Have not had any work done here because I do my own work. However if I had too this is the only place I would be willing to take my vehicles!

These guys are awesome! They are straight shooters and get your vehicle back to you in a timely fashion. They are the only place I trust!

Staff were quick, friendly, checked in regularly and tried their best to keep prices low while having high quality service.

As always the entire team was great, I 100% trust them and they always go above and beyond. I will continue to use them for everything for my family.

Id give 5 stars but the guy I talked to that was doing the billing and stuff had the personality of a used sponge. I tried to talk with him beforehand and nothing! I tried to say I would bring my future service back and I may as well have been talking to an upset toddler! His crew though, they were amazing! Quick and pleasant!

I feel like I paid a fair price for good, honest work. I cant say enough good things about how they turned my day around. I trust them.

Long time customer(5+ years). As of today, I am a former customer. As others have said, this shop used to be real good and has severely gone down hill. When talking to the front desk, in person or over the phone, you get the impression you are inconveniencing them. Employees refuse to obey the law and wear a mask. The shop does not contact you when the work is done or if it is going to take an extra day or two. I recently had $1,300+ of work done and the problem still persists. Do yourself a favor and go to a different shop. This shop does not deserve your hard earned money.

Talk about hones mechanics this place is like a long time Doctor family members stay with forever.

The guys are great and very helpful. They take care of my truck needs.

My boyfriend took his truck here and they put a motor in. The next day it broke down and now they are charging him another 1800. I also had my fan worked on and now I am on the side of the road with a tow truck. I will not take my cars here ever again. We do not have the money to fix their wrong doing on the truck, so they are selling it. To me, we should not have to pay when they should have checked everything. I have contact the company that we got the motor at and they have told us that should have not happened.

Always fair priced, and they definitely exceed expectations when it comes to how long it takes for them to complete their work. Never had a problem of being sold on parts I didnt need either. These are some trustworthy guys, for sure.

I had a wonderful experience here! I did not have an appointment, but they still offered to hold onto my car for the day and do diagnostics in between appointments. They wound up having some no-shows, so they were able to figure out the issue and fix my car the same day. Fairly priced and very nice employees. A+!

I have used them about half a dozen times or more. They have been honest. Prices have gone up a bit but still fair. The guy at the front desk is hit or miss depending on what mood he is. He makes it seem like your a problem when you call. Previous guy was super nice and helpful. If you can deal with him the rest is good.

If you havent tried J&M for your car care you need to check them out. Bobby is the best and his crew do a fine job attending to your vehicle troubles. Short turn-around time and reasonable prices.

Theyve seemed honest. They are well priced compared to places weve been before we lived in Denton. The guy tried really hard to get a part for us although he told me the 2012 Chrysler wasnt worth fixing... He was right. I would recommend the place for sure.

As a single woman who doesnt happen to have a mechanic in the family, I feel I have found my fallback at J&M. They are honest, reliable, super-courteous, and reasonable. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured, whether sitting in the waiting area or talking to the actual mechanic working on my vehicle, who happened to be the owner, Bobby. When I decided to purchase a car, they were the ones I took it to to look it over for soundness before buying. They gave me such amazing service during the whole process. It now runs better than new. When an electrical issue came up in the process of diagnosing something else, they kept me informed and worked through the problem - it turned out to be minor, not only were they honest they were actually relieved for me!! Its a great blessing to find these guys. I guess thats why they seem to always be busy!

Weve been taking our cars to J&M for at least 20 years, and have had nothing but good experiences there. The mechanics are some of the most honest weve seen, and get work done quickly with no nonsense. Everything is done right the first time. The guys who work there are respectful and polite to everyone, regardless of age or gender. Always a good experience.

Been using this shop for 30 years or so. My most recent experience today was that once again this shop is run by honest folks who do only what is necessary due to their expertise and they charge fair prices for labor and parts. Needed to get inspection and fix on check light on EGR.

Best automotive repair in Denton. I have used them on all my cars and never have I never been disappointed. I have even been told that it was such a simple repair it was no cost . These guys are not needing to stick it to anyone they want your business for the long term I have never had to return a car for the same problem they fully diagnose your problem the first time. They are also very flexible on scheduling. Very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

So I took my Celica to Bobby and the guys at J&M on a Friday morning around 9. I needed my harmonic balancer replaced since my old one decided it wanted to be 2 pieces instead of 1. When I pulled up to the shop I noticed that they looked busy with lots of cars in the lot so in my mind I had a realistic expectation of how long my car would be in (I figured id get the car back on Monday). I go in and they quote me a fair price (lower that what I was expecting to pay) and confirmed that Id have it back by Monday at the latest. They called me back not even 3 hours later. Cars done. Holy Crap not only was that amazingly quick, but they didnt even try and tell me your such and such is busted also. That car is falling apart, if I had taken that to firestone or the like id have had to give them my firstborn to get it out.Long story short. Support your local businesses and get your cars fixed at J&M Auto.
