Literally throwing product which doesnt belong to them. Talked to Lumper Lady inside & they dont care about it after changing 240$ for lumper.

Facilities are good, big yard and not crowded. Security check in was good but the lumper desk was rude. Unload didnt start till an hr after my appt and now 7hrs, literally 7hrs later Im still waiting...

Why does it take sooooooo long to process two small pallets! Unload was fast, counting is difficult apparently. Must be a Capstone issue.

Big lot easy to back in for newbies got unloaded pretty decent time I would say but it was only 2 pallets

Great place to deliver. Tons of room, a staging area with restrooms.

They take a while, but theyre really nice from the guard shack to the shipping clerk to the capstone lumpers. They have soda machine and indoors restroom. They do not take cash for lumpers. They do however take all other common tender. Plenty of room to back in and out. If youre too early, they have a really nice staging area and drivers lounge. They take you in maybe an hour prior to act if they have room. Never tried late check in. Truck stops loves and TA 5miles north. Pilot 20miles south.

Overnight parking at your own risk. Very clean facility and the staff was friendly. Lumping service people are super cool. In and out in a few hours. Break room by staging with snacks. No food truck. Dog likes the grass.

Guard personnel great. You can only check in 4hrs before your appointment time, but guard told me where truckstop was. Nice and wide open lot to back in and a TA and Love’s only 3 mile north of facility.

Drivers be prepared to wait 4 hours start to finish. Lumper fees varies i sat for 90 minutes before getting the call to proceed to the door. Once at the door it was a 2 and half hour process then i got a phone saying i come inside and pay. Easy doors just very slow the supply chain here is obviously broken.

Its true what the other people are saying about this place they do take a long time to unload you, One pallet every 30 minutes .. i saw all this lumper guys just chilling in the driver check in lounge so it makes me think that they do it on purpose to charge you more for the lumper and run the clock to make it seem like they are working ... what the hell supp with that ..3-4 if your lucky

Place is clean with lots of room. Can be slow if the product has to go though their QC process.If you like my review please toss me a like! Im trying to rank up here and its tough😋

Extremely slow with unloading, got here half an hour early to my appt at 1130 and now its 1445 Ive felt my truck move twice to get pallets in between the time I got into a dock at 1145 and they tried to say I was late to my appointment as well

They let you check in early which is nice, but rarely call you to door early, may take a while to count your load

10 hours and still waiting to unload , the took 1 pallet for every 30 minutes .2 stars for the big waiting area and the clean bathroom .

I don’t work here, I’m just a trucker dropping a load. All the restrooms are trashed. Friendly security. They have pumpers, but you can unload it yourself if you want. All the vending machines are coke so no Dr Pepper! All the Doors are super easy to back into. No overnight parking! You can check in up to 4 hours early.Update: I ended up sitting in a Door for just under 6 hours.

Two hours early for appointment. Now its 6 1/2 hours past and still in door with red light. All for 752 pieces. Not sure if I can 2nd drop.

Guard was super nice. Actual unloading was within the first 30 minutes I was hooked to the dock. Waited for 3+ hrs for Capstone to produce the paperwork so I could pay lumper and leave. I took picture of the 4 trucks that was actually here for an appointment.

Have been here before and have NEVER been this long to unload 19 pallets. Here on time for 15:30 appt. Its now 18:05. And light is still red.

Wow, 8 hours to unload a load of dog food. Really ??Other than that. Lots of room to back in and staging area if you check in within 4 hours of your appointment time.Vending machine not working today anyways. So bring food with you. Lumpers typical slow and expensive.

Have 2 pallets well half pallets been here since 3:00pm appointment time 5pm now its 7:30 pm and still at the dock waiting on the call this is rediculous bring lunch if ur coming this way. NEVER AGAIN THANKS!

This is my second time delivering here, fast in and out. I had 8am appointment, got here at 6.30am, they have a staging area after checking in at the guard. Got a door by 6.45am, she told me when they are not busy they take trucks in earlier. Empty now out by 8am. Everyone I interacted with was Friendly and helpful. 👌

Was far from the worst place Ive been but cant give 5 stars with CrapStone as the lumper. 5 short stack pallets cost $84. Got right in a door and got a finished call in just under 4 hours. They were not busy at all, 5 trucks in doors. Would be nice if these food places could pay to unload there own product

We did a delivery for Winco. Come to find out we had an emergency that had to be taken care of. I asked them if it is possible to unload us early. I explained what was going on. Can they help us out. They did. I appreciate what they did for us on this situation, they didnt have to. I am so grateful.It just goes to show you. You treat people with respect they will treat back with respect. And dont act like a idiot. Employees here are down to earth here at Winco.

Wesley at the guard shack was very nice. Unload time and bills received took 4hrs and 13mins. Not good for a 10,381 lb. on 19 pallets. I will red flag this place for DNR-Do Not Return. It is not worth the pay for 4 hours.

You can arrive 4 hours before your appt. Staging area big with clean restrooms. I arrived 1.5 hrs before and sat for 4 hours after my appointment to be released. Make sure you have food, water, and hours. Be prepared for a wait.

Overall waiting time it about average for grocery dc depending on load. Dont show up to early because you may end up sitting until ur appt time. No parking around just a staging area if u get here a little early

Like any other food warehouse.Have to pay them to unload their cheap freight.Only doing this because of this virus.I quit hauling this kind of freight back in the late 80s because of that.Cheap and have to pay them to unload it

You can park on the street for overnight parking. They will accept you 4 hours before your appt. my appt was 9 checked in at 5 unloaded by 9. Nice bathroom at staging no food truck very clean facility and average unload for Dist center.

I have to agree with everyone who says this place is slow!!!! And it is very slow... stay away from this place if you can I know I am...I got here at 2:30pm and it is now 6:30pm I have been sitting here with a green light for 4hrs now and counting i have seen the weather change 5☀⛅🌦🌪🌤 times, the restaurant 🍔🍗🍜 I thought I would eat at tonight will be 😡closed😡 and from the looks of things I will be missing my next appointment at 10pm (SMH) but its cool.... Winco will never get to waste any more of my time ever ever ever again.... and by the way I have no earthly idea why they are still going in and out my trailer if I been green for so long 🤔🤔 ARE YOU DONE OR WHAT???????

Nice facility, plenty of room. The downside is being new they have little experience and it shows. Recieving office is slow and not there at all most of time. Lumper service is slow and incompetent. This place has the potential and funding to be one of the best. However currently the people are killing it. Also you cannot park on property, have to leave soon as your done.

Clean and fast to unload. Nice wide open areas to back into but no overnight parking.

This place is the worst to deliver to...better be ready to sit all day long ive been here 7hrs and counting just to offload 15 pallets a straight pull at that. Done missed my next load do to this places incompetence..never again I can promise that. I would give no stars if I could.

I expect faster unloads when i have a specific appointment time. I wonder how shippers/consignees would react if i was 4-6 hours late for my appointments? Would they just grin and bear it? I seriously doubt it.

One star for the sign in the guard shack that says, “Please don’t ask where to park after you leave, there are three truck stops...” blah blah blah.You might as well tell it like it is—there is no parking within 100 miles of here. Those three truck stops listed have a total of maybe 50 spaces combined and they’re all going to be filled. Don’t even bother to send a driver that way.

Nice people, but they are slow, 10 pallets, limited breakdown, 4 hours with 3 trucks in the entire building, not sure what the deal is, but a little bit rough. No parking.

$300 lumper fee. Had to go to TA and back to get another $100 before they would give me my ppwrk back. No ATM on site and they could care less. Drivers are just dirt under their fingernails.

1100 appt time...19 pallets@ 42000lbs...they broke down and built an additional 6 pallets... $134 lumperfee...received signed bills and lumper receipt at 1300...everyone here very friendly...alls I can say is AWESOME!!! Thank you.
