We have used Alta Clean at Surgery Associates of North Texas for several years now. Very trustworthy and dependable. I have never had to ask them to redo anything! I cannot say enough good things about their service and the cost! They probably dont charge enough for what they do - but dont tell them that! :)

Our company used Alta Clean for about 7 months. They had issues to begin with, went through some staffing changes - but never really performed to our standard. The first month was really bad. Ill just leave it at that without going into the details...We would give feedback and the owners would address them. Theyd clear up for a while but then things would return quickly to sub standard. I also thought it was unusual that we had to pay for the first month up front.Switched to a different company for less money and have had fantastic results so far. (Night and day difference)My biggest complaints with Alta were that they expected us to manage their employees and then forced us to pay for services not rendered because it was in the contract.It wouldve been much more appropriate to waive the month you didnt show up, as an apology to an unhappy customer.If anyone is interested in a much better option for even less money, just get on Yelp and look for commercial cleaning services. I wish Id done that originally.

We have used Alta Clean for several years without any complaints. We explained to the employees what we were looking for and they have done a fantastic job of adapting to our facility and keeping the place looking good. For the most part they self manage and they are all very friendly and helpful.

This company has been awesome! Originally the vice president personally came to our commercial property and did a walk through with us as we only required a portion of the building to be attended to. They were considerate about that and we havent had any issues that werent taken care of right away and with care.

Our preschool has been using Alta Clean since 2017. We have been very satisfied with their cleaning services and the communication is great.In the past, we had major issues with another cleaning company - multiple occasions of no-shows with no communication, just excuses from management when I would call to complain.I never worry about Alta Cleans performance. Our building always smells great and looks clean.

We have been with Alta for several years and I have appreciated the crew members, their work ethic, and the owners attitude and their diligence. I work with volunteers and paid staff and their expectations are all over the place. I have shared complaints and concerns with the owners and they have always responded quickly and we have gotten things corrected or explained the same day! They are fair and responsive!

I called this place to perform a commercial cleaning. Even provided pictures. However, when they arrived they did not want to clean because it was too dirty UMMM what?? Terrible Service.
