They will charge you a $200 cleaning fee if there is a hint of mud on the equipment. However, when you pick it up, it can have mud on it. They never mention the fee upfront. I have before and after rental pictures. The pictures mean nothing to the store. Corporate says the store manager makes the the decision not corporate. Have you ever seen a used tractor with spotless tires? I haven’t! It’s almost like someone is getting a kick back for collecting this fee.
