From Frankfort to Istanbul, a three hour flight, they offered only a small piece of chocolate as complementary. Even tea and coffee were available to purchase only. Also, the boarding did not start until 30 minutes before the flight departure time. There were even no people behind the desk to answer questions an hour before the flight, to the point that we were suspicious something must be wrong or that they have changed the gate without notifying us.

Awful customer service at Denver. At Saturday evening, one young customer service lady was just on her cell phone and swinging her body around while talking to me and my husband. The young black hair color Spanish lady yelled at me when I informed her that I can not taking the next connecting flight since it is on the next evening and I have to return back to work the next day. Both of them do not apologize and giggled as they speak to me and my husband as we are a joke. I was very stressed since Lufthansa flights which we used were been delayed both times. Will not fly with Lufthansa ever again. I paid good amount of money and the service I received was very poor. I will fly with another airline and pay more to receive a comfort and respectable service.

Dishonest baggage policy. Inept check-in personnel.Charged $100 for checking a second bag in direct violation of information provided on their website. That information specified economy class passengers who are Lufthansa frequent traveler members can check two bags for free. Staff at the Denver check-in willfully disregarded this policy.Was coerced into paying the extra bag charge.Will dispute with credit card company. Expect to prevail.Why do people hate flying? This is why.

Great service but horribly cramped seating on brand new Airbus A350 flight to Europe. Uniteds old 767 was much more comfortable.

They dont automatically set your meal preference from your Lufthansa profile to your flights. If you have dietary restrictions And you dont have clairvoyance to know to call ahead before each flight then you are out of luck!

This is what flying international is all about! Great meals, friendly employees and great service!

Great service, good airplanes, nice staff

During an emergency situation that affected many people at Frankfurt they did a great job under crisis conditions and the customer service afterwards was good.

Staff at Denver airport very disrespectful and rude and supervisor the white guy who work sunday after noon is very racist and disrespectful and dont want to help at all .

Not the best seating in the business, but if you, like me, travel as a couple, it is completely ok. Service as usual excellent in all classes. LH always feels very good.

It is simply the best airline. Especially on flights with children!
