Called to have dirt delivered and the first problem is that the lady who answers the phone doesn’t know how to properly calculate cubic yards so you will want to do your own math or you will end up with twice as much as you need. I ordered 8 yards of dirt....4 yards of fill dirt and 4 yards of topsoil. She said it would have to be delivered in two trips because the trailer only holds 4 yards and that the delivery fee would be $50. This sounded fair since their Facebook page states that delivery between 0-15 miles is $25. (We are 12 miles away) Then, while waiting for the rain to stop, I changed the order to 4 yards of fill dirt first and then would get the topsoil in a week or so after I’d had time to move the fill dirt between rainy days. She told me the 4 yards would be $50 delivery. When I questioned the cost since it’s one trip, she said “I’ll only charge ya $25 for the next delivery since you’re sweet”. So I asked if I can just go ahead and get the 8 yards for $50 delivery as originally planned and she said no because the driver was spoken for by the owner for the rest of the day after my scheduled 4 yard delivery. Needless to say, I cancelled the order. Called Good Earth Soil on Texoma parkway and had dirt delivered that afternoon.

Hard working crew from start to finish. The lead guy, Jason, was very personable and straight forward with things he was finding..Had a large job that covered about 2 dozen trees. They were able to deadwood, thin, and lift everything for me. They were in really bad shape as they had never been touched. Once finished they chipped all the limbs, loaded up the larger wood, and fully raked the yard. Was cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent service! Would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Very happy with this Tree service - I have used a few in the area and believe Dillon from Arbortex to be the most professional. He returned my call, gave me an estimate and completed the job all in a weeks time. We even used the mulch from the Tree they took out for my flower garden and kept some of the wood for our fireplace - they hauled off the rest!!!!!

Some things need to left to the professionals and thats actually what Dylan and his crew are, professionals. They brought down and 80 foot tree that was located next to my house. Arbortex has all of the right equipment and the right knowledge to do an awesome job. I highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier about the work Dillon did today. Took out a 60 ft tree that was very close to my house. Completed the job in one day for a price well below the other bids I received. There are many trees on our property and as far as I’m concerned, Dillon will be the only one trimming them from now on.
