Emelda (spelling is probably wrong) was amazing!!! Showed me a beautiful selection and when I did finally decide on one, when she rang up, it was $500 more than what it was ticketed. Emelda made sure to honor the price tag which I appreciate more than she’ll ever know! Awesome experience!

I had a ring that kept losing stones. I was constantly having to take it in to have it fixed and the last time I went in kind of angry (at my ring, not Kay Jewelers). Justin was the one who helped me out. He suggested trading it in for something else. Long story short, I ended up with literally the ring of my dreams because Justin worked with us so well!! He dealt with my indecisiveness and showed me every ring I wanted to see (over and over and over again). We landed on a Neil Lane that I had had my eye on from the get go. Justin made the exchange easy and our experience was absolutely amazing!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, JUSTIN!!!!!

Amazing experience, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. And they dont judge you as a customer based on appearance, I went in there after work with torn jeans and a dirty jacket and nobody judged me they helped me out to find something very special for my wifes anniversary!!!!!!!

I bought my fiances wedding band a few weeks ago. The only reason why I went there was because Zales didnt have the ring he wanted. The associate who helped me the first time was a very friendly and nice girl. She placed our order and was super helpful. When I picked up the ring 2 weeks later, I met with a different associate. He was a young male. He was kind of rude and had an attitude as if me being there was inconveniencing him. He took the ring out of the order packaging and just threw it on counter causing it to make a ding sound. I paid $1K for that ring and I didnt like the way he handled it. He didnt have me look at the ring to make sure it was correct. After all that, he didnt give me a ring box. He gave me the ring in a tiny ziploc-esque bag and I had to stash it in my purse. Supbar customer service..

I lost a diamond in my Anniversary Ring, received during the holidays and took it in for repair at this location since it was under warranty. They said 2-3 weeks and when I was called to pick it up (an hour drive away), I was told the ring was beyond repair, so they issued me a brand new one in the same style. The frustrating part, was when I originally received this ring as a gift I had it resized to fit, now the brand new one came in two sizes too small. So I had to give it back to request a resize. Do the employees no realize the size of the rings when processing a repair order? Bottom line, I had to wait another two weeks and make another special trip to the store. Please make sure if you have a ring repaired its made back to the size it was taken in at to save a trip and frustration.

Terrible experience. Overpriced compared to other jewelers and what they offered to us as “custom” is not custom. When I gave my list of 3 basic requests, the associate rolled his eyes at me. There is also an age difference between my fiancé and me. I assume this is why the associate asked us who the ring was for. Unprofessional.

Store is supposed to be open on Sundays. Called no less than 3 times and no one picks up. What kind of business leaves a phone ringing, if theyre open? Why isnt there a VM at the very least? FAIL!

Sold me a 3/4 carat Leo solitaire engagement ring for $6000. cash. My fiancée left me less than a year before I tried to take it to them to see if they would buy it back and they wont do it. Other jewelry stores have offered me around $275.00and diamond exchange told me it is worth $2500. Total. Looks like they are marking their rings up way too high. Its a rip off.
