Horrible. I had dropped off a jacket to have work done to it with these people twice, and each time they took around 6 months if not longer. They lost my jacket/order each time or something, and when i called in about it the woman on the phone was very rude. I almost just let it go and decided not to leave a bad review, but fast forward a year or so into the future: Found a sewing holder pin in my sleeve that was sewn up into it, and it was stabbing my arm and cutting it up. Hope that needle was clean and I dont get tetanus. Dont go here, folks.

I have been getting my clothes cleaned there for the past 4 months and I could not be happier. The staff at the desk in Denton are always super friendly and super helpful. Amber & Sabrina always do above and beyond service. wish I knew one more persons name because I would have listed them as well.

They charge about $4.6 per shirt, I thought it was a little expense for the service I was provided with.

I took a brand new suit (never worn) in to be cleaned and when I went to pick it up it had threads pulled so bad it was ruined. The girl said it probably got caught in the machine. I filled out the claims form and returned it with my receipt. This suit was on sale for $59.99 originally $200.00. They didnt want to give me my money back and wanted to give me credit. Well I dont plan to ever use them again so I requested the purchase price. I finally get a check for $29.99 and a letter stating that since I hadnt provided receipts they assumed it was over a year old and prorated it from $49. I have made several attempts to speak to Mark Kerr because I did provide a receipt and it was brand new, but he will not return my calls. Not a good place to do business, they are not accountable for their poor work.

They gave one of my nice, button down Joseph Abboud dress shirts from Mens Warehouse to a different customer - they were even able to tell me her name! I messaged the owner requesting he refund the value to replace the shirt and received no reply, simply a check in the mail for 55% the value of the shirt. Read the other reviews and you will see that YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH MARKYS! No ethics, no accountability and horrific customer service!

The best dry cleaners weve found since moving to Denton 2 years ago. Pickup and Delivery service is always prompt and dependable. Our shirts are always perfect...just the right amount of starch, and pressed to perfection. Customer Service is excellent. They recently cleaned my leather briefcase and it looks almost as good as it did when I purchased it 7 years ago.

First time customer and they lost half of the items I took. Its been about two weeks and they still have not given me a refund nor found my items. As a first time customer, Im very dissatisfied and will definitely not come back here again. Would not recommend this place. Ive been to many dry cleaners before and this has never happened. Also, manager seems to never be there, according to the Staff.

Amazing customer service! Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were able to pick up our dry cleaning before my husband had to leave on a business trip. I will definitely use Markys for all of my dry cleaning.

We took my husbands suits to be cleaned, went back next day after 5:00 to pick them upwhen they brought them to the front there no plastic cover on them and there was cat or dog hair on the suits and hair hair. I will not be going back there. I had to give them one star to be able to post this 😢

Love the people that work there, super friendly, but too many times my husbands shirts would have big grease spots on them that werent there when we dropped them off. He would discover the damage every time when he went to wear them on his out-of-town business trips. Happened numerous times, so we gave up. I asked the normally friendly gal to please let the owner know why we will not continue our service there, wow, she turned into an extremely unfriendly person, rude actually. out of 3 yrs., it has been the last yr. that we started having problems.

I took a blouse to Whitesboro Cleaners after two days I went to pick it up and leave for Houston they said its not here but wait until tomorrow so I called the next day they sorry its not here, they send it to Markyin Denton I called and they said they didnt have my blouse but could I describe it to which I did and they said oh its here but they lost the tag on it and didnt know where it was suppose to go to and I said Ive got to have it for my granddaughters wedding in houston and they said well we can send it tonight and you can pick it up in the morning and I said to the owner that wont work her wedding is tomorrow in houston and I saud could someone meet me halfway between Aubrey and denton and she said that was too far and she was sorry. If that was my company I would have drove it to her.

This cleaners (Comet Cleaners 507 W University almost ruined my daughters wedding dress. They didnt even call to let me know nor did they tell me when I picked up the dress. The owner, Mark Kerr, said my material was probably sub-quality and refused to even pay to have it fixed and would not refund the cost of cleaning.

Ive never been to a place that cares so little about customer service. I only wish i could give less than 1 star. The owners could care less about there business. If the way they treat customers says anything it says there staff has got to be treated worst. They should be embarrassed at the quality of work they do. They ask you for your starch preference and then completely disregard your requests like its up to how they feel that day if you actually get what starch u want. U take a shirt in to be cleaned and pressed and they will return it to you worst then u brought it in and thats if they get it back at all. Someone is stealing clothes or something because things dont just disappear and walk away by them selfs. And prepare to be basically spit in the face when u bring it to there attention ur missing something they will practically call u a lier and give u no option other than a store credit. Why would i want a store credit for not even 10% of what i purchased a article of clothing for...Like i would ever wanna trust more of my items to your sorry excuse for a business. This is just my opinion but if you ask me...if your looking for a good dry cleaners...GO ELSEWHERE!

The worst business in the world and never go to this dry cleaner ever!!!!! on July 28 I dropped my Louis Vuitton handbag( in perfect condition except some stains) at Markys Dry Cleaners to clean some stains and the staff took the bag and gave me a customer claim check which formed a customer and business relationship between Marks dry cleaners and me, not anybody else. after more than a month waiting period I went there to pick up the bag and shockingly found the bag was torn apart inside completely and the leather was serious damaged by being over heated and completely out of shape, theres no way I can use that bag for anything. So I provided all the information they asked for compensation process. After many times I calling them, weeks later they said they sent the bag to their sub-contractor to fix it. some other weeks went by, i called and called and the manager named Megan told me they are not going to compensate me cause things happens sometimes, the bag was damaged by their subcontractor not their shop and she yelled at me and hanged up on me rudely. i went back there again and took a look at the bag, its worse than last time cause they tried to use some cheap glue to glue back the liners and it didnt work so I left there without picking up the damaged bag. obviously they took a job which they had no clue how to do it at all and seriously damaged the bag and kicking the balls back and forth and avoid compensating their customer for the damage.at this point, i can only wish the title of the best in Denton hanging in Marks Dry Cleaners became the title of The worst in Denton, Also I pray to God that Mark E. Kerr as the owner and the decision maker of this business will get a hit and run on the road whenever he is on the road cause he deserves it just like he said well things happens, only then he will understand what his customer feels when they are seriously screwed by him!!!!!!!!

Its pretty sad you get to the cleaners that supposed to be open it till 7 p.m. and you get there at 5 to 7 and its locked down tighter than Fort Knoxit this is the second time this has happened to me will be the last time I use this cleaners and Ive been a long-time customer. 7 is 7

This spot has destroyed two shirts and a tie of mine. I was sent a check for a refund for the damaged items, but the amount was substantially less than i paid for the items. And they would not refund the amount i spent on the dry clean for the destroyed items. Won’t do business here again.
