Explained in order to put in a new box behind the washer they would have to cut the drywall they knew what size the frame was that giro around the cut out but the finished project I has a hole above the frame when I asked about it I was told it easily can be fixed and I know I can do it and I know I can have someone do it however I was not real pleased. Earlier this spring, we contacted Swan based on recommendations from friends and family who had used them in the past. We needed them to come out and prep the A/C system for the summer as well as to check the furnace. After making the appointment, we received a text day of with a picture of the technician and a confirmation of the time. The technician, Leo, was exceptionally courteous and careful when coming into the house. He wore his face mask and protective booties the entire visit. Leo cleaned the systems, changed the filters and worked on getting the AC functional despite a freak spring snow storm.Recently, this past week, we were having issues with our AC system (it is old and wasnt maintained prior to us buying the house). We called Swan and they sent out Shane. Shane, like Leo, was very nice and conscientious of the property. He worked diligently to get the AC system working. We were worried we may need a new system but it looks like it was a condensate line that was not installed correctly. The quoted price to repair the condensate line was a flat rate fee and very fair for the work involved.We cannot say enough good things about Swan and will definitely use them again.

The technician, Jon Miller, came out to my house to give me a water heater replacement cost and he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to work with and he seems to have good knowledge about my water heater and the brand. So I’m happy to say that I did purchase a new water heater from Swan because of Jon. I’d like to say that Leo did a fantastic job really breaking down what everything was and what needed to be replaced versus the cost of new parts. Nobody wants a huge repair bill but the way he broke it down made it easy to understand and makes me want to do business with swan again for their honest approach. When our air conditioning unit quit on us after 25 faithful years of service, we knew it was going to be a big job, and an expensive one at that! Erik was very professional and replaced both my AC and furnace over the course of 2 days. My AC went out in the middle of summer (which is brutal), so the fact he was able to get it up and running so quickly was deeply appreciated. He was thorough in showing me all his work and did an overall great job. I was a little nervous about the cost at first, but they have a price match guarantee and after doing more research, realized it was a very fair price for honest work.

I highly recommend swan plumbing. We Had them out to replace a degraded clay sewer line at our house. Jon the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and Not only was the crew very friendly and patient with all my curiosity in watching the process. They came well prepared. They fixed the sprinkler line that had to be pulled up. They did a proper job trimming 2 branches from a tree to make room for their equipment. Replaced the grass pulled up with fresh sod and placed green irrigation caps on the sewer line inspection caps don’t stand out like a sore thumb and drive me crazy on a daily basis.Highly, highly, highly recommended !!!!Edit: After a heavy rain storm in the following day of repair and as expected. the extra water made the dirt under the sod settle by about 2 feet in some spots. Called the main number and heard back within hours. Jon assured me someone would be out in the next 3 days. “Cool sounds good” no hassle at all, then I came home from work to find it was already done...Mind Blowing service !!!

Zane and Daniel replaced 36 yo boiler in July 2021, a job that required replacing a lot of the old pipes and took two and half days to complete. They did a great job, kept the house clean during the process, and left the furnace room spotless when they were done. They were thorough in checking it out and will return in the fall for final check. I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend Swan! They were super friendly and helpful from the initial call all the way through fixing our issue. They have a great HVAC maintenance program and extremely fair prices. They were able to fit us in same day and get out to us quick-which was much appreciated on a 100 degree day without AC! They were on time for every appointment, communicated all details of the job very clearly, and left my home impressively clean considering the nature of the work that was being done. Chris H also did a fantastic job replacing my water heater after the sewer work concluded. The Swan staff did not try to sell me extra service that I didnt need as their competitor did on the first estimate I received for this project.

A technician came out over the weekend to fix our a/c unit but did not have the part needed to fix it at the time. He checked with other technicians to see if anyone might of had the part needed, they did not. He apologized and said theyd be back on Monday to fix the problem.
