Most easiest office and people to deal with. Monica and laura were great. I finished my application process yesterday and by 905am this morning I had a job offer and I start Monday. Would recommend OnTrack Staffing to anyone looking for work

OnTrack got me back in my same position with the company that I used to work for 20+ years ago here in Denton. I wish I would have stayed and I would probably be close to retiring by now. LOL! The current manager at this location is not honest. She told me that a company in Little Elm, TX near wear I live had a few openings. The manager there at the Denton location is playing games! Ive work with both Monica and Laura, these ladies actually will and have done exactly what they said they would do. Good luck working with this unnamed manager.

Told me I had a job out here in Dallas. Wanted to get out of where I was at wasn’t a good place. Spent all I had,3000$ on an apartment just to be told the positions are filled 2 days after I been here and emailed her. Now I’m stuck with a 1200$ a month place and no job. No reply nothing. Have better luck on my own.

I was told to send my resume about a job opening for training to become a maintenance technician but was instead sent to work for production and the trainer was very impatient and rude at times and no representative from Ontrack was available to talk to about this then my wifes hours were cut from the job site they sent us to and did nothing to talk to us about what happened just said we were a no call no show but when we showed up to their office that morning they didnt care about how were were treated, so sorry to sound negative but I wouldnt waste my time to find employment through them.

Everything was going well until I mentioned I was pregnant! Then suddenly there were no jobs available from Gainesville to Dallas. But the girl right next to me ended up getting a job.. Hmm.. Ok

It was one of the bestest places to go to for a temp agency!!!! I loved it .. the people are so nice and helpful , specially the one who helped me her name was Priscilla munoz.

My first experience with OnTrack was an EXCELLENT one. I went in last year, they immediately had a job for me, and within a week I was placed. I was one of seven laid off from my previous employer back in March, and since then OnTrack has been very aware. I have made several calls to speak to my recruiter, sent multiple emails to follow up, and have been completely ignored. I am still without a job and havent had a paycheck in three and a half months. I dont have much faith in this company at this point. I bet Ill get a call after this review though. Sad that it had to come to this...

They only cater to certain people. I call them and they never have any work but i know several people who keep getting different jobs threw them.

Able to find temp to permanent quickly even in a different county. I was quickly assigned to a job and I am now a full time employee. Thank you guys.

Calling out the boss! Laura bland has refused to give me her bosses number. She was supposed to find​ me a job. For months she would push me to the side. She was acting real shady with my taxes. Still refused when I ask her for the bosses number. I called the office and when I asked to speak to a manager. They put me on hold twice and no one answered. Only reason she treated me like trash because of a conflict between my brother. Which is her S/O by the way. I wish the boss or manger would get in contact with me. Stay away from luara bland.

They got me a job that was temporary. I worked long hours in poor conditions, and when I got sent to respond to Hurricane Harvey with the National Guard, they wouldn’t stop calling me. Every day, they called and asked when I would be back and I kept telling them I didn’t have an answer, and I’d let them know when I did. They kept calling any way, and I went off on them, at which point a rude woman said “we’re the ones who sign your paycheck. You WILL answer when we call.”I quit as soon as I got back. Definitely don’t expect to hear from them unless they need something from you.They also lost my direct deposit info and put all my money on a pay card instead of just asking if I could get them the information again.

Went in to apply to a job i seen online, within 2 days they had me a full time job working 40+. was fast and easy online process.

I was contacted by a recruiter to interview for a specific position at a specific time. When I arrived I was shuffled to thw side and very rudely told to fill out the paperwork. As I was being spoken to like an idiot, I tried to intervene and explain one more time I had an interview and was contacted by a recruiter at 10am. I was told to fill out the paperwork and they would get to me when they could. Why schedule an interview time if you arent going to use it. Very shady practice.

An absolute waste of time. Even if youre qualified, even if the job is in Denton, even if the job doesnt involve driving, they wont call you unless you have a car. Pathetic -- not to mention, downright discriminatory.

I was told more than once because I dont have transportation and needed to work only in the town I live in that I was making it difficult for them to find me work. I was also told that a perspective employer would not hire me because I had never done that type of work. I was also told that because I had never worked with tools before I would not be hired. I thought that was for the employer to decide. I have never been treated this way by an agency and I hope no one else gets treated the way I was.

OnTrack Staffing were great getting me a position in my desired location as well as keeping in touch to be sure I did have any questions or problems. When contacted, their response time was very quick.

No star is not an option, completely useless. Nonproductive and/or nonresponsive.
