Eddie Williams and his family had worked with me and helped me get into a good rental home for me n my son. Perfect location, directly across the street from a day care which made it even more convenient. The staff were punctual when it came to maintainable and very professional.

After 5 years and over $50,000 paid to them they evicted us over being one month late on rent. I understand people have to pay their rent but man... I had lost my job, my wife was just diagnosed with lung cancer, and we were in the middle of a pandemic. They put me, my wife, and our 4 kids out on the street without hesitation after we had been there and paid rent for 5 years and I will never forget it or forgive it. Not to mention the fact that they refused to treat for bed bugs... So if you rent from them ask about bed bugs!

I’m moving to a new city after renting from Williams Property Management for two years. When I had maintenance issues, Eddie was always quick to send help. Ginger and the rest of the office staff were always professional and polite.

Ive rented properties from Eddie at Williams & Williams at two different locations in Denton over the past 10 years and was very pleased both times. Fantastic staff and great customer service all around. Over the course of 4 years there was never a time I had to wait for a response, everyone there was extremely prompt over the phone / via email. You wont have to worry about being put on-hold or dealing with an automated answering system like 90% of these other companies. Highly recommended and will rent from them again if I move back to the area.

We rented from Eddie for 2 years and were happy with our experience! Eddie had a new closet put in to a spare room the week we moved in so that it would function as a full bedroom. He was always very understanding and gracious!He can seem a bit intimidating at first, but that is because he is a businessman doing his job! He is there to be a landlord - to take care of his property - he always took care of anything we needed. We worked hard to make sure the house met all the conditions before moving out - including maid service & carpet cleaning - this upfront expense guaranteed us our deposit in return. Follow the guidelines set in your lease to the best of your ability, be good tenants, and everything goes as it should!

I hate that some people had a bad experience with this company. I dont know if things have changed or what, but Im a current tenant and have had a great experience here. The office staff is very polite and professional and Eddie is a really nice guy. Our house is older but has some nice updates and is perfect for what we need. Williams Property Management has some of the most reasonable prices in the area by far.

One of the worst landlords and rental companies Ive dealt with. When we moved into our house 3 yrs ago, the house was not kept up, nor cleaned prior to move in. There was an infestation of fleas and feral cats running rampant around and under the house. Anytime I had to talk to Eddie he was extremely rude and aggressive. However, he was the exact opposite with my husband. Eddie went as far as calling me a liar, when his receptionist made a mistake with our lease renewal and misinformed me about signing the correct papers. All of that I was able to tollerate, until it came time when we put in our 30 day notice. He would schedule people to visit the house 2 hours before their scheduled time (while we were still living there, our final month). Then text either my husband or myself, whom both work fulltime an hr away, to.let us know he was coming. So he has no respect for those still living there. One of the viewers even told us he pushed for that time, when she said she was available the next day (and so was I) but he told us she had to see it that day by that afternoon. Lastly, I received my deposit today. Its whooping $45 off of $1500! I left the house spotless and cleaner than when we moved it, spent 12 hrs scrubbing literally top to bottom every inch of the house on the last day of the lease. Yet I was charged $250 cleaning fee. Also charged for $600 to repaint, although nothing was wrong with the paint except normal wear and tear over 3 yrs. Also charged for $100 for a new stopper for the bathroom sink...seriously! There was not even one when we moved in! And lastly $150 to weed the yard. I had paid someone the day I stayed to clean, $30 to do the yard. All in all, Eddie is liar and is only out to rip people off. I will never rent from him or recommend the company to anyone.

My house sat on market without selling because they had it priced wrong. switched to remax and it sold in 3 days.

Not recommended for any type of business, they kept my security deposit for no reason.Take caution and have everything in writing.

It has been a joke dealing with this company.
