We had to replace our old swamp cooler after 18 year. So we called The Cooler Company and had a Breezair evaporative cooler installed a few days ago. What a difference. Its now like living in a refrigerator. Hector Hulguin and his crew did a top notch job. The pictures tell the story. Highly recommend them. Going to use them in the future to service our furnace.

So glad I found The Cooler Company! They were perfect from the gal who spent time with me answering questions & explaining about installing a new evaporative cooler on our roof thru the crew who did the installation! I never caught her name, i think it was Lara. She was very friendly, polite & spent time helping me understand what product & service I was getting. Her personality & knowledge of the product she was selling made me feel comfortable with letting The Cooler Company have my business. The crew doing the job was very friendly & personable, as well. I was impressed with getting a pic of Manuel in my text messages, so I knew who was coming. The crew was great, they got right to work, very professional, came with everything they needed to do the job, including the drop cloths to contain any mess from installing vent. They left my house as clean as they found it! Even the office people answering phones or calling me, was very polite & professional. Talk about a company that is truly all about the customer, The Cooler Company is it! I would give them 100 stars.

It’s hard to find companies anymore with this level of integrity, I have been very impressed with them. I had a new swamp cooler installed over a year ago and had a secondary issue come up recently. I wasn’t sure they would even hear me out, being that it had been a year until this problem was discovered. They not only heard me, they took care of it without any hesitation. Would highly recommend using them, you can trust they care about their work.

From consultation to installation, I found the professionals of The Cooler Company highly knowledgeable, technical experts in evaporative cooling. Everyone I interacted with, from the office managers to technical consultant and service technicians, immediately put me at ease. They were courteous, responsive to my many questions, and highly efficient in their respective positions. At the end of the installation, these interactions assured me that I made the right choice. A big THANK YOU to La, Hector, Cameron and Pablo – I commend your professionalism, respect of others and property, AMAZING customer service delivery, and technical expertise. Hector runs a tight and streamlined crew, quality work in less time – I recommend you ask for this team! Vents were installed in three rooms: beautiful placement, clean cutouts. Team was on time and took 3-4 hours. All messes were cleaned up. Quality product too. My house no longer feels like I’m in a brick oven. Thank you!

Service was good until recent issue. Their technician replaced a cracked solenoid on the unit while I was out of town and turned water on to the unit in the basement, but failed to close the drain valve which sits immediately next to the water supply valve so the unit and supply lines can be drained completely in the fall. So a majority of the water was immediately flowing into the sewer line and continued to do so until I returned 9days later to the sound of water flowing loudly in my basement, thankfully all went in the sewer line as designed, but 50k gallons were wasted and my water bill is over $300 this month. An honest mistake and I told them as much, 4 times, and when the owner/manager finally got to me 2 weeks after my first call to them I was given excuse after excuse and no proposed resolution. BTW This issue also resulted in Denver Water flagging my residence and coming out and inexplicably shutting off the drip irrigation system that fed my raised vegetable garden bed causing major harm there. All I needed to hear is that they would cover the water bill and I was going to move on. They failed. Watch out for those who present excuses for their failures instead of remedies. Poor customer service.

I contacted The Cooler Company about an evaporative cooling system at my rental property. I had two rooftop coolers installed and couldnt be happier. Tonya arrived on time to give me my estimate. She was knowledgeable, freindly and I had an estimate within 15 minutes. It was a very fair estimate and I had no concerns about accepting their terms. I had a unique situation and they were able to accommodate every challenge. The crews assigned were freindly, efficient, and bottom line did an outstanding job. The Cooler Company installed a new Breezair evaporative cooler May 24, 2021. Techs Cameron and Hector were excellent. Timely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They did a great install, explained the units control system thoroughly, showed me how to winterize it, and cleaned up after themselves. The install involved putting in a new vent in the bedroom. This was done well, and cleanly. Highly recommend Cooler Company, and also Hector and Cameron!

The guys that came out and installed our new swamp cooler were fantastic! I wish I could recall their names, but only one, Paul, comes to mind, because I thought to ask it at the end of the day. They arrived on time, even a few minutes early, and I was very well informed all throughout. They were very respectful about wearing masks any time they were near us or anywhere inside the house. They seemed really knowledgeable and made suggestions to make the best of our new system. At the end they cleaned up well after themselves (which was probably a lot because weve been told we have a ton of insulation). They noticed just a little bit in one of the rooms at the end of the day and went back out and brought their vacuum again to make sure it was totally clean. I did not have any interactions with the salesperson, as she was talking to my husband while I was working, but she seemed friendly and enthusiastic and I believe quoted us the best system for our house.

I am about a month into my new breezeair and am sitting on the patio feeling cold air come thru the screen; I didn’t believe Tanya when she said it would cool out here. The money is well worth the product, there have been many times it’s gotten too cold in the house! I can’t believe the difference between a breezair and traditional evap cooler. Cooler Company enlarged 2 vents and added 2 so it feels great all around the house. I had a bit of a hiccup with them initially returning phone calls and install logistics but Steven and his crew made up for that. They did great work, had attention to detail, and problem solving skills during the install. The electrician overlooked something that was creating a malfunction, but was out 2 days later and got it squared away-I think he would have been over in a few hours if he could, he’s awesome. Overall I am very happy with my product and the company’s work. Thanks Cooler Company.

I have worked with two evaporative cooler companies in Colorado and these guys by far are the best! After company #1 (lets call them Schmaltitude Schmomfort) destroyed my home and charged me $6k for a cooler that was installed completely wrong, Cooler Company came to the rescue! They let me know right away what would need to be redone, they were upfront with their pricing, and best of all, they are reliable. Sending texts to confirm appointments and showing up on time are rare these days, but these guys do it every time. All around a great experience! Dave was able to come out same day for a appointment to get estimate for a furnace when ours broke during the first snow storm of the year. He took the time to explain all of the options to us and educate us on how to pick the right furnace for our house and comfort needs. It was also snowy during the install and initial quote, and everyone took care to remove their shoes and put drop cloths down to keep our house nice and clean. The price was very competitive, and the Amana furnaces they carry come with great warranties (10 years parts and labor). We were able to schedule install the day after we decided to use The Cooler Company. Gordy and the whole team were great and took the time to walk us through the new furnace how to use it and service it. They even fixed our humidifier for free. Furnace seems to work great, overall very happy with our experience so far!

Kevin is awesome! He repaired my boiler, which most of the companies I spoke with, before hiring The Cooler Company, tried to sell me a new one. When he understood I might sell my home in a couple years, he agreed it would be mistake to spend the money to replace it, that these old boilers were tanks and he was confident he could upgrade the zone valves and needed elements and get my heat back working on all zones. So sorry I didnt use him two years earlier when I installed a furnace in the basement to heat the downstairs,... which he also fixed using the existing boiler. He always called before he came, was super about explaining things, timely and always checked in afterwards to make sure all was working well. They also do a great job with swamp coolers, and next summer they will be on my list to do that as well. Cant recommend them more highly!

I had The Cooler Company install an Evaporative Cooler 6/2020. Before choosing them, I shopped around a lot of different installers and they clearly were the most professional and experienced and knew the most about evaporative coolers/swamp coolers. And the price was equal to or lower than all the other quotes I got. They have their own certified, insured electricians and installers included in the price, installed a high quality Breeze Air system with ductwork, and were able to get the utility rebate included in the price upfront, which made going with them a no brainer. The installation itself was very professional, the installers took the time to talk through their work and consult me on decisions, and walked me through how to use the system and how it works (both in the house and with the equipment up on the roof too). The system works really well, too, and cools my house quickly (and I rarely turn the fan speed higher than 3 out of 10 to cool my 850 sqft with the 5000 cfm unit). Overall Im very happy with my decision and with the system they installed and fully recommend them.

I was really surprised when the Cooler Company came to my house to give me a quote for a swamp cooler. I had gotten 2 quotes from other companies and both technicians came and went within 5 minutes and sent me quotes upwards of 10-15k for my small 850ish square foot home. The woman from the Cooler Company actually took measurements, pictures, went into my attic, and then sat down with me for about half an hour and educated me on swamp coolers they offered and recommended. She told me that the other companies were swindling me and trying to sell me a system that was way more powerful than my small house needed (one of the recommended ones they tried to sell me is used for industrial warehouse...). The work was done quickly and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves and showing me how it worked. They also did a great job with masks and social distancing while in my home.

Had them install a swamp cooler at my house last year. Installation was fine and it worked pretty well last season. This year I had them come out to get it up and running for summer. I called in mid May, which admittedly is their busiest time for summerizing swamp coolers, and they couldnt come out until today, 6/5. Its been hot so I tried to get it turned on myself, and noticed that the solenoid valve was cracked so it was leaking like crazy. And the fan wasnt blowing nearly as hard as I remember it blowing last year. So I patiently waited for the professionals to come, assuming they could get my swamp cooler running like last summer. Nope. The technician told me it was running fine even though there was barely any airflow. I had to insist that he go back up and try to figure out why its not working. He tightened the belt driving the fan and that helped a little, but its still not back to where it was. That whole 20 minute visit cost me $200. And I still have a swamp cooler thats only a fraction as effective as it used to be. And it was only that cheap because I spoke to the dispatcher on the phone and talked her into not charging me an additional $175 for the solenoid valve. Apparently the warranty of 2 years on labor and 3 years on parts does not include the solenoid, although the contract doesnt say anything about that. So if you plan to do business with this company, be advised that the warranty means absolutely nothing. I will not be calling them back to do any more work on my cooler.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. We had our swamp cooler installed at the end of season by The Cooler Company in October 2017. They removed the old swamp cooler and installed a new one. Fast forward to February of 2019. We were in the process of selling our home and needed to get our roof certified. The roofing company said our roof looked great but there were a few issues with the swamp cooler install so they were unable to certify it. After receiving a quote for over $1,000 worth of damages, I immediately called Gary with the Cooler Company. He told me to send over the roofing quote and photos and he will look at it. As soon as I asked him if he was going to send someone out to correct the issues, he immediately went into denial and deflection mode. Gary said that he doubted his guys did anything wrong with the install. I told him to look at the photos and tell me what exactly the roofing company was claiming was wrong and if there was possibly a mistake. He said he would look over the photos and get back to me. Didn’t hear from Gary for almost a week so I called him back to see if they were going to correct the issues from their faulty install. After going back and forth for a few days, he then told me on the 3rd or 4th call with him that they only cover issues with the swamp cooler up to a year after the install. I told him that the install was faulty and that the year timeframe should be irrelevant since it was a bad install to begin with. He then began to say that he doubted what the roofing company (very good reviews online) claimed was wrong with the roof. The issues were; incorrect flashing around the swamp cooler, the electrical unit (witches head as Gary called it) had shingles installed on top of it which does not allow for proper drainage, as well as the 12 shingles that The Cooler Company screwed the cooper water line into without adding any sealant to prevent roof leaks (see attached photos). Even the caulk job around the unit was done very poorly. After getting upset because Gary was trying to avoid fixing these issues, he told me that I should’ve let them know before the year was up so that they could’ve corrected it. I guess you have to go up on your roof and check to make sure the job was done correctly before they leave. I’m not a professional so that is why I thought I hired some professionals to complete the job for us. When you pay as much as we did for a swamp cooler, you expect it to be done correctly the first time. These guys are not professional with their installs and not very reliable to fix their mistakes. I would find some other company to install a swamp cooler and avoid this company. In full disclosure, after much back and forth with Gary, they did agree to fix some of the issues that they caused but not all. Since we were selling our home and needed to get the roof certified for the sale to go through, we decided to have an actual roofing company fix the Cooler Company’s mistakes and pay out of pocket.

The technician who arrived informed me that I needed to replace the entire unit because it is very old. Thats it. Its old. I wasnt satisfied with this explanation, so I asked more questions that the technician seemed to not have any answers for. I paid the $159 diagnosis fee that the technician demanded, even though I didnt feel my questions had actually been answered. I then called another company for a second opinion. About 15 minutes after they arrived I was informed that the water pump was bad and a hose was damaged, which caused the leak and damaged the pump. I approved the repairs which were completed within 45 minutes, and my cooler is up and running GREAT for less than $50 in parts.I hired this company under the assumption that I would be dealing with a professional company who knows their trade. What I experienced was the complete opposite. Based on my experience I would definitely NOT recommend them.

Well, my AC was not cooling our house so I scheduled the company to come out today and was told a $99 fee applied. The technician said my unit needed service and changed my filter(I do this religiously every 3 months anyway). I was shocked to be handed a $310 bill after about 90 minutes of work cleaning it. I was not even informed of the cost ahead of time, I thought my $99 fee was it. Technician is totally wrong for not disclosing this outrageous amount before doing the work. Illegal even. I would not recommend doing business with this company. An AC service should not cost this much ever, I think he thought a housewife wouldnt question the cost. Tried to call and see if they have a cover for my cooler in stock and she insisted on knowing the dimensions and brand. she refused to help even after I called a second time and gave her my measurements for the swamp cooler on our roof. she then told me to try walmart without further assistance. Thats what I recomend you do to. customer service so bad I didnt even get to waste my money...In the owners defences, they did reach out after obviously reading the bad review. they blamed the lack of service on the employee being new. They also asked that I change my review. Well, my experience stayed the same and Ive considered it. Having been a small business owner myself I know hard it can be. but I only wanted a seamp cooler cover.

I had a dead A/C when I bought my house and was looking to replace it. I got three quotes, one from Cooler Company. Steve, the owner came out himself for the quote. He told me that he couldnt even put an A/C in with good conscience because the house and furnace werent built for it (which is why it died). Rather he gave me a quote for an Evap Cooler which is more affordable anyway. This thing is incredibly awesome and perfect for Colorado. It gives me cold, moist air, unlike the cold dry air in an A/C. Installation was easy and we get to keep the windows open in the summer. In only takes a couple minutes for it to cool down when I get home and turn it on. Plus it costs less than an A/C to run and you dont need to worry about freon running out. Just water.Steve knows everything about these things and for $50 later in the fall, he had his guys show me how to properly take it apart. Probably took about 15 minutes. I had a slight misunderstanding thinking that they would also set it back up for $50, but I spoke with Kay (who is very amazing) and she said shed grant me the $50 price for the confusion. They guys are great. Steve, Kay, everyone. They are extremely genuine and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I have used The Cooler Company for an estimate for a great system (Breezaire) that they gave a fair price for along with a Xcel Energy rebate that they deducted up front. (no hassle to apply on my own). The team that did the work was the same team from last year and they are top notch. Their customer service is excellent especially Kay. I had a little water problem after installation and Kay showed great concern and had a technician scheduled as quickly as possible. She kept me updated with frequent follow up calls and sent Jeremy who immediately assessed the problem and had it fixed in no time. This is a great company with a professional team. They are very neat and your home is as clean after as it was before the work is started. I would not hesitate in recommending the Cooler Company for any of your Heating & AC. Oh by the way - my cooler during these hot days has kept my house a comfortable 72 degrees with a wonderful cool breeze blowing through the house. So much better than AC in this climate. Love it and only wished I did it sooner. Multiple ceiling vents included in the bedrooms allows privacy and comfort.

Too many HVAC companies in Denver to put yourself through this. Had to have them out to fix an issue 5 times over 10 days and 15 days later we are still experiencing an issue. They have been nice enough to email me the invoices for what they have not fixed though.... I have constantly been misquoted on arrival times to get things fixed and have had to open my business late twice because of them. Save yourself!I called today when they were running 6 hours past the time I was told. Marste in customer service was a peach, she hung up on me because I didnt want them to come out if we had to pay the overtime from them running 6 hours behind. I understand you are busy because its hot. Understand that the people that are calling you are also miserable because while you sit in your AC working on the job you chose the people that need your help are working in 100+ degree temperatures. In the business I work in I have to buy peoples food if the reservation is lost or we misquote. Next time I make a mistake Im going to charge them 150% for their food, cross my fingers and hope they dont write me a bad review..... Terrible customer service, easily avoidable if a phone call is made or any communication was had on their end.

The Cooler Company is organized, efficient, and honest. I had a good experience working with David, who put together the quote and ensured the new system would qualify for the Xcel rebate. The installation team was friendly and professional. My new evap cooler is fantastic! My only critique is that the installation team was more than an hour late without calling to let me know. But in the grand scheme thats nothing. Nice work!

Do NOT buy a Breezair evaporative cooler. They suggest the remote control to operate it, but dont warn you that if you misplace it, itll cost you $431 for a new one! It only has 4 functions - on/off, blower level, drain and auto (which malfunctioned after a few years). Probabaly only a few dollars worth of parts, certainly not revolutionary technology, but you cant buy it anywhere other than through Breezair. Maybe this company doesnt set the price, but they could certainly warn you, or carry a different brand.

We purchased a very expensive (nearly $5k) evaporative cooler - a Breezair - from The Cooler Company in August 2012. Are we happy with the Breezair? YES. Are we happy with the customer service from The Cooler Company? NO! They have not been helpful in the slightest and as soon as the job was finished and they had our money, their concern for us went straight out the door. Upon completion of installing our unit, they had to return with a remote that wasnt broken, and re-entered our yard and roof to program it, leaving the gate open upon their exit letting all of our dogs out into the street nearly getting hit by a car. Now, entering the time to winterize our cooler, we needed a bit of advice and help on a couple steps in winterizing. They REFUSED TO HELP US, and said they would not offer any advice (EVEN THOUGH WE HAD JUST SPENT $5K) and said they would come out and do it for us for another $130. We were floored. Raven said she would return our call after checking with the owner, and she never did get back to us. BEWARE USING THE COOLER COMPANY! Absolutely pitiful customer service. They will take your money and never look back.

After going through two low-end evap coolers in the last ten years, we decided to bite the bullet and invest in the Breezair EXV-155. I could not be happier with this decision! The Cooler Company was a pleasure to work with as they were able to repair a minor issue that we had the day that we called to report it. The air this thing puts out is ice cold and somehow less sticky than the air our old system put out. It is whisper quiet. This system is so vastly superior to our old system that I have no doubt that it will pay for itself in terms of reliability and energy savings. The variable speed design is my favorite feature. Instead of cycling on and off, it just puts out a nice smooth stream of air throughout the day, saving energy and making the house much more comfortable. We bought the dark gray unit and it makes our house look high-tech and modern, unlike the old one that looked like something from a 1960s trailer park. And dont get me started on the energy savings! The price is steep but you wont regret it.

I want to give credit where credit is due. Our furnace finally gave out the other day after 22 years of service...which is pretty good for a furnace. Called The Cooler Company Heating and Air Conditioning as we have used them several times in the past and have always been happy with their service. They gave us a great deal on not only a new high efficiency Furnace but also installed a new high efficiency Air Conditioner, a whole house Humidifier, and a Wifi Thermostat. Everything was installed quickly and professionally and we couldnt he happier with the new equipment. The whole house humidifier has completely changed the comfort level of our home this winter and the new furnace seems to heat the house within minutes whereas the old furnace took forever to get up to temperature. Loving the wifi thermostat also. That will come in very handy when we travel. I said it before and Ill say it again if you ever need heating or cooling work performed you cant go wr

I cant believe what just happened. We called The Cooler Company yesterday because our swamp cooler broke. Its 80 degrees inside our house and oppressive. They said they could send someone out on Sunday (today) for a $200 service charge. Their employee just left our property with a $200 check and did NO REPAIRS. He said we had a corroded rod that needed to be replaced, yet he did not replace it. He took pictures, said we need to schedule another appointment and left. This company ROBS you for your money. DO NOT USE THEM.

Cheryl LacefieldThe Cooler Co.I called in the morning and had a service man here by 2pm the same day for diagnostic. Grayson spent a long time testing every part of my old furnace explaining what be was doing the whole time. After learning repairs were too costly for and old heater I decided to replace it with a new energy efficiency one. I had a new furnace installed one day after I ordered it because of single digit temperatures. Grayson coordinated the whole installation and moved it up a day because I couldnt keep the heat on during the night. He and his coworker were polite, professional, compitent and did a great job. They cleaned up beautifully after. They even put up with and befriended my 2 little barking dogs. I would recommend The Cooler Co to anyone.😊

I am so happy I called the Cooler Company. Finally for the first time EVER the upstairs in my townhome is cool. The upstairs never cooled off no matter how long I ran the air conditioner….whereas the downstairs would get frigid. Over the years I have had several HVAC companies come out and replace parts to no avail. A co-worker recommended the Cooler Company as she was very happy with the work they did for her so I called them. Steve from the Cooler Company said the problem was a poor initial ductwork design in my unit. I had a downward blowing unit located on the floor of my second level making it virtually impossible for cold air to reach the upper level with the way my ductwork was currently set up. The guys at the Cooler Company totally redesigned my ductwork and now for the first time in over 10 years I finally have a cold upstairs in the summer. Thank you Cooler Company. I highly recommend these guys if you need help with your Air Conditioning or Furnace.

AVOID AT ALL COSTService provider stated a flat fee of 39.95 to fix furnace then wanted an additional 85.00 to complete his work.On 01-12-13 at 7:30pm we contacted The Cooler Company to come fix our furnace. My wife spoke to someone and they stated that they would contact someone to come out and to expect a call shortly. An hour passes and we get a call from Andry The Cooler Companies service technician. I asked him how much he charges to come out and fix our furnace. He stated that he charges a flat fee of 39.95. I then asked him if he charges an hourly rate on top of that. He stated no matter if it takes 5 minutes to fix or 5 hours its a flat fee. I then told him to come out help us with our furnace and a half hour later he showed up at our door. I showed Andry the furnace and the breaker box and he proceeded to look at our furnace. About 20 minutes pass and he states that he diagnosed the problem and he believes it to be a bad ssu box. He states that his equipment is showing 120v going into the box but only 70v going out into the furnace and he can fix it by bypassing the fuse and wiring the wire directly into the on/off switch. He then states that he can fix it but its going to cost us and additional 85.00. I was furious. I told him that he was misleading and that he out right lied to us. He stated that I just didnt ask the right questions and had I asked if there was a repair charge he wouldve told me. I then repeated his statement that he had said on the phone. He statement was no matter if it takes 5 minutes to fix or 5 hours its a flat fee he stated that the statement was in reference to the diagnoses but not the repair. I stated that he in no way stated the $85.00 fee even though the word repair came up in conjunction with the term flat fee several times in our previous conversation. He then packed up his tools and started to leave with the furnace covers off and the ssu box apart and stated that he wouldnt do the work unless we paid the fee. Once we had gotten back upstairs and almost out the door my wife stopped him and told him to wait. She pulled me aside and stated that she was worried about the pipes freezing, how cold it was, and the other service companies that we called wouldnt be able to come out until tomorrow. She said that we should just pay him and then we would talk to the company and file a formal complaint letting them know of the deception. I agreed and went into the other room so she could talk to him. She told him to just do the work. After a 3 minute wiring process our furnace was back up and running. He then proceeded to find other things with our furnace to occupy his time as to seem like it was worth it for us to pay. After we paid him we contacted The Cooler Company to let them know of the deception and to file a complaint. They took our information and stated that they would have someone call us on Monday but NEVER called.

I did my research on evap coolers and companies in town and landed with a Breezair installed by the Cooler Company. Steve, the owner came over with a quote on time and did so in a very professional manner. Which, by the way, I cant say I experienced with the other companies. It wasnt that they werent professional, just not as professional. I was put off a bit that Steve would ONLY install a Breezair and ONLY do it if I installed at least 4 ducts (max rebate). Some people may not be able to afford the Breezair as its about 1K more than the other one he sells. Anyway, I had them come over and do the job. In all, I had 5 people in my house, two were subs for electric and plumbing. The main crew did a very solid job. The job lead installer was well spoken, thoughtful with his responses and took the time to answer and, importantly, ask questions. Steve did a great job hiring this guy. However, he did fall through my ceiling...but that want his fault. The crew that flipped my house didnt nail a 2x6 for the framing around the attic access.. Bummer, but again, not his fault and they repaired everything except for the paint. The next guy on the crew was a bit gruff, he could use some polishing and social skills improvement. He was also a bit lazy as he had to be asked to cover furniture in rooms while holes were being cut into the ceiling. And, he could have paid a bit more attention to detail with the install. For example, the drain tube from the cooler does not run down the roof in a straight line, rather at an angle and looks like sloppy work. The rookie on the crew was hard working and did a good job, so far as I can tell. He was in the attic a bunch. He is a good apprentice and will eventually make a good lead. The electrician did a great job and thats all I have to say about that. The plumber installed a hose bib and fixed the holes in the ceiling. He, fortunately, took the time to run copper for the bib and I appreciated that. I prefer that over Pex. He was also great with communication. Downside, he made more of a mess in my house than all of the others combined. Drywall mud tracked on the floor all over the place including the bathroom and spills on the vanity. Strange. To his defense, it might have been raining. The only thing that kept them from getting 5 stars was some sloppy work. Otherwise, Im fully supportive of their work and professionalism. This isnt easy work and the crew did a good to great job overall.
