I have used CPR in the past with acceptable results I’ve had my battery for my iPhone 6 replaced three times the second time it was under warranty and it went bad the third time they replaced it something happened and it exploded and busted my screen. This time I went in to have it fixed willing to pay for the repairs because it did not dawn on me that it was the last battery they put in it that irrupt it through the screen. Dwayne said he would need to keep the battery and so he did they did not have any new batteries in stock but he said to come back and he would replace the screen and the battery for $97. They called me and said the battery was in and I took it in for the repair at that point Hazel got involved and and begin adding additional charges I explain to her the maximum they said it would be would be 109 at that point I’m assuming it’s one of their management came out and said that that would be acceptable. At this point Hazel begins to tell me they need the passcode to my account I told her that not even Apple required pass codes for the account when they did repair work she became quite agitated seeming and only after her manager got involved and she seem to calm down a little bit. I left thinking they would do what they said I came back and they said that they needed to hook it up to their computer and try to reload some things in my iPhone at that point I ask for the phone back and expressed mydisappointment. I feel like everyone should know this because they are certainly not to CPR they used to be. Their service was good however their parts would seem has destroyed my phone. I called Apple and discussed this visit with them and they insisted to never give anyone the passcode to my device that even they do not ask for that information when they do a repair. Apple service department also said they did their own in-house work and had not partnered with CPR like the person that came from the back insisted they had. He also insisted that it was because Apple didn’t talk amongst himself so I have no idea what that was about however I do know my phone is now ruined due to the battery that I purchased from CPR I do not think they intend on batteries being combustible I’m just grateful there wasn’t a fire or some such thing. I am not the type to write complaints like this however I do believe this reaches the level that others need to know about it I’m certain that I will get some type of reply it’s rather dismissal like some of the other ones I have read however you can judge for yourself.

Thumbs up. There was a fragment of a charger cable connector broken off inside my phone’s charger port, and they quickly removed it completely free of charge in about 5 minutes. I would bring other devices here for repair.

Scammy. I brought my laptop in to get fix and left with bandaid repairs that didn’t even last a week.

Any phone/computer repair you need done this should be your 1st stop....I stopped at the denton mall for a phone repair the charging port was not working dude was like its going to be $140 without even looking at the phone...I stopped at CPR ended up being free because the port was just blocked and nothing was wrong with it....they are honest and true to there trade

I took my iphone in for a cracked screen, the person who helped me was Hazel and kept trying to upsell me and insisted my battery needed to be replaced, all for over $200, very rude. Better deals elsewhere, avoid this business!

I went in thinking I may have to have a jack replaced in a tablet after getting a headphone piece stuck in it, but Hazel was able to fix the issue right away and get it out and didn’t even charge me! So thankful!

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max along with a Zagg Invisible Shield screen protector. I wasn’t confident with applying the screen protector to my phone without ruining the screen protector, so I went by this CPR Cell Phone Repair in Denton. They applied the screen protector to my phone, at no charge. They were also so extremely courteous and pleasant about it! I was in-and-out in less than 5 minutes! That type of customer service, I will definitely return to for future business!

I see a few negative reviews over price is high but I had no issue with this company at all & you get what you pay for! They saved me alot of money fixing my note 20 ultra which no one in denton could fix! They had a really accurate time frame. If any of our products that dont have insurance are broken this is gonna be my only stop.

They were fast and professional. They updated me when a part for the repair of my MacBook Pro screen was delayed. I wish there was a student discount, but overall they were awesome.

After I called around several places, trying to get the best price, i was told they could fix my cracked iPad for 120$ FLAT, I dropped off my iPad. When I came back to pick it up I was charged 140, yes it’s just a 20$ difference but it’s just very irritating and annoying being told one thing and then being charged something different. Therefore I’m giving them 2 stars, because I felt they were unprofessional giving out there price and then overcharging. If I would of been told 140 from the start I wouldn’t of even cared, I just don’t like being lied to. And I would of gone with the repair ppl in the mall they were a bit cheaper and honest.

Lightning port had some dirt in it and they cleaned it out for free. The staff were very nice and really quick.

Came in to get the water damage in my phone fixed and they did absolutely nothing to fix it I still have all the same problems as before and you can still see the water in my phone they also refused to give me my phone until I paid them and didn’t tell me before hand how much it would cost just took my phone did whatever to it and then charged me and wouldn’t give me my phone until I paid and it still has all the same problems🙄

Went in with charging port trouble. The guy took it and cleaned it out. 3 minutes and we were out, no charge..also had a gaming system fixed. Worked and back in the time they said. Very reasonable price.

I love this place!! Tom and Andy went above and beyond my expectations with the quality of service and customer service! Went in their because the glass off the back of my camera was shattered.... they quoted me a very reasonable price, but the back glass did not fix the problem 100%. The other part of the problem was the actual camera which they fixed for free since the first thing that they tried didn’t fix it. Tom and Andy were a pleasure to work with! If you have a problem with your phone, tablet, or any other electronic for that matter, this is the place to go! If you do go, ask for Tom or Andy, both of which were very polite! Definitely will be going back for all of my phone troubles/needs!

Had an AWFUL experience. Very bad customer service!!! First, I call and they give me a price & that’s why I decided to go here. I get there the price they gave me over the phone jumped $30. I said “this isn’t the price y’all gave me on the phone” he said “we got it wrong.” I was desperate to get my phone fixed, so I said “okay how long will it take to get the part in?” They said “we’ll order it today (Monday) it’ll be here Wednesday.” 3 days?! Great order it. I said “make sure an call me when it comes in because i read the reviews and a lot say that y’all don’t call them” I call Wednesday they said “oh no it’ll take a lot more time than that.” THEN WHY SAY IT’LL BE HERE A CERTAIN DAY AND ITS NOT. So a week & 1 day later I call and ask if my part came in. They said “oh yes it’s been here.” I said “WHAT?! I DID NOT GET A CALL” they said “oh I’m sorry.” THE ONE THING I TOLD THEM TO MAKE SURE TO DO. At this point I’m pissed because the drive is 35 minutes there and 35 back home. I honestly should’ve just gone somewhere else. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE, they will lie straight to your face. ALSO WILL GIVE YOU ONE PRICE THEN CHANGE IT WHEN YOU GET THERE. Not how you should treat customers!!!!!!

This is the second time we have used them, both times have been great. The first we had them put a battery in a phone, it was done very quickly and at a good price. The second, they fixed the speaker on my phone at no charge. We are very pleased their service and would highly recommend using them.

While I hope I dont drop my phone any time soon, I prefer going here over using the insurance my cell phone carrier offers. It is convenient and hassle free. Totally Recommend!!!

I brought in a water damaged iPhone 6 and although they were able to get it working again, they were kind/honest enough to let me know that it was still acting strangely and was likely to crash again later (with no warranty). They offered me a refurbished iPhone 6s instead for a generous price of $240. The new phone works great and has a six month warranty with them. They saved me the money and trouble of paying to fix my iPhone only having to replace it again later when it crashed. Plus, they were friendly and fast!

Really good guys to bring ur phone or tablet too . I bought my Samsung tablet 4 and they try to help me as best as they can and not over paying for something that is old and hard to find part for . I walked into the store 100% certain I needed my charging port replaced because the cable kept falling out with minimal movement of the phone. As I was about to drop off my phone and have dinner with my family while he replaced the port, the very nice employee told me to give him a minute so he could check to see if the port was just dirty and needed to be cleaned for $10. Turns out thats all it was! He could have easily replaced the port and I would have gladly handed over $55, but very happy to save $45! Thanks for the excellent, quick service.

I rarely write reviews (as you may see from the reviews count that I have) but this is the best place for your electronic repairs. I am a student and I was working with a gadget and suddenly one of the part came loose. I panicked and didnt know what to do so I went to them (since they handle phones, I thought they handle other electronics too). They were very friendly and explained to me what happened and what could be done. Due to the nature of the incident, they said they will try their best to fix it but does not guarantee it might work. I love their openness. After that, they didnt even charge me (even tho I insisted to pay for their service) and said to come back next time (which they give $10 off coupon for) and spread the good word. You guys are the best !!

I took them an iPhone 5s that appeared to have a screen problem. The phone was disassembled and water damage was noted. A new screen was attached and would not function properly. The phone was reassembled with the old screen and a decision was made not to have the water damage repaired. They did not charge for the time and effort used to determine the issue. Thats great customer service. Thank you.

CPR Denton has amazing customer service. I found them online and went in and talked with Tom. Tom was patient and calm as I was panicking about my phone. Tom did his best to fix my issue (phone went for a swim) and was honest with me to manage expectations. I highly recommend Tom and this location for CPR.

My boyfriend and I came in to get his phones charging port fixed since it was totally dead and wouldnt charge. The man there glanced at it, told us it was the problem was probably just lint stuck in the port, and cleaned it out for free. After that it charged perfectly and we didnt have to pay anything; he could have charged us the $100 to replace the port and we would have been none the wiser, but these guys were nice and honest. I would definitely come back!

Got my Samsung tablet fixed here last week. They had to special order a charging port which took a few days to arrive; but once the part arrived at their store they got it fixed within an hour and had it ready for pickup. It was a very good price as well. Good service all around and would recommend them to anyone with phone/tablet troubles.

I went here 3 times for them to fix my phone (change the battery 2 times) the 3rd time I came back because my screen kept freezing up on me & it went black (turned off) overall they fixed it. Worked for a month but now it just went black, and won’t turn on🤦🏽‍♀️ Don’t know what’s to do

This is the best i phone repair store in the metroplex. He had my phone back to me in its original condition on the same day. He even recommended a phone case that has worked extremely well for me since I bought it! Very knowledgeable about the service and products he is selling! If I ever have any problems again (I hope I dont !) I will definitely will be giving his store a call!

The Manager Tyler is seriously a life saver! I went to him with a cracked cell phone screen and he gave it back to me looking like new. My kids are always breaking their screens and this place has the best prices and NO long lines like going to the Apple store or the cell phone carrier -- They literally work on your phone while you wait! No need to wait for insurance to send a new one in a few days (I CANNOT be without a phone for few hours much less several days). Someone even came in and said their phone wouldnt charge and thought they probably needed a new one. The Manager cleaned lent out of the plug in and the phone was as good as new. Then he didnt even charge the customer!! Unheard of!! Love this place and recommend to everyone!

It was good! The only thing was that they forgot to call me and tell me the screen had come in so I had to wait longer, and the original guy who helped me was kinda rude.But once the screen was there and I brought my phone they wound up fixing it in half the time they had originally estimated and they were helpful.

I had an appointment with Apple to get my phone looked at, but instead of driving all of the way across town, I went by Cell Phone Repair to see if they could take a look at it. They got me right in, no lines, and fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes and didnt charge me a thing because of how minor the issue was. Connor, Clark and Tyler have wonderful customer service and educated me on how to fix my issue if it occurs again.

This is what I call a typical dumb man trying to understand a female perspective.I never said in my review (or in the store) that I expected you to have every battery in stock. YOU recommended Batteries Plus, you should call them & make sure the battery for my phone is in stock. No ligit company pushes business out the door and also the guy admitted to me that he was trying to get me go some place else.

My IPhone 6 screen was so broken to the point where i could not even see what was on the screen. Customer service was wonderful and they were able to get it fixed in less than an hour. My phone looked good as new!! Hopefully I wont have to fix my phone again, but I am glad theres a great place like this!

Do NOT go here. Went in and showed my tablet to them, which had a badly cracked screen. PAID for it and waited a week for the part to come in, they never called me and let me know that it was there...I ended up calling them to check on it and found it had arrived several days ago. Took it in, they called the next day and said the screen they had placed on it was not working properly and they were ordering a new screen and that they would make sure it got there the next day. I heard nothing from them the next day, but I thought they may have received it late in the day, so I waited one more day before calling and leaving a message. Never heard back so I called again two days later and was told the part wouldnt be in for two more days. I was beyond furious. And when I stated how frustrated I was, I was told, Im sorry youre frustrated. I cant do anything about how long it takes the part to get here. How about communication with each other and the customer? How about offering compensation of some sort? Of course they have no rush as I already paid for the service. I will be sure to warn all of my friends and family to stay away from this place. I will update when/if they ever actually fix and return my tablet.Update: Picked up my tablet and was not offered any type of apology for delay and miscommunication.went home and tried to take a picture and keep getting camera failure. Literally everything was working before I took it in for a simple screen replacement. Not sure if I want to bother trying to tell them they messedan up my camera because they will most likely try to charge me to fix that and break something else. Do NOT go here!!!!!

They replace the screen on my phone within a timely matter and were pleasant top deal with, but the replaced more than just my cracked screen. I noticed that the frame of my phone was missing there scratch that happened with the crack, and instead has a couple of scratches else where. I didnt ask them to replace they frame and that did not communicate to me that they did replace it.
