours to fix it. The gentleman was very nice and very professional. I will definitely use there service again. Price was very reasonable.

Mr Appliance was very responsive and professional. They were able to get a tech out the same day and told me their name and even sent a photo. When Bob arrived he was courteous and professional and quickly fixed the problem. He tested the dryer afterwards to confirm the job was complete. The price was fair and I would hire Bob and Mr.Appliance again.

I paid over $400 and they never actually repaired my refrigerator. They came over 5 times to my house and each time with the wrong part for the door. We paid for the service fee and for the repair and they finally said they just couldn’t get the part we needed. I have called several times, and they continue to send me to the “owner’s voicemail” where I have left several messages asking for some reimbursement as we have paid for something we never received. After months and months of calling and no return calls, I feel I need to leave this review. Please do not pay the repair fee before the repair is made with this company. This is beyond horrible customer service.Response to the company’s response: the fact that this is the first that I am hearing anything from the company is proof alone of poor customer service. A simple phone call to discuss these issues would have been appreciated. And in light of the year we have all had with COVID and the priority of issues entering our lives each day, I would think the timing of my response to you taking our money for zero service in the end should not be a factor in returning money for services that were never provided. You have proven your lack in professionalism and your complete disregard and ignoring a customer’s inquiry. As I said before, your folks continued to send me to a black hole of no response and it was beyond frustrating. No customer should expect to pay full for services that were never completed due to no fault of the customer.

The office was easy to work with for scheduling and communication. Loved getting a text when the technician was on their was. Having a picture of the tech also made it nice to know who to expect! Repair and billing was all done in an hour.

Our tech Daron showed up on time diagnosed the issue took half payment and came back next day to repair. Very professional was very patient with my 4 yr old who bothered a bit and still completed the job timely and was very personable. I was at work but my young adult children handled payment and he was awesome! I will recommend to all my residents being the manager of the complex I live at. Great job!!!

Had an LG refrigerator problem that is well known in the business. Cory was upfront about how much it would cost, which while a shock, was much better to know in advance than to hear about later. We decided to go ahead and have the fix done, so Ryan came out, and took care of everything. Service was great, he was careful, explained what needed to be done and did it. What an awful experience I had with this company! Ryan gave me a wrong diagnostic with my washer. When I called them the last time the guy who answered me told me that he didn’t care about bad reviews or anything. They charged a lot for nothing!! They didn’t even do anything with my dryer and still charged me. They don’t care about their costumers! With the recent thunderstorms, I wish the receptionist could have told me to try unplugging my microwave & then plug it back in to see if it started again. Instead a technician from Mr Appliance was sent to do that for $125! This scheduled him to do this simple task rather than help someone with a more complicated repair. I certainly would use Mr Appliance for future repairs if the receptionist could have given me that tip. At least the technician was nice.

Trae was courteous and skillful. He repaired our dishwater in less than 20 mins to change a defective drain motor on our Bosch dishwasher. Quick in and out. Also, I also received timely email and text confirmation of schedule and technician’s arrival along with his picture. Staff I spoke to schedule was also courteous.

Our refridgerator unexpectedly stopped working and we were able to get an appointment and have it repaired in a very timely fashion. Also, our technician, Ryan, was wonderful. I have 6 toddlers at the house that day so it was hectic but he was very professional and even engaged with the kiddos when they would ask him what he was doing. Very much recommend this company. :)

Very friendly company, started with the woman on the phone and the technician as well. Appointment made within reasonable time frame, they were prompt and very professional. Tech quickly diagnosed problem and said our Samsung dishwasher (16 mos old) needed a control board. They ordered part and let is know it was on backorder from manufacturer. Total cost would have been about $500 but after waiting 2 weeks we just bought a new KitchenAid instead. I would recommend this company, it wasnt their fault electronic components are hard to get right now.

The repair guy was fine on the problem, but allowed significant water to drain in the floor, that it soaked into the dry wall, ran under the wall, under pergo flooring in the next room, which is now bubbled and swollen. When my wife noticed it he tried to tell he it must be a leaky pipe in the wall. That wall has no pipes or water of any type in it. When I got home, he then fessed up it probably came out of the washer machine when he was working on it, and just put a fan on it. He should be prepared with rags if he knows water will flow out of the machine when he opens it up, even after draining it. Very disappointed in his professionalism and work ethic.

An appointment was set for the following week and I was sent an email confirming the appointment with a photo of the technician (Mike) who would be doing the repair. Mike and his trainee, Dustin, arrived, as scheduled, and were very knowledgeable, courteous and careful in their work. I had considered trying to do the repair myself and after watching them do the repair, I am very glad that I left the job to the pros! Their work was top-notch and their pricing was very reasonable for the job. Called them during a busy time of year to install a new cooktop and oven. Despite this, they came within a week. Christopher made a separate trip to evaluate the old appliances and make sure everything would work. Estimate was half of what Home Depots recommended installer charged.
