Ive used John Baines company for 10 years to do my personal and business taxes. Ive always felt comfortable, and they go the extra distance. Running a small business takes a lot of hard work, and the last thing I want to do is have to worry about bookkeeping and taxes. Simone has always done a great job with our state taxes and our federal taxes. Sarah has been wonderful with bookkeeping. The relationship I have with John Baines is vital to my companies success!

I could not be more disappointed with this firm. I spoke with Gloria in regards to handling the taxes for my business. She seemed very helpful on the phone so I set up an appointment to come in so they could begin working on our bookkeeping and taxes. When I showed up for my appointment last Friday I was informed that she was not in the office as she was out sick and could I reschedule. Although a bit frustrated that I was never given the courtesy of a call to reschedule, I went ahead and reschedule for today. I went in today for my appointment and was informed by Gloria that she had to leave in 20 minutes to take her son to work!!!! Again I was never contacted to reschedule. They seem to feel their time is very important but do not give any consideration to their customers time. I will NEVER use this company and if ever asked I will make sure that if someone is looking, they never look this way.

Ive only called their offices and left my contact info but, no one has reached out to me. Guess Ill try another CPA.

John has been my CPA since I moved to Denton in 2001. He is so easy to work with and his staff is such a pleasure. He handles my taxes for 2 corporations, 1 LLC and my personal returns. They also handle my payroll, quarterly taxes etc...I would highly recommend using John and his staff.
