Very happy going with Force Home Services to replace my old AC system. The entire process was fast and smooth. The office staff was easy to work and got me scheduled quickly. The diagnosing technician was knowledgeable with the existing system and walked me through all of my options, from repair to replace. I didnt feel pressured any one direction and felt that I had a lot of information to make an informed decision that was best for me, my time, my budget, etc. Ultimately, I chose to replace the entire system because, well, it was very old and I had repaired it enough in the past. I got a fair price that came in lower than a quote I received from another company. The service technician who did the installation, Jorge Rodriguez, and his crew were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and the service was fast. Overall, very satisfied and I will be using Force Home Services whenever I have a need that they service.

Pros: All very nice people, called before arriving at my home, seem knowledgableCons: They canceled my initial appointment the day before they were supposed to service my system, though I had waited two weeks already. I expected some minor maintenance and a tune up because my air has been working fine, but was presented with a hand scrawled “estimate” for far more than I expected. The proposed maintenance was over 2000 dollars, and that’s when the greatly dreaded sales pitch began. They spent so much time trying to convince me to talk to their new ac system rep that they did NOT talk to me about the service they performed that day. I was completely in the dark of what they actually did do for me. I was confused, my wife was confused, and I felt sick to my stomach by the time they left. They said they’d email me official estimates, but they sent it to the wrong email address. Turns out that there WAS a maintenance report, which they sent to me at noon the next day after I had to call in about the missing paperwork. Much of it was color coded with no key, so I did not know how to interpret the bulk of the information.There were spots for client signatures on the report, which the tech had clearly squiggly-signed himself, as I certainly hadn’t. I was frustrated with the whole situation and talked to Josh, and the whole first ten minutes of our conversation was another sales pitch for a new system. After the pitch was over I voiced my concerns, and it did appear that the techs had dropped a couple balls while they were here, and they couldn’t explain why the simple maintenance tasks they proposed were hundreds of dollars higher than the parts plus time spent on them, other than to say “It’s the cost of doing business with us.” I’m sorry, a capacitor takes less than five minutes to install. Why do you want to charge me $300+ ? And over eight-hundred for cleaning just my inside unit? Needless to say, We got off on the wrong foot, and stayed there. Perhaps my negative experience was an anomaly, but it’s made me very gun-shy of this company.

My drain was clogged where my air conditioner drained so water was backing up into my sink. I loosened the pipe fittings so the water would drain into a bucket under the sink instead of overflowing my sink. Cody was in and finished in 20 minutes. My sink is draining beautifully now. Thanks, Cody.

I would not use this company. Sent them an email, they called me back. I explained in the email I had a toilet with a stuck float. VERY standard repair. I asked just for a reasonable price before repair. So she called me to make an appointment. I asked her for the quote first. She said she couldnt quote it but there is a $100.00 refundable service charge. I told here I needed a ball park as this is a common repair. She told me to hang on and she would check. A waited for a few minutes. She hung up and never called me back.

Force Home Services have been taking care of our AC and Plumbing for the past 5+ years. We had been scheduled for a new HVAC system with a different company but at the urging of several neighbors - I contact Ron for a quick extra opinion. His recommendations for zoning our home and better price for a new system, with completely new duct work, got our business. The communication is friendly, its easy to schedule appointments, and the techs are good with explanations and suggestions (no heavy up-selling). Then to top it off. We contacted Ron with a request to help friends with a large scale emergency plumbing situation. They jumped on it! These folks set a high standard. Sure which I could say our experience with other service providers was this top notch and consistent.

Absolutely, completely satisfied with the service I received. Matthew showed up at the earliest point of the 2 hour projected window and two days in a row. The first day he checked my system and reported a problem that needed attention. I agreed and the parts were located and a second appointment was set up for the next day. Matthew fixed my problem and when I explained that i was seeing as good an airflow with my heating as I thought I should have he corrected that problem as well. Had my HVAC inspected by Mark and Matthew and was very pleased! They were on time, friendly and very COVID conscience if youre worried about that. My home is still pretty new, so we didnt have any issues with our system, but Ill definitely use them again if something happens. The comfort club membership is a pretty good deal too if you want worry free maintenance and repairs.

Force Home Services is a company that truly cares about its customers. It is apparent that the technicians and supervisors are treated well, as they are always able to provide service with a smile, even when the nature of the job is unpleasant. I can only imagine what it must be like spending a day up in an attic that is 120 degrees +The installation of our new AC unit did not go off without a hitch. It turns out there was a manufacturers defect with the Goodman/Amana 2-Stage Heat Pump System that we originally agreed upon. I believe that this was a bad run and that nothing could really be done to resolve the issue. We ended up having to have an entirely new system installed (which we are very happy with). Force always came promptly to address our issues, even when on the outset things appeared to be going from bad to worse. This was no reflection of their workmanship or professionalism - just a product failure.I hope and pray that Amana get this issue fixed on their end, so that no-one has to deal with what I had to go through.. Sadly new products are liable to fail in the real world.I would be happy to recommend Force Home Services to anyone looking for a new system. As part of my anual maintenance plan I get two HVAC inspections per year and one plumbing inspection, if I recall correctly. This week the Force Home Services technician did the spring HVAC inspection. Better to prevent issues in the spring than have a breakdown when the weather is above 100 degrees and the technicians are jumping from one emergency to another.The young gentleman who came to the house was personable and effcient. We did not need to ask him to wear a mask or foot covers in the house.I have used Force Home Services ever since I moved to Denton County 15+ years ago. Michael at Force Home Services identified that I had a leak from the main water line to the house. The quest piping that was used back in 1986 when the house was built is no long in code. Michael and Felix quickly fixed 40 ft of piping within 2 days. I was very impressed with their quick response and willingness to explain everything to me and my friend so we felt comfortable with the fix. The kept me updated on progress and showed me the work so I knew it was completed correctly. I also like the warranty the company offer. Im so happy I used Force Home Services!

Yep, I am the business owner. I had two of the guys out to my house today to do some plumbing work. We have a great team and I like to brag on them. Michael and Julian did maintenance on my hybrid/heat pump water heater including a flush of the system which cleared out a lot of sediment. They installed a FLO device to monitor my water usage, pressure and detect any leaks that may pop up unexpectedly. This system will send a notification to my phone and I can turn the water off to the entire house remotely, hopefully avoiding major disaster. Of course these guys were showing off for the boss but as usual they were professional, efficient and just fun to be around.

Why is it when you ask them to quit contacting you by all means including mailing lists, they can not comply? Ive asked 3 times. They say they have a third party doing this, so why cant they ask the third party to stop as your address and phone number is given? It should be very simple to take a name address and phone number out of your system, especially since Ive never used them. I dont like being constantly contacted by a company that Ive never asked to service my a/c. Maybe now their third party can remove my name, address and phone number from their systems.

The people at Force Home were very professional and thorough installing our new AC and water heater. Any concerns and questions we had were addressed immediately. Our AC and water heater were quite old. Force Home brought everything up to code with efficiency and without overcharging or trying to sell something we didnt need, like some other bids we had gotten. Their warranty is wonderful and true. We asked them to come back to check over a couple of things. They spent a good 2 hours making sure all was working correctly. There was no charge for the warranty check up. This is a great and trustworthy company to have for your home needs!

I needed a gas pipeline run to my new gas cooktop. Most plumbers said it could be done...but would be VERY expensive. I contacted Force Home Services. Although not an easy job, Bubba came out and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work. He fully explained the work involved and answered all of my questions. He was excellent. I scheduled the job with him. Then, Michael and Julian came out on time and did the work. They social distanced and gave me a few options to consider. Overall, they did excellent work and were very professional, including following city codes, making sure there were no gas leaks, and making sure my other gas items were working properly before they leaving...even cleaning up before they left my residence. I was impressed. I will definitely contact Force Home Services for my future plumbing needs.

Michael and Julian worked to problem solve an issue to relocate the AC condensate line that Force had installed when a new unit was put in last fall. The new unit was extracting much more humidity than our old unit and therefore draining much more water which was pooling near the foundation.Michael listened carefully to the problem and was able to re-route the drain line into the plumbing so that the condensate is disposed of out the sewer line.Both Michael and Julian were courteous and efficient and performed quality work. They were mindful to wear masks due to COVID and also wore booties over their shoes to prevent tracking dirt in the house.Ive hired Force Home Services for more than ten years now and highly recommend them for quality work and excellent customer service!Thank you to both Michael and Julian for taking care of our home :)

The world of plumbing is like a strange, far away land and I dont understand the language but Michael and the team at Force Home Services made it as enjoyable of an experience as one can have when your toilet is backed up and overflowing. They were even patient enough to answer questions when my neighbor came over to provide quality control for the single female neighbor. Best of all - they fixed the problem brilliantly and were the most affordable of the companies that I called for quotes. I highly recommend them should you (God forbid) have plumbing issues of your own.

When the weather turned cold, the heat did not come on in the zone of our house where Force Home Services (FHS) had replaced an air conditioner (heat pump) last summer. Travis came out and discovered the system was set to Cool mode rather than Auto, and our gas furnace was set as the primary heat source. He set the system to Auto and set the heat pump as the primary heat source to save us money on our gas bill. All was covered under the FHS warranty. Well done!

We have been happy from the first phone call made to Force Home Services - to Michael coming out to provide an estimate to replace our hot water heater to today when Michael and Julian replaced it! We have found our new air conditioning repair man! I called because I accidentally cut a wire to the air conditioning unit when I was cutting back some vines. My husband was able to splice the wires back together, but the thermostat still wouldn’t come on. Of course it happened on a Saturday so I called their after hours line and left a message, fully prepared to wait in the heat for hours. Jorge called me back within 5 minutes. I explained to him what happened and he was SO nice. He explained that I probably just blew a fuse on the unit in the attic. He FaceTimed my husband and walked him through exactly how to find it and fix the problem. That is customer service. Instead of charging me god knows what for a service call, he took the time to explain the problem so we could fix it ourselves. They have gained a customer for life. My AC stopped working and my float switch had tripped. I called 15 minutes before they closed, but the office said they could have someone at my house in a few hours. Travis showed up just before 9pm and worked his butt off to get our AC back up and running. He was extremely dedicated and focused on making sure we could get our AC back on. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and professional. After his explanation of some of the issues my system is facing, I signed up for their maintenance plan. I usually always decline such things, but Travis was the reason I did so. Force was the right choice for us.

Our gas furnace would not start for heat. The fan would run ok with the thermostat set on manual and the A/C unit still worked, but no response on heating. I looked up a Lennox dealer nearby and found Force Home Services. They have excellent reviews so I called them on Friday & scheduled a service call for the following Monday late afternoon. We made it through the cold weekend with our gas fireplace and a couple of electric space heaters. Jorge called a few minutes before the scheduled arrival saying he would be at our home in about 15 minutes. It took him about an hour to do a temporary fix. Two limit switches were faulty. Replacements are ordered, but will take a few days to arrive whereupon Jorge will return and install them. Meanwhile, our furnace is continuing to function well enough intermittently to keep our house warm. Even though the job is not yet completed, we feel confident that Jorge will deliver as promised. So far, no attempts to upsell us for a new furnace. Price-wise, Force Home Services is competitive with the market in our opinion. They did extend a $50.00 discount for the service call (normally $99.00) due to our being a first time customer. So far, we are pleased. If that changes, we will let it be known.Job is now completed and earlier than anticipated. Their Inventory/parts person made a special trip from Denton to Rockwall in order to get the needed parts and not have to wait for them to be delivered. Jorge returned on Wednesday and finished the necessary work. He also checked the unit for any carbon monoxide leaks and found none. Jorge also left us with his direct cell number for contact in case we had any problems during the holidays when the office might be closed. As an added bonus, the original new customer $49.00 trip charge was deducted from the repair bill. Force Home Services earns our highest rating. Both the office staff and Jorge provided excellent service.

What a great experience from start to finish!! I had my HVAC replaced and the installers were incredible. Very careful and considerate of noise, cleaning up each day before leaving (2 day job), and providing updates. After the replacement, the next morning I didn’t have hot water and couldn’t get the pilot light to light on my hot water heater. I called the weekend line to see if anyone could help and Brad called me within minutes. I explained what I had tried and what was happening. He quickly was able to diagnose the issue and walk me through what I needed to do that was left out of the instructions on the water heater itself. He explained the why and put my mind at rest when I was worried I was doing something wrong. I’m thoroughly impressed with this company and have already referred my neighbor to them. The technician was thorough and professional, as always. While they need to order a part and come back to install it, their assessment was prompt and their commitment to get it installed as soon as it comes in is appreciated.

I have used Force Home Services twice for plumbing repairs. It was a good experience both times.The technician Kevin was great both times. Clean, organized, performed good work and he was on time. Plus he called me when he was en route to my home. I love it when companies do that.I also got an automated email and a text message the day before reminding me of the appointment.Payment was easy. He showed me the invoice on a tablet, he swiped the card, I signed and he was on his way. Great use of technology.This company does good work.... and they do the customer interaction part well too.

I called to inform them of that, They said that because there was a larger issue at play (a Belly in the line) that it would be a recurring clogging issue. They said they could come back out, but it would be at full price everytime to clean it out. They suggested a more permanent solution of digging up the line and driveway etc. That work would cost thousands of dollars $$$$.I of course declined and called another plumber and he cleaned out my line no problem. No mention of a belly in the line either.Its been almost a Month and I have had no issues. Now how is it possible that Force Homes work couldnt even last 48hrs, but the other plumber I called has lasted well almost a month?..You tell me 🤔

UPDATE: I spoke with Rob, the owner, today. It appears things were lost in translation between me, our agents, the original home owner and force home services and what expectations were. I asked for a maintenance checks with coils to be cleaned. The Original home owner just asked to check temperature differential. Though I still feel certain basic things should be checked regardless of what the home owner asked to be done, as 99% don’t know anything about HVAC, I do appreciate that Ron took the time to chat and try to get things figured. For that I am moving my rating to 4 stars as that shows a lot about the character of the company as a whole.Before I begin, I understand that this inspection was performed in December and is not ideal for testing the AC this time a year, but not an excuse for irritation of what I found...Force Home Services came out to do an inspection on our AC/Heat Pump before we moved into our new house in Providence Village. I didn’t choose them, the original home owner did. I specifically requested to relay to whoever the tech would be to clean our coils (as should be standard on an inspection/maintenance check) and to make sure everything as it should be. I hate to report that it looks like nothing was done but the tech checked off things that were not completed on his report. Coils were not cleaned and there were major gaps on the air handler where the return attaches. I worked in the AC business for three years and very displeased with what I found once we moved in. At the very minimum I would expect to see a truthful report even if they didn’t feel like cleaning or want a return visit to fix things they did find.

Michael came out & did a really great job. He was knowledgeable, courteous, & punctual. I requested that someone come at an earlier if possible & he was able to do that. I will definitely use Force Home Service again!

Force Home Services, and specifically Jorge Rodriguez and his team, have always been top-notch with regards to all maintenance/repair needs on my HVAC system. I was started down this path 5 years ago when they were my choice to install the system, and Ive never been disappointed. Personable, punctual & efficient is how I would describe their service.

We had a tremendously positive experience with Force Home Services. After receiving multiple bids to replace our HVAC Ductwork, Force Home Services presented (by far) the most knowledgeable and price competitive bid. Josh did a great job of communicating what the challenges were with our existing system during the initial walk-through, and laid out specifics on what option(s) would work best for our exisiting home layout and the system currently in place. His demeanor and ability to communicate put us at ease with this project. Manny and his crew complete the work were awesome, professional and did a great job from beginning to end. Any question or concern that we had, before, during and after the project was complete were addressed quickly. Overall, our house has never felt cooler, and we appreciate the efforts of this company and their team.

We called for a plumbing problem - clog in the kitchen we couldn’t clear. We received quick and efficient service. The lady who answered the phone was kind, courteous and helpful. She answered all of my questions about service fees. Within a few hours we had help. The two plumbers that came to the house were clean, helpful, professional and friendly. They knew exactly what to do. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend them.
