Tori or Tory, assisted in trying to find a electronic connector that isnt individually sold by Honda. She also took the time to do on the spot training to the Parts Attendant that was working at the counter. Thank you again for taking the time in trying to find that part. The waiting lounge was nice, but some of the leather could use quick wipe down in between customer visit. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive.

I recently got an oil change and tire rotation, this time it took them a bit longer than usual and for that reason I received a huge discount in my bill. Always a great service and if there is an additional need during your visit they will be more than happy to help you.

Im very cautious about the people who work on my cars, but Honda of Denton did a very good job. They took care of our Civics transmission service, A/C recharge, and water pump replacement - and, whats more, there was no hassle, no trying to upsell us on parts or services we didnt need. Service advisor Matt was very courteous and helpful. Their service department will be my go-to if we have trouble in the future.

Honda Service is great, they accommodate the customer very well and cater to the small things. However, Sales and leasing is another story. Unfortunately, after the representative made ill advised comments about every other Dealership in Town I will no longer be doing business with Honda.

They need to speak up more. Say what you are doing to my car. My vehicle.
