Andy and Felicia are the most vile and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. There was a staff named Bintu Jalloh that refused and did not give Emerson Home residents there meds which a case was opened via state at which the nurse Bettye did confirm residents did not receive meds in fact. Bintu was then removed from Emerson Home and sent to work at Barnes Home (after Corporate said no cross working homes because of Covid) with other residents. One day I called Andy to tell him we needed a nurse at Emerson Home to tend to a resident with a g tube because staff no longer could, both Andy and Felicia offered to have Bintu come work at Emerson Home , the same staff that was just removed due to not giving these residents their meds (she still works for the company) . On May 25th a new hire Ashly Dupree worked the home with another staff from a different home (still cross working staff during Covid) the training staff left after the 7pm med pass with Felicia approval, leaving the new hire alone with residents on her first day. Ashly was due to get off at 9pm but her relief was due to show at 11pm after several attempts to call and text Felicia that she had to leave because of her ride and Felicia never answered so Ashly left and Margaret (11pm staff) arrived and residents were home alone for two hours. I never heard another word about it and as I stated Felicia was aware because there are numerous text and a communication book to support this claim (Ashly did end up quiting a week later because of the non communication and lack of support from the office). I have several other instances with texts messages to prove these claims as well as abuse happening at other homes. I also referred several people and was never paid a referral fee and told to just keep checking my paystub for it, it never came.
