Tried for 8 weeks to get a quote from the Denton office.They didn’t refuse to quote — just never followed through with a quote.I got tired of begging and gave up.Asked for a quote on 03/19/2021.Stopped begging on 05/17/2021.Very perplexed and disappointed.

March 6th I just received my database record from LexisNexis it is what a underwriter with Denton County Farm Bureau had sent to cost me more money when buying new insurance and Denton County was found reporting fraud claims on peoples records especially mine that its fixing to cost them a lot of money Ive got proof Denton County Farm Bureau reports bogus claims to the Lexis Nexis database for what reason I dont know but that is against the law you should check with LexisNexis to see if you have had false claims put on your record Ive got mine Denton County Farm Bureau youre in trouble big trouble

I love Texas Farm Bureau never had an issue. Skip you do need to find a different insurance company it sounds like you are just not a happy person. I dont mind to pay a cost for good service. Working with the public is hard and when people dont like what you tell them then they are mad at the company and world.

Not sure where the negative reviews have come from, but I worked with David ( Dave Fancher) on my claim and he was great from start to finish and just a overall nice guy. Its funny because even the lady who hit me from behind was super sweet, and I hate I had to file a claim but my car needed repairs and I was in pain.

My family has been with Farm Bureau for as long as I can remember. I had it when I lived in another state and didnt think twice about which company to go to when looking at insurance in TX. Auto and renters. Ill use them for homeowners when I get to that point too! Christy is my agent and shes wonderful.

I have found that dealing with Denton County Farm Bureau and claims adjusters they have an intendancy to procrastinate and not do their job appropriately they will leave you hanging on making decisions and leave it to the benefit of themselves I would not recommend this company. Not to mention that I knew somebody that work there for quite a while done an outstanding job and was replaced by somebody young and when the person that worked for Denton County Farm Bureau she went to file for unemployment and Denton County Farm Bureau lied and said that she quit now how dishonest is that..A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY I dont gain anything by lying about this its the truth......... look at their rating 3.4

Very affordable. The employees are amazingly helpful and kind.

Great people and great company who seem to care about the insured.

Since Pat retired the organization and customer service at the Denton Farm Bureau has been horrible. Paxton also seems to be a snowflake.

They keep going up on there rates. Even when u have a perfect driving record. Had to switch cause it was getting to expensive.

The rate keeps going up. Guess I have to switch.
