I had to take my car and my sons car here after the hail storm. I live in Keller but could not find a repair shop close by that had availability, so I decided to drive to Denton and I am very glad that I did. They were so wonderful! The repairs look great and the communication was so helpful. Yoshi kept me informed of the process the entire time with both cars and she worked with my insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be fixed got done. We still need to get my daughters car repaired and will definitely take it to Dent Techs in Denton.

Just had a 5 star service at Dent Techs. After getting rear ended, I called insurance and they had sent over an estimate for repair and money . I went to see Matthew over at Dent Techs, and he squeezed me in right away, after I told him my income was reliant on my truck working again. Once there, Yoshi looked at my insurance estimate and informed me that the insurance company only paid for me to use salvaged parts. She assured me that their company would not use salvage or after market parts on my truck, and she handled the whole entire supplement process. Reuben, who handled my repair did a great job. They even washed my truck when I went to go pick it up! Over all, I would def recommend them.

These guys know what they are doing! My car sustained some serious hail damage and they did a great job. They even cleaned the interior of my car before I came to pick it up. Of all the places I called, they were the ones who were the most amicable and willing to work with me. Many places I talked to would not even look at my car unless I decided to use their services. Dent Techs let me bring my car in so they could look at it and I knew that I would take my car to them. While my car was in the shop, I had to go out of town unexpectedly, I called to let them know, and I knew I did not have to worry about my car. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did. High quality! You can tell they take pride in their work and I highly recommend using their services. I will definitely be back in the future.

Had some hail damage on my king ranch Ford truck. The guys at dent techs, matt and Jeff, made it look great. You can never tell anything happened. Looks brand new. Not only that they pointed out extra damage the insurance company had missed, and had it repaired too. I didnt have to sweat anything, they dealt with my rental car, insurance company, the whole thing and even got it back to me in a timely manner. Truck was cleaned up and shiny when I picked it up. Had a hard time finding a place to do small welding repair but found dent-techs. Matt gave me a solution for my broken door on the shell of my work truck. Was fixed in less than an hour. Very prompt and affordable.

I had major hail damage on my Chevrolet pick-up and stopped by their shop for an estimate. I also stopped by a couple of other shops that looked temporary or set up in car washes or other kinds of shops. The Dent-Tech guys were local and very professional. They scheduled me for an appointment for repair and arranged a rental car for me. The car was done on time and as promised. The repair job was done perfectly. My car was not only repaired but very clean. I highly recommend they Dent_Tech crew.

Dents are definitely not a problem for these guys. Very friendly and easy process. There were dents in my truck that I thought were never coming out and they made them go away. The customer service is fantastic.All I had to do was sign it over to them and away they went. They ended up finding over $2000 more dent damage than Caliber did. They covered most of my deductible which wasnt possible with the quote Caliber gave me. Despite having a few scratches from the dent removal , Matt, the owner, personally saw to it and buffed it out. There really isnt any reason to be dissatisfied with Dent Techs. They work really hard and serve you as if youre a guest in a hotel. My uber driver was paid for to take me home while I hung out in the office with the guys and talked a little shop. My truck was also cleaned and dried.Something tells me if you had a bad experience here then you didnt meet Matt or tell him about your concerns. Hell do everything to make it right. I can honestly say Im not worried in the slightest about the next hailstorm.

Owner is very patient and reasonable. Very professional and honest. We all know dealerships screw us up all the time, but if we dont know anybody we can trust, it is hard to go somewhere else especially if you drive Mercedes or BMW. Thumbs up for this hidden treasure place. Thank you, guys!

I have nothing negative to say about them. They waived the $500 deductible and anything that they needed they handled through my insurance. They called me at least once a week to give me an update. The quality of work that they did was fantastic and they went above and beyond and even detailed my vehicle before they give it back. My insurance only covered a certain amount of days for my rental and I went over a couple days. The shop cut me a personal check to cover the rental fees so I had zero out-of-pocket expenses.

If yoir within an hour of any hail repair shop, i recommend this shop. It was everything they said when Idrop my car off. This was the most hassle free shop Ive found, and this is my 3rd storm. Ive found a home to get my cars fixed. The last place i went. After getting a door ding. Disappeared. I highly recommend this shop. They lived up to my high standards.

Other shops said they could not repair my hood without repainting it. My mechanic referred me to Matthew. Dent-Techs paintless dent repair fixed my hood without bodywork and painting which saved me a lot of money and time. The hood looks like new, no joke, it looks great!

My 2014 BMW got a pretty bad dent in the right front quarter panel. I had gotten a few estimates from body shops ranging from $600 to $825. I was told that the paintless repair wasn’t an option by at least two body shops. My dent was a lot bigger than a door ding, it was more of a crease, and one of the body lines ran right through the crease. I went to Dent Techs just to see what they had to say about it. They said they thought they could get it out ok, but told me it may not be perfect. I went ahead and made an appointment. I dropped my car off this morning and picked it up when I got off work.. all I can say is the car looked AMAZING!!! I was trying to find a blemish or flaw in full sunlight, couldn’t tell anything happened to my car at all. The body line that runs the length of the car looked flawless. So before you go the body shop for your dent, let these guys look at your car, I’m glad I did.

Absolutely great service and quality of work! Took wifes classic Jaguar (in her mind) in for dent in hood. Some trepidation thinking these guys were hail specialists not body and paint guys. Wrong! The best place by far to get hail damage repaired. I took my Cadillac CTS in on a Tuesday and they had it back to me by Friday with $5K worth of damage to repair. Even fixed things from previous repair left behind. I also had trouble getting a rental car because of a shortage at Enterprise and Matt was kind enough to give me a loaner at the shop. I wont take my care anywhere else. Great staff, great work!! Also was able to get my windshield and tint replaced in the same 3 day period. Awesome job Matt you made this experience easy.

This is the place to go if you need any type of PDR... hands down! Great techs, fast a reliable. Matt the owner walked me through the whole process when my truck got hit in the recent hail storm in North Dallas. My truck was in the shop for only 3 days... it had over 1,000 dents in it. I was shocked that it was done that fast, when I picked it up it looked like it rolled off the show room floor. I think he fixed one or two dings that were there before the storm! I would recommend that anyone who needs PDR go shes them.

Why cant I give zero stars? The intake receptionist is clearly incompetent. She couldnt anwer one question with a honest reply. I had my estimate but that wasnt good enough for her, she was rude to my wife and lied right to my face! We went right down the street to the next shop and have a repair scheduled with an honest company in 7 days from today. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Honestly they don’t even deserve one star. My dad and I came in there asking for them to inspect my truck because he had removed tint from my windows and I asked for them to check and see if there was anything else we could do about the tint he had removed. We needed a receipt to clear a citation I had for my windows being tinted too dark. The first employee we talked to tried to charge us $100 for literally doing nothing to the car. Then the manager comes out and immediately saw that me and my father were Hispanic and went straight into saying he didn’t want his company or name involved in whatever lawsuit we had going on. First of all, we were trying to clear a citation, no lawsuit was involved and second of all, he treated us extremely poorly. I’m still in awe that the first employee tried to scam us out of $100 dollars just to ‘clean’ my windows which previously had tint on them. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

I took my car here because it was close to my house. I talked to the owner and he seemed fine. We went over/around my car to look at the damage and compared it to the estimate. He said the insurance estimate was pretty much correct with a couple differences but the estimate amount was pretty much right on. I dropped my car off on a Monday after work and someone was suppose to meet me there so I can get a ride to enterprise. The owner was on his way out and the person that was assigned wasnt there. I waited about 20 minutes.After I got my rental car, no one called me to let me know how the progress was going. I called the following Friday and asked the guy that dropped me off at the car rental place how the process is going. He said they havent even started working because the adjusted was called out to take a look at the car. My car just sat there for a week and hasnt been touched. I asked why and he said they had to ask for a supplement check for almost $2,000. That is a BIG difference from the estimate being right on with a few differences that the insurance missed. He said on the following Tuesday the adjuster will be out to take a look at the car.On Monday I called to check to see if they started working on it yet, and I spoke with the same guy and he said no, not yet. I then told him I would come by after work to pick up the car and he said OK. An hour later I get a call from the owner and he apologized for the confusion and said it was a misunderstanding and that they did start working on my car and the guy that I was speaking with was being over worked and didnt know that the owner himself was working on it during the weekend. Interested,,,very interesting because the owner also Sorry it took me so long call you, I was gone this weekend....conflicting stories? I think so!!! Because they already started working on my car, I couldnt take away from the shop, but trust me, I would have if I could. The following Friday I meet the owner at the car rental place to pick up my car, and once again, I had to call them to check on my car and they said it would be ready by my lunch time. I basically just wanted to take my car and leave and thats what I did on my lunch break. Once I got home I noticed all the imperfections that were left behind, The car had greasy finger stains on the inside of the car, things were not placed back into place, the car had scratches on the door that werent there before. I couldnt believe it. I didnt think it could get any worse. I called the owner and he said drop it by and he will look at it. I came by the following Monday and he cleaned it up real quick and said it wasnt a greasy stain, and that it was just the fabric...uhmm what???? He also said the scratches on my door werent caused by him...uhmmm seriously? They must have cats in their shop then because those scratches we rent there before.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyoneTo sum it up, Dent-Techs has very unprofessional workers that are liars, and con artists. They like to milk the insurance companies for more money and do an OK job on the dent repair leaving your car dirtier than before you dropped it off.

I was referred here by Mark at CarStar (formerly Autobody of Denton) for a dent that was caused by a dumb Kroger employee throwing a tea bottle at my truck. A certain large Chevy dealership in Denton wanted to charge me over $700 for a small dent near my gas cap along the left side of my truck bed. I got a quote from Matt, who is incredibly polite, courteous, and wont give you the run-around. Needless to say it was about 15% what that dealership wanted to charge me. Dent-Techs do outstanding work and are some of the most honest guys Ive ever met. If you have hail damage or need minor dent restoration, it would behoove you to give these guys a call! Thanks guys!
