Very nice facility. Theyre extra curricular classes are very well done and well-attended. I would highly recommend going online and finding something youre interested in they have a lot of classes.

Great place to bring the kids on a hot day... But dont try to sneak food in lol...they look in your bags...

A very inexpensive place for family outing.

Perfect for children! The water park is just right for my 6 year old. The water is not too deep and there’s plenty to keep her entertained. The admission price is low and affordable. You can’t bring in snacks and drinks but they have a concession stand that serves everything from pizza to pickles to ice cream. And the prices aren’t bad either. Love it here!

Great People

I was in Denham Springs on business for a month and needed a gym to join. I joined PARDS and was more than happy with it, based on price and services. I came at various hours of the day, depending on my schedule, and never really hit a point where it was overly crowded. Theres just the right amount of equipment. Super friendly staff! Recommended.

We love this fitness center!! The staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming all while being professional. The equipment is in good condition and the staff will help you get the best workout possible from them. We have definitely recommended PARDS to several friends and family.

I am a new member here. Loving the indoor pool to help my joints. Its great to relax too. Met some very friendly folks in the last week.

It has a nice big pool fir many recreational activities and a nice gym not to mention a basketball court. It also includes great staff.

There for the Triathlon

Please have more evening classes for those people that work for a living. No one else has water aerobics and your classes are in the morning only. Not very practical.

Friendly staff that is helpful. All classes are free. Members are friendly and have fun.

Good gym for seniors has a nice Olympic size pool open year round not alot of strength training equipment
